I'm a regular, had a dinner on July 24, 2026. Ordered a fish sandwich. Upon eating, I encountered Raw Entails and a cartilage-like tissue. I had to stop eating with the strong fowl taste... I quickly paid and left, where I promptly threw up on my property behind the restaurant. I called to complain and they offered me a $50 gift card, which they can keep...! They apparently have no quality check and do they actually see what they are preparing? The person saying he was a manager had nothing much to say, other than sorry about that. Congratulations! Wow! I've had their food before but way back when they originally opened and was not impressed. Gave them another chance and went back last weekend. First thing- they did an amazing job of remodeling and it looked amazing! Secondly I ordered Chicken Picata with a side of asparagus and it was delicious. No pics. My partner ordered the crab cakes and he also said it was delicious. The sangria with ginger is very tasty. Last but not least, dessert was creme brûlée and the best I've ever eaten. 4 stars because it is freezing inside! We wore our coats and air conditioner was right above and fans blowing on my neck. I asked the waitress to turn off and she did but it came back on. read more

We decided to have our family time here this time. They have an upstairs, downstairs & a bar area. It's absolutely lovely & chic inside. Just as reviews mentioned- service isnt that great-- food comes out warm, drinks take about 15mins. The wait for the food for another 20 mins. And I understand, its extremellllllyyyy busy & probably short staffed. Nonetheless it does take away from the whole experience unfortunately-- because you feel like youre bothering the server by asking how long it'll take.. And that's all our complaint was. The hubby ordered the Honeydew Do Me A Favor-- absolutely amazing! And the Hand-Breaded Cod Sandwich-- fish was hot, he thoroughly enjoyed his s/w. I ordered from the "Restaurant Week" -- the Pot Roast nachos were bomb! but warm-ish some parts were cold. The Togarashi Seared Halibut for entree was tooooo tangy for my palate-- although the halibut had great flavor, a gorgeous sear & very moist inside. I wouldnt get this dish again though. Dessert we took home the Peach Bread Pudding-- very good & not too sweet which worked well with the scoop of icecream. I had the Silent Awe-- floral which I love & not too sweet. And the Beverly Rose-- mild tartness thank goodness. Both were great! Our 7yo had the Hot dog w/ shoe string fries- it came out at good time & the food was hot-- thankful for it. I prefer a strong lemon flavor and not a lot of competition with other flavors. Our waitress and the valet fellow were also exceptional. Relaxed, friendly and very efficient. First visit here. Not sure why they changed the name? It's the same food. It's OK food, it's not OK for the price. I had one martini and chicken parm: with tip it was a little over $50. The pasta was very bland: no taste, the chicken was almost boiled? It was definitely frozen and not hand breaded. Three in our party, everyone agrees, it was mediocre at best. I would get a steak salad and sit outside in the summer but other than that I see absolutely no reason to go back there. read more

We visited this place a few years ago and didn't have a great experience. When we heard about the rebrand we decided to give it another shot and I'm SO glad we did! We had a reservation but decided to sit at the bar. Kayla and Steven took great care of us and were very knowledgeable about the menu. Cocktails were delicious and they had a great bourbon selection which my husband appreciated. Once my husband showed his excitement after learning they set the steak on fire, Kayla organized having Chef Eric come out for the presentation which was awesome! One of the managers, Brady, learned that we were celebrating something and took great care of us as well! It's rare to find a place with good vibes, good food, good drinks AND good service but we definitely experienced it all and will be back!!! read more

we have been Atria customers since opening day some 28 years ago. We never had a bad meal in all that time. The staff were warm and welcoming. The service terrific. We went to the new Atrias 1930 last night. What a disappointment. The owner has done a beautiful job of revamping and redecorating However, although it was not crowded and we had a reservation it was 30 minutes before we were seated. We had to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food some of which was not cooked to order and several entrees were cold. We had to request silverware. The family has run very successful restaurants for years. This is not their first trip around the block but felt like it was... We aren't interested in going back which is a shame. read more

This neighborhood restaurant was recently renovated. We have been going there since it opened in the mid-1990s. The interior renovation was a success. They kept the old charm but updated fixtures. Unfortunately though not all of the outstanding original staff were able to return due to the time required for the renovation . The menu has changed and we have found it hit or miss. I tried the short ribs, several weeks ago which were very good. However this week I tried the weekly "pasta special " ($38) for the entrée. The pasta included thin spaghetti a piece of fish ( I believe cod) shrimp, one scallop and three or four little neck clams and mussels. The mussels and clams were cold the scallop and shrimp were excellent the sauce uninspired so it's a mixed bag. I certainly miss their prior menu with things like a pork chop, pot roast a NY strip steak etc. The annual Octoberfest menu should start soon . I do not expect any changes to it . The menu always features excellent authentic German cuisine. read more

"New" means disappointing in the case of Atria's. *someone is going to die trying to get into the parking lot with only one valet moving cars. *the drink menu, with fancy drinks, lists all the ingredients of the drink EXCEPT the liquor. Is this a vodka drink? Tequila? You need to ask the server for each one. *the food menu is the old menu with jacked up prices and a few weird additions. *the music playing at dinner was screaming loud 80's. Think Foreigner and Supertramp *drinks and food are slow to arrive They fail entirely to consider their customer base. Older locals looking for a great meal with friends. Not sure who they are targeting here. Nothing is a speakeasy. Not the food. Not the drinks. Not the atmosphere. They closed for months for this? read more

Dont be swayed by those who dont like change. Mt. Lebanon has been waiting for something like this. Atrias was a great local restaurant, but 1930s brings a new level of elegance and class. We had the old fashioneds and they were very well balanced and delicious. We then had the ahi tuna appetizer, very good! I had the filet which was the best I've had in a while, perfectly prepared and my husband's short rib was amazing. The service was great, very attentive. Didn't realize we were having lunch on the opening day, and it was excellent from start to finish. Free valet service was unexpected, but welcome given the limited parking options. The charming valet even helped transfer some items we had from one car to another. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the entire menu. We had crab bisque and salads - all were delicious. Love the refreshed decor / vibe, the superb cocktail menu and especially the food. The old standbys (pot roast nachos and the cheddar burger) are as good as they've always been but the newer menu items are really good (bologna sliders, Brussel sprouts). It was opening day ... who knew?! from the surprise of free valet parking to the amazing crab bisque, lunch at 1930 was fantastic. The server was friendly, helpful and attentive, the salads were crisp and fresh. Nice to see this location open again! read more

I was excited to see the new renovations but was disappointed. In general the experience was mediocre in an area that unfortunately has some really good options. The strangest thing to me was the majority of the cocktails did not list what spirit was in it on he menu, so we had to bother the server, repeatedly, to explain the cocktails to us so that we could make a choice. Given that some folks may also have allergies this did not make a lot of sense to me and I can't imagine would be fun for a server on a busy weekend night. That said the drink was good. We had the tuna appetizer which was also good but not great and the burger which was above average. Our server was nice and the food came out with good timing - but it was a weekday so they were not at capacity. I hope they rethink the way they are doing the cocktail menu. read more

Just OK. Shouldn't use Atrias name because people unfairly compare it to Atrias. This is NOT Atrias. This is not anywhere near upscale. Employees are in polos with jeans. Food is nowhere near Atrias. Had crab cakes that were pretty good, but they came with some flavorless potato wedges...and that's it. 2 cakes with potato wedges in between for $36. Could use a vegetable or some presentation. Also had the ribs and chicken. Both very bland with a side of not so good Cole slaw. Neither meal came with any sauces, tarter, ketchup, etc. Server and host were both very nice. Both were pleasant and worked hard. Glad I tried it, no need to go back. read more

Everything! We had reservations at 11am on Mother's Day. First off, the menu that was posted online the day before was not available. ( We also called the day before to double check and were told that this menu would be available). By 12:15 we still had no food - no coffee refills- and no one had stopped by to offer any explanation about the delay. I understand this restaurant just reopened the week before but it is inexcusable that a manager, hostess , waitress, or even a busboy did not think it was necessary to offer any explanation, excuse or even an apology. This alone is inexcusable and the reason why I would not consider giving 1930 a second chance! read more

I want to note here and give the staff some grace because it was opening night. There is room to learn and grow moving forward and I will go back in the future with hopes of change and improvement! I would say my family and I had a very average experience all in all: -We were disappointed in the remodel and new style. When I read "prohibition" style restaurant, I think more like a speakeasy (which I'm particularly fond of): dimly lit, quieter more calm environment, and some decorative touches to add to this aesthetic. The music was pretty loud and I didn't know notice much of a difference in decor from the original restaurant. -There were three waiters in our area and it took 10 minutes to get waters at the table. There was no mention of the new restaurant, the new menu, or anything that you would like to hear from the staff when rebranding. Unfortunately, the staff was scrambling and seemed out of sorts. This is somewhat understandable being that it was the reopening. -For a "high end cocktail", my old-fashioned was very simple and, if anything, watered down. -I ordered a side of mixed vegetables and they were hard and not seasoned at all; not crispy. The waitress kindly swapped out my vegetables for fries, which were good! My Wagyu burger left more to be desired, but for the price, it was okay. I've been coming to Atrias. I'm here in mount lebanon, four twenty five plus years.... so i've given it its chance as nineteen thirty by Atrias, and I now feel I need to share my thoughts. It once was a place that catered to the people, that ensured every guest was satisfied. I was a 3 to 4 day a week customer. Trying to keep my loyalty to a place. I've loved;i'm here now once a week. I continue to try to give it a chance, but when you can't alter a dish a little bit by adding or changing something that you really don't like, when your steak/salomn is never the temperature that you request, it continues to be overbooked, often the sides are room temperature for the vegetables are not cooked. The staff is still amazing. Those that returned are off the chart and the new great staff it's hard just as good. I have never come to the new. It's nineteen thirty, where it's busy, and I had to wait to sit where sometimes I would wait for thirty forty minutes and not mind... i think leadership needs to open their eyes. The customer matters, their taste what matters, as managers and owners take time to know the people that are coming back. Take the time to know the newcomers, but listen to what they're asking for.... read more
