    cheese steak

Went for a quick lunch with another person. There is a kiosk on the table that you can use but the waitress came by quickly. We each ordered the cheesesteak with fries. It took a little while but no big deal. While the meat was tender, everything including the fires were over-salted. I have to admit being from Philly so have tried a number of cheesesteaks I wouldn't order that again. Or French fries. The menu has a variety of items. Service was excellent. Wouldn't go out of may way to go there but some people might enjoy it.

This was our first visit to Yard House and we were pleasantly surprised to find a new favorite nearby spot. (I'll explain why I docked a star at the end). We were quickly seated in a spacious booth for our family of 6. Our drinks were slow to get to the table, but our food was rather quick to get to us, which I appreciate while eating out with children! Everyone enjoyed their meal! We had no complaints about the food, whatsoever. My only complaint was incorrect drink orders. My husband ordered a specific darker beer but was handed an IPA, very notably NOT what he ordered. He is not one to complain so he drank it, but definitely annoyed by the mix up. My beer was very flat, but again, not one to complain unless it was undrinkable. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and will be back again. Happy to have another good versatile spot nearby!

Stopped in for an appetizer and a buenaveza for me and dinner for my daughter. Two drinks one appetizer and one dish was $60. Kinda steep and just ok. The waitress was friendly and service was timely. The place is always at a low roar with lots of conversations going on. Always a decent place to go but a little pricey. They do have the best draft selection around though.

I had not been to Yard house in a long time.. I would just walk by it at the mall.. My friend suggested it since it's not far from work.. I have gone back several since! I love the Poke nachos and the wings.. the Brussels sprouts.. so good.. the service I would say is hit or miss.. wait staff is always pleasant.. it's the hostess whom are not always friendly.. and I believe the place is a bit too dark.. but I also don't care enough about that to not return.. as long as I get my wings..

We visited this past Friday with my family. I added our name to the waitlist through the app, and even though it was quite busy, we were seated right away. We started with the Poke Nachos, which were as always absolutely delicious. I ordered the Szechuan Crispy Beef Noodles, and they were amazing. My daughters ordered the boneless wings, jambalaya, and the tuna stack, and everything was delicious. My husband ordered the grilled pork chop. A manager came to our table to let us know that his pork chop had been burned in the kitchen and offered him a complimentary salad while we waited. She was very kind and apologetic. When his entrée arrived, he said it was one of the best things he has ever eaten in Tucson. Our server, Madison, was a delight, courteous, professional, and attentive. We enjoyed our food and would definitely be coming back Top-notch service, 10/10.

Yard House is a longtime favorite of mine, and this location in Tucson is no different! For starters (pun intended), this Yard House has a great space both inside and outside - easy parking at the Park Place Mall, and plenty of big, comfy, spacious booths in the dining area. The prices on an extensive list of draft beers here are very reasonable - and even cheaper for the Happy Hour every day of the week from 3-6pm and after 9pm at night. I love getting the House Hazy IPA, but the cocktails shouldn't be slept on either - I tried the Lavender Martini on my latest visit and found it to be subtly sweet, delicious, and easier to go down than a traditional Martini..while still being very strong! I also love how most appetizers and pizzas are 1/2 off for the Happy Hour - some of my favorites include the Chicken (they also offer vegan chicken) Nachos, Wisconsin Cheese Curds, and the Calamari (although the quality and size of the calamari can sometimes be hit & miss). Aside from the Happy Hour items, I also LOVE the burgers and tacos on the main menu here. On my latest visit, I noticed they had some new options for the tacos - I got one each of the Birria, Beer-Battered Baja Fish, and Vampire Carnitas Tacos. Each of them were very well-prepared very tasty. The fish taco had big slaps of fish that were juicy and delectable. The birria came with a side cup of consume to dip it in and was very solid for that type of taco! The vampire carnitas had one of those cheese crusted tortillas for the 'vampiro' style and had very tender, flavorful meat within! Service here is also very friendly and accommodating every time I visit - there's never been any issues that I've encountered. If you do need something resolved, they're always more than helpful. Whether its for lunch, happy hour, dinner, or just some drinks and hanging out...Yard House is one of the best spots for doing it. I will continue to return in the future & highly recommend it to others!

    20oz Bone-in Ribeye

I come here all the time for happy hour. One of the best budget dinner options on earth. Honestly, a meal at McDonald's is probably more expensive. The Happy Hour Hits: Ahi Sashimi (Top Tier) Chicken Lettuce Wraps (Top Tier) Wisconsin Cheese Curds Crispy Brussel Sprouts Pizza Avoid: Calamari- I love calamari and I've ordered it 3 times just to hope it improves. It's all breading. Queso Dip- also ordered several times and it has a weird chemical aftertaste to it, like it's been sitting in a vat all day. If I'm not going for happy hour and I have money I order the 20 ounce bone-in Ribeye. It's 40 bucks but a decent value considering that a cut at the grocery store is around 20-25 dollars and it doesn't come with mashed potatoes and Japanese broccoli.

10/10. We came in late and sat at the bar right before the kitchen closed. We felt bad and didn't want to hassle them but they obliged. Service was attentive and patient which is always appreciated. I shared the Nashville hot chicken and pancakes which was an otherworldly experience. Just delicious. The pancakes were small which was disappointing. I wish they were more proportional to the chicken.

Met some friends here for Happy Hour. There was a short wait to get patio seating. We ordered mostly off the HH menu, except for a side salad, which was full of crisp, fresh veggies. I ordered the calamari, which was a little disappointing with tons of breading and overcooked small pieces of calamari. We also got the sliders with an upgrade to onion rings. Those were good. Chicken tenders with fries were good, although much of that came home to eat another day. Our friends got the lettuce wraps and one of the pizzas. They enjoyed their meal. Some of us took advantage of the HH wine and beer specials. Our server was friendly and checked in with us a few times. It was a lovely evening to sit out on the patio.

Came on a Friday evening and they were crowded, we put our name in the waitlist and we got a text when our table was ready. I had a "Pineapple Express" drink that was delicious. We ordered the calamari and sweet potato fries for app. And entree we had the jambalaya (rice) and I had the garlic noodles with chicken. They have a full bar. located at the mall you will have to hunt for parking

Tuna stack and Belgian white (both were good).

Nice clean open vibe. Great beer selection, friendly staff. Ok food (good for a sports bar).

I wish they had designated spots for curbside. Stopped in for happy hr with my mom and it was such a treat. They have great prices, amazing food, strong drinks and good service. We ordered a few things to share and everything was perfect and arrived timely. I love their lettuce wraps such flavor with minimal guilt. The pizza is also banging that truffle mushroom pizza is a force. If th3 drinks we tried the lavendar drop was mt favorite. The margarita is OK but to me it was missing that special something . Ihev had better margaritas for 1/2 the price point. I will say I've ordered Togo here and I wish they had curbside parking options. This place is at the mall so parking can be a little hectic but so worth it.

    Smiles for APPS!

Food arrived just 15 min later and was piping hot and delicious. The lasagna is a good sized portion (roughly 5x7) and is generously filled with meat. Taste is amazing with medium-firm pasta and a nice crust across the top and sides. The ricotta calzone came with a side of marinara (yay) for dipping as there is no sauce inside. Roughly 2 dozen toppings are available, ranging from $3-$8+. I opted for the meatballs ($8.50) and was slightly disappointed. The meatballs are crumbled within the calzone (understandable) but not pronounced in quantity. I would prefer larger pieces (halves work at this size - after all I ordered meat-ball not meet-ground ;) However, for $8 (a 75% upcharge) my chief gripe is that I was simply expecting more. Next time pepperoni/mushrooms! Ambiance is lovely and waitstaff were awesome -- gracious, knowledgeable about menu specifics, and attentive. Parking is free/easy at this corner of a small strip mall. Can't wait to try their new Detroit menu too! Note: due to Rene's smaller size (less than 10 tables total) and high demand, all reservations (any day) require a credit card to hold. This is entirely understandable as even one no-show is a measurable hit to keeping a full house. I also have kids yet 100% embrace their patio-only policy when with kiddos. This literal mom/pop venue (they have kids too) tries to do the impossible balance between clientele and intimate, high-end dining (we simply accommodate by getting take out when feeding the Whole family ;)

The beets and everything that came with them was very fresh! I love anything with pickled onions. The steak appetizer was excellent and my dad could not stop talking about them. Next, I ordered the swordfish special and my dad got the pork chop. Everything was cooked to perfection and flavor was everywhere! For dessert we split the dark chocolate ganache. The ganache was very rich but paired wonderfully with the whipped cream and other flavors. I don't drink, but my dad also loved the cocktails he ordered! The crab puffs are amazing! We could have eaten ten of them; a crisp outside is stuffed with a melting cheesy crab mixture. Divine!
