The nachos were huge and done right, with toppings and cheese in layers, generous sour cream on top and side cup of their fresh salsa. My burger was delicious and also perfectly done. Slightly pink and juicy. Fresh, thick slice of tomato, thin sliced red onion and green leafy lettuce on the side. I really liked the bun too and it was grilled a little. They serve it without sauce so I was able to add ketchup and mustard which was readily available on the table. It's family friendly with booths on one side of a wall and saloon on the other side. It's casual and the building is really old so it has some character and small bathrooms. Could use some good dusting in overhead of the dining area. Hopefully it stays this good for a long time because we probably won't be back to this area until next year and we'll definitely eat here again.

Alana, our smiling and very pleasant server, was both knowledgeable and helpful, skillfully steering us through the evening. Our initial craft cocktails were exquisite with a special shout out to the bartender for his Old Fashioneds and Cosmos. We really appreciated that our request to pair wine with our individual dinners was met with strong suggestions rather than $$$ labels. As far as dinner, "hats off" to the chef! Let me just say that our meals were not only fantastic, but the portions were "Lumber Jack" HUGE! This resulted in take-home boxes for all and excellent lunches the next day. Our memorable entrees were the swordfish and the brisket mac n cheese. In summary, Wildflour is not only stamped on our "must return to" list but should be on a bucket list for anyone visiting the hills area above Leavenworth.

The servers were incredibly kind and friendly, but the restaurant owner was a different story. We had a yummy basket of fries and a nice chat with our server. After receiving our pizza, both myself and my friend thought that the pizza tasted and smelled of cigarettes. The sauce was very acidic and chunky, and overall unpleasant to eat. We each tried one slice, I couldn't finish mine- before deciding that we really couldn't enjoy it. We let our server know as much and offered to pay for a half pizza/kids pizza (still paying as expected for the rest of our food/drinks), and he said that he would have to ask his supervisor about our request. When "JP" came out, it was clear he had been drinking. He became argumentative quickly- claiming that we just didn't understand how oven fired pizza was supposed to taste, that we were clearly trying to dine and dash, and eventually told us to just "see what happens" and to not pay and leave. He took a photo of us which we asked him to delete (he didn't- he posted us on the business Facebook page- see attached, I've removed my friend's face) and told us he could do "anything he wants" since he was the owner. In all of the breath he spent yelling at us, he could have offered a better solution, or just kindly told us there was nothing he could do. I asked the server if we could just pay and move on- he told us it was fine/on the house, and it seemed like dealing with a drunk for a boss wasn't out of the ordinary. I am sorry to see this kind of unprofessional behavior from someone who claims to have been in the restaurant industry over 30 years. Save your time and the headache and go to Meza or Three Fingered Jack's. We had an excellent experience and enjoyed the food immensely at both locations.
