Super cute place with both indoor and outdoor seating! The happy hour deals were fantastic and include plenty of food and drink options and even some dessert options. Everything was very good and service was mostly good with just a couple of minor hiccups. Will be back for happy hour for sure!! Daily from 3-6 if I'm not mistaken. read more

I love the California bowl but last two times ordered for delivery there was no avocado. The avocado makes the dish. No word on why none was added to the dish. Disappointing. read more

Came here last Friday, even though I'd had a bad experience once before. I wanted to give them another shot. All in all I'd say my first impression was correct. Not good. Hostess was friendly, explained mask policy, and sat us. That was the best part of the meal. My Dads sig other ordered a soda. When the soda came, it was obvious that it was mostly soda and no DrPepper. But when she tasted it, it confirmed something was wrong. The waitress said she'd change out the soda bag and be right back. 15 minutes later she said they were having trouble trying to figure out how to add the soda bag to the machine and would she like tea instead. It took 50 minutes to get our food after ordering and people who came after us got their food before us. My meal was ice cold and I didn't want to wait another hour to have it replaced. The waitress promised it would take less than 5 minutes to get it replaced. I received my meal when my family was done. And it was COLD again. We were super disappointed. To to it off the waitress brought me the check with double the entrees. Definitely won't be back. read more

We've been to Zinburger a handful of times and have enjoyed their atmosphere and Wildcat spirit every time. I had the Zinburger and my SO had the Wagyu burger. The burgers were delicious and flavorful. We also shared a chocolate milkshake and double truffle fries with aioli sauce. The milkshakes here have never disappointed me. It's a creamy consistency with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. The truffie fries are to DIE for-perfectly cooked, slightly crispy, with the wonderful taste of truffle and a delicious aioli dipping sauce. FYI-Zinburger has happy hour specials on weekdays from 3pm-6pm. Their milkshakes are $3 instead of ~$5, and there are other happy hour specials too. read more

Wonderful evening to dine outside on the patio at Zinburger. Our server Ronnie did a great job as he was very professional, attentive, extremely friendly with a good sense of humor, and made our dining experience very pleasant. The West Coast Grilled Chicken sandwich was very good, although the chicken breast might have been a slightly larger portion, and my wife's The Farm Salad tossed with chicken breast was delicious. read more

I went to Zinburger for my last cheat meal prior to starting a diet. I think they a good burger; no complaints. I got the Samburger cooked medium well it was just a tiny bit pinker than I was expecting but delicious either way. But the real reason to go to Zinburger is their appetizers and shakes! The zucchini fries are to die for. I've never ordered them and felt disappointed. I also highly recommend their truffle fries but the zucchini's are definitely a family favorite. The atmosphere here is casual, you can sit outdoors in a shaded patio or at the bar. Service is quick too! read more

I had been wanting to try Zinburger for quite some time and boy am I glad I finally did! Everything was delicious. I stopped by to get take out for lunch with my parents and Zinburger did not disappoint. The service was great and the girls at the front answered all my questions. I ordered the zucchini fries and the loaded fries to share. There was more than enough to go around for the three of us and they were both very good. I adore fried zucchini and let me just say that this was some of the best I've ever had. I had the veggie burger. The burger was well seasoned, had a pleasing texture, and was moist and delicious. I really enjoyed it. My parents had the Bruce Lee and the zinburger. They both raved about them. We will definitely be returning and trying more things on the menu. read more

I have been visiting this Zinburger since 2020 when they started carry out. I never had faster, more accurate service then Paige last night. The food was top notch, as it normally is. There were sports on the TV so the ambiance was 10/10 Still highly recommend this Zinburger. read more

Good food, poor customer service. The milkshakes are great, decent burgers, and the truffle fries are awesome. Don't try to get food close to closing because they won't serve you. *personal pet peeve is when a store "closes" and won't serve you before their actual listed closing time. If you wanted to close earlier, then list that time as your closing time. There is a reasonably priced happy hour burger but the wine on the happy hour menu is usually an overpriced glass of a cheap bottle of wine. read more

I just went to Zinburger and it is delicious I ordered the Samburger and it was very juicy with mouth watering angus beef and bacon. We also got the loaded fries and they tasted just like a baked potato and the fries were very long crispy and golden. The service was very polite and patient with everyone. The vibe of the place was very chill and calm. They are also pet friendly. Would recommend! read more

My husband and myself love zinburger! They always have great tasting burgers and there's always a powerful flavor punch, which is very important to me when eating out. However, they still struggle with temperatures on meats. So, this last trip that chicken was cooked way too long it was almost like jerky. My husband's Burger which should have been medium was more well done. I exchange my chicken for a burger and I ordered medium rare and it was closer to medium well. however, the taste was fantastic so I wasn't about to send it back again. Honestly, if they could get their temperatures together I couldn't come up with a complaint for this restaurant. I do wish they'd bring back the bananas Foster. I know they come up with a banana Royale which is not the same. However, I would definitely recommend this restaurant! read more

Great food great service from the bar and manager vlad is a gem thank you guys! I had the special smash burger it was sooo good

It was a Friday night at 7. I think they were missing table bussers, as tables were stacking up. Servers had no interest in cleaning a table, and management was no where to be found. So inexperienced hostesses tried their best to bus tables and get people seated. It wasn't enough. Our hipster male server was a fast talker and really had no interest in us. He needed to get it all done, either due to being short staffed or he had a date. It was hard to tell as he muffled through his pitch. Burgers were meh. Tastless mostly. Fries very good though. The one caesar we had was pretty good. Bathrooms were horrid. Bad night all over. read more

Third time in a month we've eaten either at or taken out from this location and the food was awful. The only reason I'm writing this is because I know this company holds their concepts to much higher standards than they are offering guests. Last night this is what I received for a $13.50 plus tax and tip chicken sandwich.... I'm not greedy, but the chicken is prob half the weight as the recipe calls for and the avocado was browning. The only item that was remotely acceptable was a kids cheeseburger, which is always good. $50 take out, taking zin out of our weekly rotation for good at this point. read more

My last time coming here. Went there yesterday with my wife and son and my son had a kid's sized chocolate shake. He found a shard of sharp plastic in it that actually made it into his mouth. We were lucky he didn't swallow it and/or cut his mouth up, or worse. When we informed the staff about it they didn't seem overly concerned and they did remove the chocolate shake , that wasn't drank other than the first sip, from the bill. That was the most concern they showed for what could have happened. I understand things slip by people, but a little more concern for what could have been a disaster for my 8 year old. Beyond that, appetizers came out after the main food and service was slow and subpar. Won't be going back. Going out nowadays is SO expensive but I feel quality has really gone down, not just here but other places as well. Sad to see once great places act like this. read more

Came here few years ago and wasn't the biggest fan. Decided to try again recently and so glad we did! For starters, this location has stunning views of the mountains. Lucky we came right at opening on a Saturday bc it filled up quickly after we placed our order. Ordered everything "spicy", but could've used more of a kick on everything. Disappointed that $11 margarita was quite small and tasted watered down. Strawberry milkshake tasted like Nesquik strawberry milk.. can't tell if that's a win or loss. The el Diablo burger was great as well as the green chili fries. Sweet potato fries were a hit for my son and I. read more

Absolutely Disgusting!!! Literally just threw 50$ out the window! Whole order was uneatable! Order well done no toppings but bacon and cheese received a uncooked burger,no bun, with soggy undercooked bacon and cheese. The fries were cold and soggy as well and the bacon was burnt to the point it's literally harder than rocks and the inside of the fries were raw. WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! It cost less to go to the organic market and buy top notch ground beef, buns, bacon and cheese and make it yourself. Don't believe me see the pictures of what I received read more

Whenever I'm in Tucson and need a quick lunch, I usually go to Zinburger because the service at the bar is fast and the price is comparable these days to what you'd pay at the fast food joints. Zinburger is known for their hefty delicious burger whether it's the Zin or standard burger. The beef is usually great. Last month I went to Zinburger on a day trip and ordered the Zinburger as usual and was most disappointed. The burger has decreased in size and the there were barely any ingredients. The taste was not the same. I asked the bartender what changes were made and he had no idea at all. Claimed the burgers are the same as always. Another sad sign of the times. Cost cutting and price increases. Less quality for more money. I'd rather have a better burger regardless of the money. I'll probably look elsewhere for lunch when in Tucson. So many restaurants have closed in Tucson. read more

The taste of the meat is superb and always cooked to perfection. We decided to get an appetizer so, we tried the fried artichokes. They were tasty. Not overly fried. I've never had something like that before, I really enjoyed it. Came with a really nice sauce (truffle remoulade) of course our burgers were remarkable! The meat is so good and flavorful ! read more

I admittedly have never been a big fan of Zinburger. I can think of several other places in Tucson I would rather get a burger at. My parents love coming here with their friends though and for happy hour, so I got to tag along for lunch on a Saturday. We sat at the bar which was nice, the staff was very attentive. I ended up really enjoying the food. I got the classic diner burger. It was a little greasy, but still good. The zucchini fries were very tasty. Overall, I am not dying to return but if given the chance I know I will enjoy my next visit, so it would be worth checking out if you have never been. read more

First time ever at Zinburger. I started off with the Huss brewing hazy IPA. Very nice and light hazy. I ordered the burger of the month which was the truffle melt. Amazing burger full of flavor. It had truffle Gouda, and swiss on rye bread with 1000 island truffle and caramelized onions. I also had a side of the zucchini fries with ranch. They were ok not really what i like but trying to be "healthy". We sat on the outdoor bar. Great atmosphere and we had a great bartender/server. Great first experience at Zinburger. read more
