Came here to grab a drink on a Friday night and was surprised by how busy it was. We arrived around 5:30 and there was already very little seating room. We managed to snag a couple of seats in a communal lounge area. I think it's the kind of place where many people come early for happy hour. It was also raining which made it impossible to sit outside, meaning the indoor seating area was pretty packed. We decided to lean into the sidecar of it all and order a classic prohibition sidecar. I don't think this was a traditional sidecar, which was surprising, but it was tasty. It's small, but it packs a punch. The bartenders here are very talented. Overall, I wish the space was a little bit bigger, but it's a great spot to grab a quick drink and enjoy some pizza from the spot next pdoor. read more

This was a cute little spot for drinks. It is a 1st come 1st serve, meaning you seat yourself. So coming on the weekends can get a bit tricky in finding a seat as the inside is rather cozy. They do offer outside seating but with the cold nights may not be ideal. The plus though is they also have heaters for the patio area. The staff were very welcoming, and the bartenders are sweet. The drinks are definitely on the unique side, but the bartender I had was very accommodating in if we didn't like it, just let her know. I can't remember the drink I had but it was pleasantly good. My friends 1st drink, wasn't it, so the bartender made a Mai tai which was much better. Overall, I loved the chill vibes, it's a good spot to either start your evening, or just have a lowkey night. I first stopped by Sidecar during the pandemic for to-go drinks but never made it back to sit and enjoy the space I should have come back sooner. The bar is small, charming, and cozy, with an inviting neighborhood feel. My friends and I grabbed seats at the bar, and the bartender was both funny and skilled, mixing up some excellent cocktails. The whole place probably seats around 30 people, including the patio, which makes it feel intimate without being cramped. I came by here one afternoon after work. As someone who mostly enjoys beer, I was excited to see a decent verity on such a small better list instead of the usually3 IPA and a PBR. I also got one of the pizza from Flora, and devoured it in no time. We were let known there would be a hour wait for the pizza but that was no issue. We sat on their cozy patio. I also did enjoy the no under 18 policy with how small the space is. I finally went back after several years. Met with a friend of mine and we sat out in the patio (wonderful addition). The soonest we got there we were greeted and told us we could seat anywhere. Out bar tender brought us the cocktail menu and gave us time for us to order. My friend asked if they could do anything out of the menu and they said yes, she ordered a Paloma with mezcal (very tasty, refreshing, smokey and strong!). That last is a problem, though. Sidecar generally sells sugary confections of syrup, ice, and a very small amount of booze at a $15 price. Speaking of price, the card scanner is annoyingly preset to 20% tip as the lowest non-custom setting...c'mon, man. I love Sidecar and I'm not even a big drinker! They have a nice little selection of non-alcoholic options, my favorite being the Orange Almond Julias. I like the outside seating which feels lovely in the evenings when it's dark and the lighting is on. The indoor seating is great also, comfortable booths that you'll often be sharing with others in attendance since they are long and accommodate many guests. He was friendly, attentive, and really knew his cocktails. We arrived and checked in with the bartender. We sat outside and while my boyfriend went to his car to grab my glasses a server walked by ​ and swiped the menu off our table without saying a word or asking for permission. When my boyfriend returned and questioned him about it he denied it. He said I was mistaken and blamed a group of customers that had just come in.
