We are in day (who's still counting) of CoronaVirus. My son in law is a great cook but we were so so tired of eating home cooked food. Read about the Zinburger 4 hamburgers plus sides for $25 and jumped on it. The reservation and pick up process was efficient and the food was sooooo yummy. We gave a huge tip because these front line workers deserve it. We are foodies and passionate supporters of Tucson Restaurants. Praying this is over soon and they can begin their recovery. read more

Doing a little business in the greater Tucson area, and when I asked the folks I was working with where I should go and have lunch, they immediately said Zinburger (and I'm so glad they did!) Well this place has a variety of hamburgers, served 17 different ways, I opted for the usual: a large chopped salad with grilled chicken and an order of Parmesan truffle french fries. I sat in the bar area so that I could watch TV and the atmosphere was super comfortable. Waitress was super accommodating, and my food was delivered in no time. The star of the show was the cowboy ranch dressing, a blend of Tabasco and ranch dressing. The Parmesan truffle french fries were out of this world, the only thing I would ask would be for the Parmesan to be a little more sticky to the french fry (but that's awfully nitpicky isn't it?) Take a look at the yummy pictures I snapped of the experience for more help. So here's the rundown: Satisfied? Yes Return? Yes Advocate? Yes read more

I am impressed with all of the precautions they are taking during the COVID-19 time period. Ordered yesterday. Farm salad, Burger Bowl, and Truffle fries. All Delish!:-) My one complaint is that they use GMO beet sugar to sweeten dressings, shakes etc (I checked with management about this) instead of organic beet sugar, or cane sugar, and this always gives me a rash:-( So i have to remember to make sure not to have any sweet dressings included when I order from here. read more

This restaurant has gone downhill. It was a complete disappointment and a waste of good money. I was so hungry but rapidly lost my appetite as I ate the first bites. The hamburger patty was miniscule, dry, and very very salty. It sat on a mushy bun with wilted lettuce and invisible cheese. The fries were much too salty and I like salt. The food that was supposed to be hot was cold. The salad was more of the same soggy iceberg lettuce and was not cold. This now passes for good food in Tucson? I guess people have become used to McDonald's and don't know what good food is anymore. I remember the days when you could find a really good restaurant in this town. read more

if i could give this restaurant a zero, i would. i ordered burger and i requested the 1000 island sauce to be on the side. i waited about 15 minutes for my burger and saw that the sauce was on the burger, not on the side like i asked. when i told the waiter, he just took it away to make a new one without apologizing or anything. the picture is the burger that they remade for me. as you can see, the burger is not only raw but previously frozen and not fresh. i will never be returning to any zinburger ever again. read more

Zinburger - Zinburger Burger - Burgers Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Pre-Covid, we would to go to Zinburger fairly regularly (maybe once a month). The food wasn't amazing, but it was good and reliable. However, something has changed. A few months back, I went in for lunch and the server forgot my salad. Just never brought it. Never came back to the table to check on us. Assumed it was just an off day for the server. No big deal. A few weeks later, we ordered take out. Multiple items were missing from the order and the fries, which had always good, were bland. Portion was also way smaller for the same price (like a tiny little baggie). Two strikes... Then today we popped in for a quick bite. I ordered a turkey burger with cheddar cheese and caramelized onions. Burger came out...without the cheddar or the onions. Truffle fries were bland. Seems like they keep switching up the fries, but portions are smaller and flavor is lacking. I don't know what happened (I heard they got bought out by some big chain restaurant corp), but three bad experiences in a row after years of great ones makes me think something has happened re: quality control. Bartenders and servers there are generally awesome. read more

I think the portions could be bigger but the main problem is that the food is soggy in general..

My husband and I love to go here for burgers, but this restaurant hasn't realized the world is in the middle of a pandemic. Zinburger is extremely disorganized and borderline rude when it comes to customers waiting patiently for their food. It is quite shocking to experience this level of ineptitude in the world we're living in today, especially for a Fox Restaurants Concept restaurant. I would suggest not coming here until the world has returned to normal. read more

Great food and great service! The burger was so fresh, buns were great, cold beer! Zucchini fires are the best I've ever had!

El Diablo summons me to eat it's perfectly cooked beef nestled into a bun with jalapeños. This is my go to burger, my usual, my regular, I don't feel like looking at the menu I just want an El Diablo. There was that one time I ate a Zinburger, which was amazingly delicious, but I still wanted an El Diablo. Sweet potato fries are a must as slender and crispy, salty and sweet, is what is called great. Although I still maintain their beer is the best temperature. The glass is frosted and chilled. I love everything about it. Who loves happy hour? Zinburger has the best happy hour in town. This isn't a hyperbolic or outlandish claim, this is fact. Burger specials vary, but my favorite is the jalapeño popper burger. It's creamy, crispy, spicy, and a must eat when it is on the menu. Don't think you'll never see it, it is a constant on their happy hour menu, a smaller version, but the same. This is yet another reason you need to go to happy hour. Also, you're not going to find better prices for happy hour in town, they are the best. Go on now, make your way over to ZInburger. read more

Love Zinburger on River. Zinburger on Grant, for reasons I do not understand, is a consistently underwhelming experience. On our last visit, my BYOB (Build Your Own Burger) was fine. I had asked for medium, and it came back medium rare, but was still tasty for all that. We love the zucchini fries at Zinburger on River. Here, they were mushy, with a bitter aftertaste. My wife's fried chicken sandwich also had a bitter aftertaste, as if the oil had not been changed in quite a while. She ate half of her sandwich, and we left the zucchini fries on the table. Service wasn't terrible, but nor was it great. Milkshakes (vanilla and chocolate malt) were reminiscent of McDonald's. Made from a mix, perhaps? There are better places to eat for the money (including Zinburger on River). Not recommended. read more

Seriously I don't know how many times I've been here and they have undercooked their meat? I'm questioning why I eat here. This is supposed to be medium and it's literally raw hamburger not even warm inside! Management approached us after and said we should have notified the sever. I find that funny because she didn't even bring all our drinks to the table and had to be flagged down. Like I said this has happened to me a minimum of 4 other occasions where we had to send multiple burgers back. I hate writing reviews but someone is going to get sick and this isn't the first, second, or even third time this has happened at the Grant location. read more

Zinburger - Undercooked meat? - Burgers Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Went to Zinburger today and ordered a burger, chili-fries, and a coke. The burger came out looking great and as my normal practice I cut the burger in half ready to take a bite. My grip on the burger came to a screeching halt. There grilled into the meat was a long hair! Talk about losing your appetite. I called the waiter over and he took it away and attempted to give me another. I didn't accept it, but I did eat the chili-fries and they were great. I have eaten here many times and I enjoy their chicken drum sticks but today was aa disappointing visit. I would ask the grill master to please wear a hair net or limit the traffic of others when you are grilling. read more

I love to go to Zinburger whenever I'm craving a turkey burger. They grind their turkey fresh and it is the most tasty meat it is absolutely delicious. Couple the burger with some truffle fries and sweet potato fries and you've got a perfect match for A tasty meal! My kids love their milkshakes! Definitely a family favorite when we have something to celebrate lunch with. Note that they also have a fantastic Ahi tuna salad if you're looking for something lighter. read more

I don't know why everyone likes this place, I rather have a homemade burger. BUT my mom likes it so we do do curbside pickup from time to time. TIP: Always add at LEAST 20 minutes to their expected pick up time:) Food wise - I am a big fan of truffle fries in general. I have noticed that they keep changing up their fries, portions get smaller, although the price increases. At Locale Italian restaurant, you get a heaping plate of fries, enough for 3 people, for $7. Meanwhile, here it cost $6.50 for about one serving. read more

The food was good, though a bit over- priced for a burger and fries. My biggest complaint is that another server splattered my husband with ketchup from a dropped plate. He barely mumbled an apology and said he'd be back to clean up the mess. He left ketchup splashed everywhere for us to have to walk through (and all over my husband's pants) and never returned. Not sure we'll be back if that is how they treat customers. Very unprofessional! read more

I've been to other Zinburger locations before so I didn't come in with any big expectations. This Grant Rd. restaurant really wowed me though. Service was terrific, and the food was cooked perfectly. My SamBurger was put together so nicely, and the french fries we all shared were piping hot and wonderful. Zinburger was on their "A" game tonight! read more

Had a delicious burger and beer with sweet potato fries. I will definitely return. Nice ambience too. read more

Great place for burgers and fries. Also decent wine for the price. Happy hour specials with half price wine.

We love zinburger. Great staff and food. Their milkshakes are so good and their gluten free menu is good as well

Finally went to Zinburger after years of hearing how great it was and was not that impressed. The positives- the hostesses were wonderful, the ambiance is fun, service was quick and prices for happy hour are good BUT the serving size for a regular salad, not happy hour- was very small in my opinion and their sweet potato fries are terrible. My husband liked his burger, so I can't comment on that, but I was left very hungry after the meal. Given all the other positive elements of the meal, I would try again, but just don't think the meal I had was worth the hype this place typically receives. Bottom line: If you don't get a burger, you may leave hungry! read more

not too fancy, but it always seems like your meal has been thoughtfully prepared. It's hard not to become a lush with the half-price bottles of wine for happy hour read more

Love this place. I can have any kind of burger I want, chicken or beef, and there's lettuce wrap options. They also have sweet potato or zucchini fries as a substitution to regular ones. Great food and quite a unique menu and place. Our favorites are the appetizers. Can't just pick one, try them all!!

The best craft burger I've had in a long time. American wagyu beef served medium rare. Truffle parmesan shoestring fries were killer. Hubs had the spicy jalapeño burger, which lived up to its name... I might try it with the wagyu beef next visit. The dessert malts were a yummy (but gluttonous) finish. Prices were good (note: fries are à la carte) and the portions are appropriate (well, "American" appropriate... which means it was more than enough). Our server couldn't have been more prompt or pleasant. read more

Really great burgers. I've had both the turkey burger and the Bruce Lee, and both were excellent. They're a bit pricey at $12, but worth it. I love the space and vibe - it's bright and airy, and the bar opens up to the outside. It's also got a big patio for nice days. The staff is friendly and fun. This is one of the best burger places in town. read more

We pass by this place very often since we live in the area and we go to Costco a lot. We finally decided it was time to try a new place. Atmosphere was relaxing and the waiter was really nice! My husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich. I on the other hand was not a fan of the sandwich of the month. I don't know what I was expecting really, but for the price I don't think it was worth it at all for the entire meal. We also had little glass pieces on our table and in between the cracks of our table. I got a piece stuck in my finger and had to apply pressure to stop it from bleeding. read more

So we finally made it here and I was satisfied. Ordered the El Diablo burger and their Truffle Fries. Burger was cooked pretty and had good flavor. Truffle fries were out of this world. Loved them. My only complaint would have to be the ice tea. I like ice tea or wired flavored tea. Our server was very good, prompt and always checking on us. I do feel that their prices are a bit on the high side based on what you get based on some of the other joints in town. Two ice teas, truffle fries and a burger almost $30. Will definitely add this place to my list and will be going back. read more

Zinburger - Delicious B.Y.O.B. Build Your Own Burger* - Burgers Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

For starters I love the decor of this place, very open and modern, absolutely lovey. The staff is super friendly and present themselves well. The bartender is amazing, I asked a mystery drink, I like doing this at new bar locations as I'm not picky with drinks and I always figure I'm better of getting what they're best at making. Pink lemonaid type of drink, had pulp of strawberry or something in it, it was amazing. The food was all great except the burgers, which is funny considering the theme being kinda wrapped around them. They're too wet, like, juicy is great but these things have almost as much water content as they do meat content; it's not appealing. Would go again but wouldn't get the burgers, 4/5. read more

Love the happy hour!! I get the ziniburger usually and it's cooked perfectly and comes with deliciously crispy fries. The ziniburger is a good size for me. Due to the owner's efforts and concerns to make things right, I've modified my review. While the service was slow, and no attempts at an apology were offered for letting our order fall through the cracks, the food was nothing shy of excellent. Thanks Marissa, for your concern. read more

I honestly don't like any of the burgers at Zinburger, but I love everything else. All of the sides I've tried are amazing. The milkshakes are delicious. The desserts are delicious. But the burgers are ok. The burgers are well cooked, but the flavor and textures just don't wow me. Sometimes the bun is too soggy. The burgers aren't worth the price for me so I usually don't get one when I come here. I recommend any of the different types of fries. Setting is very nice and clean. Service is usually slow. read more
