110 Grill in Poughkeepsie is a very good place to eat. I ordered the fish and chips. It was one of the best fish I have ever eaten. The French Fries had the perfect crisp and the fish tasted great. The service is very good; they are really nice when asking what to drink and eat. I recommend 110 Grill for everyone. You will not regret it. read more

They have a really nice location and the service was excellent so I will definitely return. The food choice options seemed pretty bland to me so I was a little disappointed but very impressed by their fresh organic meats. I will return in the future but go with something very simple like a burger. read more

First I will say the restaurant is very nice and clean. However the food was not the greatest. I got the buffalo chicken dip and fried pickles. I honestly don't think there was any chicken in the dip, and it tasted mostly like blue cheese. They gave some chips for it but I didn't get my celery and carrots. When I went back to get it the waitress was still nice but you can tell she seemed a little aggy she had to get me some. Then she only gave me 3 pieces of carrot and like 4 pieces of celery. The dip was $20 and not worth it at all. I've had better and I've made a better dip then this. The friend pickles were good. Overall it was very overpriced and I don't think I will be dining there anytime soon. read more

Mall level food. I shouldn't be surprised since it's located in the mall. The server was nice but she did lie to my family about drinks being included in kids meals. I think the prices are too high and do not reflect the level of food that they serve. No one in my party was happy with their food, except for maybe the kids. read more

It wasn't impressive at all. Way overpriced, tons of fruit flies, and the food was mediocre at best.

I've been coming here since the place opened. It is really good. Love the food and friendly staff. I got the 110 club sandwich. I get it when I go every time I'm there. The fire pit outside is so nice also. read more

We haven't had a good experience at this restaurant yet. Last year the service was terrible due to staffing shortages, and the food was cold. I never got my drink with my meal. Regretfully we gave them a second chance and one of us ended up with food poisoning. If your looking for friendly staff and fresh food then I would avoid this restaurant establishment. read more

Ok. Eat here quite a few times. Always love the food. WTF. Order the flatbread margarita flatbread pizza. Sorry we don't have any cut up tomatoes. Do you want it without tomatoes. NO Ok. Order the chicken with mozzarella and basil and tomato. My fault should have known the restaurant ran completely out of tomatoes. Happily get chicken. NO. Chicken is over cooked and stringy. I always take leftovers home. Not this time They give 10% off bill Well thank you but I think I'm gonna think twice before coming back. New management?? For a restaurant in the mall I don't expect 4 stars but I do expect what was given it's patrons before Fix the issues or it's one good customer GONE read more

Mr.Romance and I out and about doing our Christmas shopping. Stopped in for a drink at the bar. Sat down watch 2 bartenders just talking and not addressing the bar. Finally called someone over they took our drink order . As we sat at the bar we watched other patrons just sitting and waiting. We also watched the female bartender take an order from someone who was vaping in her face. She didn't say a thing. The manager came around and we asked her if you could vape there and she respond with a huge NO. We told about the people across the bar were vamping she walked across and immediately took care of it. I ordered another drink so did Mr.Romance he never received his and I canceled mine once I saw the female bartender making my drink and wiping her nose on her hand. Not once, not twice but three times. I canceled the order paid our tab and was very thankful we didn't order food. read more

As someone who has Celiac and has to eat gluten free, this is by far the best place to eat! They have an entire menu that's dedicated to the gluten free diet and the food is delicious! The crispy onions are my absolute favorite! The restaurant has a nice ambiance and I love that the kitchen is open and visible to the patrons. It was awesome to watch the guys cook and how well they worked together. 4 stars because they offer mobile app ordering but do not have the gluten free menu on there so I can't order unless I call or visit the establishment. read more

Food is great!! Best food ! My only issue is the waitress kept trying to take my plate and my husbands plate out from under me while we were still eating . I kept tell her we had forks in our mouthes and obviously were still eating and she still continually tried to take the plates . Then she made a comment at end of dinner about wow how we must of been real Hungry cuz we left nothing on your plates on our plate. which might be the rudest comment a waiter can say to anybody after eating . Food is really really good and service is usually amazing . Wont stop going here since the food is the best just beed to train the staff a little better read more

If your a black person OR couple trying to have a lovely dinner on a weekend evening , PLEASE DONT COME HERE , the service is horrible !!! I came in with my partner and sat down for almost full hour with no service took my drink order and my food order then disappeared after giving us a table in the back where you can't even see us to service us. This place was a waste of our time and an insult to our patiences. The waitress tried to say she won't charge us for what we ordered & WE AND NEVER GOT ANY THING !! Just sat at the table for an hour. Another black couple put next to us walked out as well after waiting the same time as us and they got drinks and food !! We got nothing !! The idiocracy embedded into this staff was astonishing and needs true work on how to deal with customers and running a busy establishment. 0 STARZ ALL AROUND THE BOARD !!! Never going here again and never recommend. read more

Food was excellent I also had the calamari which I highly recommend. I had sat a the bar, but then requested to move to a booth which they had no problem doing . My server was Lexxie who was highly attentive, very sweet , she made sure that my table was taken care of and overall an excellent server, I would recommend her. We came back to 110 Grill since we had good experiences, but were disappointed when we stood at the hostess station for almost 10 minutes and no one came over to seat us or speak to us. Several of the wait staff looked at us but did not come over. If the kitchen was closed or closing soon we would've understood, but just tell us. It's unfortunate because we did enjoy our meals and the service the few times we've dined there. I'm not sure we'll try again. read more

Meh experience Came with a party of 10 and the waitress was very kind but she talked about how their service was bad the every time she served us which was a little strange for us as the customers. What the issue really was it took almost an hour to get drinks and then another forty five minutes after that to get the food, which wouldn't have been an issue if it didn't take so long for the drinks to come Another issue I had was it seemed like the workers that were by the bar (not behind the ones bar though) seemed to stand there doing nothing a lot of the time. I'll be honest though, the food was very good and most of the drinks were too which makes it hard for me to choose a definite score here. It took over two hours to get water for two people, which I also felt needed to be said and should be reflected in the score. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would, the cooks have an open kitchen but yet have no gloves or mask when touching food. Health code by cross commuting, leaving tables dirty, having employees sit right behind my table and having them on social media and not doing anything to clean or actual do what they get paid for. First sat down, got dirty plates and dirty silverware, and having the fish and chips being dirty, over cooked and over salted. Make matters worse the cooks are touching their nose and ears then touching food, theirs raw food that is being touched and then touched again before plated. I'm extremely annoying and will never spend money nor tell anyone for a recommendation for this place. So grossed out and sick to my stomach. read more

Great selection of food. Ambience is very nice and the waitstaff top notch. Wife variety of beverage options as well.

They had such a great pizza, it was the Buffalo chicken flat bread pizza. Not sure why they took it off the menu, but it was an all time classic!!! Had a great fish and chips there recently too. I haven't had a bad meal there yet and their staff always tries really hard. Definitely give it a try if you haven't already or if you have to go into the galleria for something. Please bring back the Buffalo chicken flatbread pizza though!!! read more

Really disappointed in this new restaurant. My family and I went there for my birthday dinner and had a not so great experience. Waitress seemed frazzled although it was not busy. Multiple tables were not cleaned off during the entire time we were there. We ordered the bbq chicken nachos which were really good though!! My husband had the pulled pork Mac and cheese which was horrible! The manager was running around serving tables and i noticed her hair was resting on the plates that she was bringing to a table. So disgusting. Really disorganized. When the servers brought our food to the table we felt as though we were being sought after by a SWAT team. All of a sudden three men swooped in and hastily put our plates in front of us. Weird. Would not go back again, sadly. Nicely decorated though. read more

9/5/2021 - 5pm: This was our third time at this 110 Grill location at the Poughkeepsie Galleria. This was also out third 5 star experience. There was only one downside and it was a big negative, but not enough to detract from my rating. The hostess seemed way overwhelmed. Like she didn't have a clue what she was doing. For example, a customer who waited over 45 minutes after being told there was a 15 minute wait, who was very polite and understanding and who went to the hostess and asked if he could get a regular coke as he was a diabetic who's blood sugar was crashing and the much longer than expected wait was having a negative effect on his blood sugar level. The hostess said absolutely, I'll be right back, walked away and went and found a group, seated then and left that poor gentleman waiting until he was to be seated. It was kind less than helpful that she completely ignored that poor gentlemen. Oh yeah, that guy was me! :( Thankfully, once seated, our waiter was quick to the table and when the blood sugar situation was mentioned to him, he was back in less than a minute with a regular coke, to save the day. Our server tonight was Allan, who we also had at our last visit back in June. He was awesome, super attentive and has a great outgoing, customer oriented personality. The food was fantastic on this visit. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich on a pretzel bun. It was awesome! My table also had 2 shrimp scampi pasta dinners, a chicken cordon bleu sandwich on a pretzel bun and a cheeseburger on a pretzel bun. Everyone commented that their food was great. Alan is absolutely incredible. He even made a special dessert for one of the kids in the party. Give this place a try! The poor hostess at this visit was the first of her type out of our three visits, so I'd say she is not the norm. The food and desserts were fantastic and ask if Allan is working. I can guarantee he is over the top. Very attentive, very prompt, drinks never ran dry and he got everyone's orders spot on. Thank you Allan and 110 Grill. As for the hostess, don't let her cluelessness keep you from this place! read more

Decent visit. Food was good. Wife enjoyed her Steak Salad. I had Fish and Chips which were good but totally different from what I was expecting. Instead of traditional battered breaded fish filets or sticks this was a large single, breaded fish which was actually very good. Chips were just their regular french fries. Definitely not "pub style" Fish and Chips. Please offer cocktail sauce as an option to tartar sauce. (Disappointed server didn't offer to make some for me as other places have done.) read more

I just wanted to note 2 things. 1st thing is that I witnessed the female manager put her fingers in her mouth and then go pick up my plate at the counter to serve it to me. When I saw her with her hand in her mouth, I thought wow I'm hoping this is a customer, but no. 2nd thing is that this restaurant no longer is accepting the Ultimate Discount Card (free dessert or appetizer). I wish I had known that before choosing this restaurant, although in fairness, I did not alert the waiter that I was going to be using the card until I had finished eating. read more

Ok so the food... Absolutely delicious! Worthy of 5 stars, the attention to allergies is awesome... but why did I give it only 4? Honestly our experience tonight was only worthy of 3stars because of the service. Our waitress was was extraordinarily slow with everything from the moment we sat down. She kept making excuses about the bar being backed up to the kitchen being slow, but she never acknowledged us until we sat for at least 5-10minutes. Luckily we knew the food was worth it. The food came out hot and delicious so I'm giving 4 stars. I want this place to make it, I really do! Word to the management, please try to hire more quality wait staff especially on a weekend night. I have eaten here one other time, but during a weekday. That waitress was great! read more

Not unenjoyable. They do the basics really well - it's very clean, you're seated right away, even if you're a party of 1 (at least during my off-peak time visit) and promptly met by a server who was very pleasant (although I observed some of the other servers seemed a little too comfortable and complacent for food service, so service may be a roll of the dice.) Food comes out very quickly. Regarding the food... it wasn't bad; their main focus and theme seems to be about addressing any and all food allergies and dietary restrictions that patrons have, and perhaps the restrictions they place on accommodating those people make the food less desirable to those of us who don't have dietary restrictions. I started with the margherita flatbread; the tomatoes, pesto, and mozzarella were all very good. The bread seemed stale. And I could have sworn the sauce was worcestershire, the GM said it was a balsamic glaze - either way, it was a very nice sauce but I don't think it complemented the dish well, just my opinion. For main, I ordered the cheesesteak with a side of garlic mashed. The garlic mashed had a great taste, texture, and consistency. The cheesesteak was very bland and, after two bites, I knew that if I finished it I would be sick. So I had the "cure burger" instead. Very messy but a satisfactory burger. Served with a "demi-glace," according to the online menu which neither adds or takes away anything from the dish. Overall, it was a decent meal and good dining experience. It was nice that neither the server or manager made a big fuss when I sent the cheesesteak back, it wasn't agreeing with me. The prices seem a bit high for the food quality; seems the prices should be 20% less or the quality 20% better, preferrably the latter. Although, as someone without dietary restrictions, I can't speak for how the experience would be for those people. I know that when I go out to eat with my friend who has lots of allergies and restrictions, there's usually only one or two things on the menu that he can eat, and it would be nice to go to a restaurant where he has a full menu to choose from. But other than that, I probably wouldn't go there again unless it was to accommodate someone with those restrictions. read more

I made a reservation for 4 at this restaurant for Labor Day. I drove 1.5 hours up from New York City and my mother drove 1.5 hours down from Albany. When we arrived, there was a sign on the door that said they were temporarily closed. Given the pandemic, finding a restaurant to accommodate 4 people on short notice - 3 of whom are gluten free because of celiac disease - is not easy. This was unacceptable. They either should not have taken the reservation or warned us that they would be closed. We will not be going back. read more

What can I say? Sub par performance with the staff and food. Overall I enjoyed my water.

I normally never give 1 star. My wife and I sat at the bar. We each had a beer. The beer was was good. We saw they had a margarita flatbread on the menu so we decided to share that. The flatbread came out and I saw it was loaded with pesto. I do not like pesto. My fault, I should have read what was on the menu description. My wife thought it was very good. And for this I would not give a poor rating. It did take a while for the bartender/server to come over so that I could order something else. I told her that I did not like pesto and that I should have read the menu description. But I made sure she knew that my wife thoroughly enjoyed it. Because now we are running a bit longer there than I would have liked to have, I decided to have a bowl of clam chowder. My clam chowder came out at the same time as the person who was sitting next to me did. He took one spoonful and I saw that he pushed it away. I took one spoonful of mine and pushed mine away also. This is where my low rating comes into play. The clam chowder was not edible. The amount of salt in the clam chowder would have blown my blood pressure out of whack. The bartender/waitress came back and said to the person next to me, "I guess you did not like it". He just said no. Then she came to me and said something similar. I just said to her that there was entirely too much salt in this and it was not edible. She said, "I will have to mention that to the chef". I asked for the check. I looked over the check. I thought she would have removed the $9.00 for the clam chowder. She did not. This the 1 star. read more
