All times I've gone service has been top notch with that high quality of catering to the guests needs. I don't even remember what was in it other than extra olive brine, but I was surprised every time I took a sip by a flavor complexity that was unexpected. 2) The handroll, which I believe had maguro, and I know had asian pear and basil. The explosion of flavor was insane. This may be my favorite thing ever. 3) The french fries that were served with the blackened Wagyu steak. The Wagyu steak was truly excellent. The french fries, which I believe were fried in beef tallow and well seasoned and crispy, were the best I've ever eaten--by far the best I've ever eaten.
