Beautiful cozy and well decorated bar. We came here because they had a wonderful Dj. playing on a Sunday afternoon. They have a good selection of tapas, wine, cider and beers. We ordered a charcuterie board that wasn't outstanding but good enough to enjoy with a beer. The manchego cheese side was very good. The service was a little slow but our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect place to enjoy a drink with friends or a date.

We came here Saturday night for drinks, and I love the ambiance--it's really cute. They were out of cava, so I tried the L'Acote rosé and a spritz with rosé instead of cava. I wasn't a fan of the rosé, but the spritz was better. That said, I'd definitely prefer it with cava. I really enjoyed the Castellano olives, corn nuts, and Marcona almonds. Since it was late, they weren't serving cheese, but I hope they offer it later at night in the future--along with bread. It would also be great if they had non-pork charcuterie options, like beef. I'll definitely be back!

    Beautiful front entrance.

A brand new beautifully lit and curated wine and tapas bar in the heart of 9th Ave historic district. We enjoyed the n/a cocktails as well as the bread and cheese plates. The plates are served family style with plenty of great snacks to share. They offer wines and beer along side the tapas. The space is gorgeous, exposed brick with thoughtfully placed art and vintage mirrors. Can't wait to come back.

    Burrata and tomato confit!

Perfect Sunday brunch spot!! Love this place. Everything is yummy and the cava/wine list is solid!

We were greeted by a giant statue of a unicorn zebra and of course took a selfie. We then went to the bar area and absolutely loved the dark speakeasy vibes. Burk, the handsome man with a shiny head, was at the bar. He handed us a drink menu that contained fun drink names like Death of a Unicorn. The drinks tasted good and had a lovely presentation. Mine even came in a zebra mug. We also learned that this bar has both an upstairs and downstairs area. We enjoyed a couple of drinks and headed home. This place left such an impression that we have been back two times since. On another occasion we had Nate the bartender. He had a lovely personality and accommodated all of the guests that came in near closing. We enjoyed Santa's Banana Hammock and Unicorn Ski Accident. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem. I look forward to seeing where this place goes. It has a ton of potential for special events with the basement area. P.s. It's also a boutique hotel. They were both incredibly kind, took the time to really listen, and genuinely understood my concerns. That meant a lot to me, and it's clear they truly care about their guests and their business. I also appreciated how personable Rebecca was, she was very present, empathetic, kind, and understanding, acknowledging that the situation had been handled very poorly. I've always loved the food here, you can taste the quality, creativity, and mindfulness in everything. Every other staff member I've encountered has been wonderful as well. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and honestly a great little getaway. Because of how this was handled and the consistency in everything else, I'm updating this to 5 stars. It's the kind of place where you can slow down, unwind from life's demands, share an impressive bite, and enjoy a glass of rosé while taking in the ambiance. I definitely recommend supporting this local business. Rebecca is a genuine, savvy businesswoman, and I really respect the care and intention behind what she has built. Cheers to letting the sunshine in and the dark cloud fade away. (Original review below for context) Very disappointing experience. Our server, Bryce, was dismissive, rude and inattentive from the start. He wasn't checking on our table at all, and we had to flag him down just to get drinks. We were still eating and planning to order more food and drinks, but service never improved. After waiting with empty glasses, I went inside to order another glass of rosé for myself and a second gin and tonic for my friend. That's when he told me he was "closing us out" and that we needed to leave. This was completely unprovoked and said in front of the bartender and other staff, which made the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. We were not intoxicated or disruptive in any way. I had only had two glasses of rosé and was trying to order a third, and my friend had one cocktail and was ordering her second. The third glass I did receive appeared under-poured, which added to the overall discomfort, but at that point we were just trying to enjoy our time and catch up. It was surprising that a server would take it upon himself to cut off and remove guests under these circumstances, especially when basic service had not even been provided. Because of this, we chose not to order additional food or drinks. I've been here before with friends and clients and had good experiences, which makes this even more disappointing. This experience completely changed my impression, and I will not be returning

My concern is with the food--none of the dishes we ordered tasted good, and the price was high for the portions we received. The ceasar salad, for example, was bland, and the dressing was salty and bitter. When compared to the salad at a restaurant just down to road, I found this one inedible. I rarely write reviews and I don't do this in a mean-spirited way--I would love to see a local restaurant and bar succeed. It is just that we paid $83 for two drinks and 4 small plates, and couldn't eat two of them and left hungry. I hope the food can improve!
