One thing they need to figure out is for the beer only customers. Why can't I order at the bar? Why do I need to wait for a server that takes my order and then I wait 20 minutes while they get everyone's drinks at once? I would've walked out and left but I already felt invested enough to see it through. Please fix this for other customers so they don't have a bad experience.

We made sure to close our tab so that our tip will go to her before she left. She answered all our questions and if she wasn't sure, she made sure to get the answer elsewhere for us. There was a football game that didn't start for another hour so we asked if we could play pool. She let us know that the projector would need to be put up but said to play pool anyways and she'll see what night staff would do. So we did. We were finishing up our last game and went back to our seats. My bf asked the new servers if they could play the sound of the game and he just flat out said "no". I then asked a different server if we could pull down the projector like it was earlier with the sound, and he looked at me straight in the eye and said "no" and walked away. There was no conversation. I would have appreciated it if we were given a reason as why it wasn't possible when they were doing it the entire day. After our original server left, we were not checked on at least once. The only time we got their attention was when we had to waive them down and asked for a beer. When we finished that, we left it on the table to see if they would notice. I started a timer too. The bartender or server was playing poker too which I didn't understand considering it was pretty busy. My bf who plays poker noticed one of the dealers wasn't dealing top card during the game so be cautious playing the card game here. I love the many vegetarian friendly options, including the fettucine alfredo and stir fried rice. There's a kids menu full of choices for kiddos too. Many of the foods here can be made gluten free, as well. The staff is wonderful, atmosphere beautiful and relaxing, and it's truly the best place to take your visitors to our beautiful lakeshore city.

After talking with one of the bartenders, I took her recommendation on the Bolognese Pasta. Had never ordered before, mainly because I can't pronounce it and don't want to sound like an idiot, but think I will again. My fiancé said I would like it and recommended I order it as well. I did like it. Had the right amount of sauce to go with the pasta. Was on the spicy side, but I'm sort of a wimp when it comes to spice. Highly recommend this establishment.
