Our waiter was amazing, and the woman making sushi in front of us was super helpful too (we were sitting at the sushi bar). We obviously had to get the Shag roll, which is one of my favorite rolls of all time. It has the perfect combination of crunch and all the other textures, and it never disappoints. We also got the spicy crunchy tuna, which was great, and I especially loved the crunch around the outside of the roll. We also tried the Negi Toro and the P-38. I usually add extra chili sauce to my Pad Thai, but this time I didn't need to. If you're sensitive to heat, I probably wouldn't go any higher than a level 2. The peanuts added a nice crunch, and I highly recommend asking for extra lime. I felt like the dish could have used a little more acidity to balance everything out. While the slight fishiness wasn't my favorite, the overall flavor was good, and it's definitely one of the better Pad Thai options I've found in Austin so far. Not the best Pad Thai I've ever had, but one I'd happily order again when the craving hits.
