My husband and I have been wanting to try this place after checking out their menu options. It's a little further away for us than the local Starbucks but the gap between the two is worth it when it comes to quality and service. Initial impressions: It's located in a small strip center but it's easy to see from the street in either direction. When we walked in, we both noticed that there is plenty of space to stretch out and work or even host a get together which I like to do with my friends. In a lot of coffee shops, you feel like you are sitting on top of your neighbor's head and have zero privacy to chat or do work. Ordering process: Very easy and the line is well defined. They have multiple spots to show their WiFi access and password which is really nice. So often, you have to truck over and basically hold someone hostage to get a code. Nice to not even worry about it here. Their menu is lit up behind the counter and shows all the options. It's expansive and has a ton of things to try. I also like that they have multiple sugar free options and also subs for milk. Most places are limited. Not so here. They also saw us kinda struggling to see everything and not hold up the line so they gave us a small menu without us even asking. Those things matter. It shows that a staff wants people to be comfortable. The owner actually was working the register and he was really, really nice. Asked us our names and if it was our first time here. We had a question and one of his staff was there in a second to answer it like he knew everything inside and out. Very refreshing instead of a "Well, I can go check," way of doing things. Their points of service are a 10. They even offered to exchange a drink if I didn't like it. That's my love language, lol. Drinks: I ordered a Caramel Macchiato Sugar Free and my husband got a Blended Mocha. They go all the way up to 32oz on drinks too which is cool. Both of the drinks were great. No complaints at all. They lived up to their rep on blended drinks in my husband's opinion. I also got an Almond Croissant and it was very good. I would get it again. They also asked if I wanted it heated which was a nice touch. Pricing: Very fair and worth it. Total with tax was about $21 and it was nice that they didn't upcharge on adding things like sugar free powder. It's little things like this that define a quality business that is customer-centric in my opinion. Final Opinion: It sucked, j/k. In all seriousness, places like Ziggi's thrive because they fill in the gaps that other massive chains just ignore because they are more interested in volume than quality. Ziggi's proves you can achieve both in my opinion.

Stopped in for my first time. I was in the area and needed to do some work and wanted to have a refreshing drink. Mission accomplished! The staff is extremely welcoming and have great customer service the atmosphere is relaxing. I had a dragonfruit splash it was deliciously refreshing and a blueberry muffin that was heated up to perfection. Moist and crunchy the way I prefer, any time I am in Katy and need a place to work and feel comfortable. Ziggi's is now my go to!

My wife and I were shopping for a recliner and needed coffee drinks. This was nearby and new to us. Glad we stopped in, the hot cappucino I got was top notch and huge, some places only do these in a small size or they fail to execute on anything bigger, 5 stars. My wife loves the frozen blended coffee drinks and they do them well here. Her "blender" was a java chip and I barely got a couple sips, another 5 star concoction. I picked up a bag of whole coffee beans, Notorious Espresso, they had a good price on their beans. This is a small chain out of Longmont, Colorado. I graciously shared a nibble of my snickerdoodle cookie, that was all she allowed herself. Friendly people and good coffee.

First time here and the baristas were so inviting and helpful! They created a honey cinnamon latte for my hubby who doesn't like his coffee too sweet. For me, I ordered the Fireside, hot. It was really good! Definitely have to try it iced as well as one of the baristas suggested. The coffee shop is big with lots of tables and chairs and very comfy to just sit and relax and a good cup of coffee

Came here cause I heard some great reviews over coffee!! And if you know me this girl LOVES COFFEE!! Super busy in the morning but great place to study or grab a coffee with a friend. The staff is super friendly and knocks out the line super quick!! I ordered a pumpkin pie latte! My mom ordered a smoothie and my sister ordered a chai tea.. my coffee and my mothers smoothie came out instantly however they forgot to make my sisters tea which I had to ask the manger what was going on, and super friendly he made it right away after he acknowledged they skipped over it. Overall the coffee is super delicious and strong just how I like it.. they have an array of options when it comes to different milks for an up charge.

Morning service experience vs. afternoon experience is night and day... 5 stars for morning & 3 for afternoon... I do love that the quality of the coffee is the same no matter when you come in and that you get a cute little chocolate covered espresso bean as a treat with your drink! Their cranberry ginger scone is one of my favorite coffee shop bakery treats in the area. Delicious! Another great thing about this place is the actual space... There are tons of tables and a community table perfect for getting some work done, outdoor seating, and some soft seating in the back great for catching up with friends.

I love indulging in their variety of coffee blended drinks. They're super yummy. BEST OF ALL they have great gluten free breakfast sandwiches too. Such a challenge finding decent gf anything especially sandwiches. So Oh, and they have the cutest little pup cups for the pup pups

The employee was really nice. I got a butter pecan and got it half sweet and still super good. They have so much seating. I think I found a quiet coffee shop. Great place to study. Please consider supporting local coffee shops like this

I just wanted to write this review to say I LOVEEEEE this place, I work in restaurant management and so I really pick up on those little customer service things and ziggis employees hit the nail on the head for everything. They're always kind and lively making every guest not only feel like a customer but also a friend, no matter what time of day. THATS the kind of environment people like to return to, ive recently become a frequent customer and I've never had a bad experience. I get the same thing every time, and the employees really put in effort to get to know the regulars. I'm also picky about cold brew and I LOVE theirs. If you're looking for a small coffee shop to hit whether it's dining in or drive through, you'll have a great experience here. Cannot rave about this place and their good coffee and amazing staff enough!

The exterior is just as beautifully decorated. It's clear that chef-owner Lori Pope poured a lot of time, heart, and soul into both the menu and the store's design. The hostess was super friendly. As soon as I walked in, she gave me a warm and smiling greeting. The menu was a feast for the eyes. It had a lot of lovely pictures of the different dishes. I was ecstatic to see that there were so many vegetarian and vegan friendly options. Also, most of the dishes can be requested to be made gluten-free. Big plus. You don't order at your table, instead you go to the counter in the back and make sure to bring the sheet with your table number on it. The gal at the counter who took our order wasn't as friendly as the hostess but she was polite enough to inform us about the 15% charge. The food came out very quickly. Hopefully it's because they had a ton of people working in the back. Hopefully. I ordered the Magic Mushroom Tacos and thought it was a beautiful plate. My favorite thing about the dish is the tortillas. It had a nice light crisp to it and kept all the fillings intact from start to finish. The "Magic Mushrooms" were good but could have been better if the batter were lighter and crispier. The batter was a little on the heavy and dense side for me. I also think the sauce could be even better if it had a bit less oil and a bit more flavor. I really enjoyed the potato slices and the fresh berries were a great way to cleanse the palate. My lunch date ordered the Biscuit and gravy dish and thought it was good. We also ordered a side of the Belgian waffle to share. I thought the waffle on its own was extremely sweet and way too dense for my liking. I am happy there's a locally owned and created brunch place like Harvest Kitchen and will definitely be back to try other dishes. Note: There's an automatic 15% service charge to every order.

She brought me my cinnamon roll after I asked for a refund, I relayed that message to granddaughter. My review reflects on her unwelcoming hostess mentioned.. I was also met with pages of messages on Instagram from their personal page after this review that I KINDLY responded to on how they no longer served us. Apparently you can't be open and honest on yelp without being banned from this restaurant. Lack of professionalism and ability to accept open criticism is clearly an issue & displayed here. Being labeled as much considering the close and friendly relationships I've had with the staff here is disappointing, disgraceful, and disrespectful. I will not longer be commenting on this as of 06/17/2026. 06/16/2026: I am a regular. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed my meal and/or experience here from start to finish here. Today was my last straw. The experience and food is noticeably different when chef Lori is not here. For $80 I expect my food to come fresh and delivered with the rest of the tables food. I don't expect to sit down for 10 - 15 minutes to then be notified they are out of what I ordered. I've sat down for an extra 5 - 10 minutes and I saw 10 empty tables with no line. The whole experience here has gone downhill and rapidly fast. To say the least, I will not consider myself a regular here anymore. I added an old picture because I really use to enjoy this place.

We arrived and sat outside due to having a dog, beating the small waitlist they had of people wanting to eat inside. Feels like it gets busy there so be prepared to wait (they don't take reservations). The interior and outside areas are clean and simple, ordering was also fast too. Our server was attentive and quick, although she did make a remark asking if one of our party was sure they wanted to order as much as they did. Ignoring that, ordering was smooth. We got their pancakes, French toast, a side order of bacon, side order of sausage, and ranch omelette with biscuits and grits. Everything was good but the standouts were the pancakes and omelette that were very filling and hit the spot. Not many brunch places can be consistently good across all dishes but Toasted Yolk certainly was. It's convenient, relatively cheap, and good food. As someone who has worked as a server before, I would never speak to customers that way. It felt unnecessary and rude. To make things worse, when our food arrived, I noticed what looked like a small metal piece (possibly a wire or bristle) on the plate next to the bacon. That's a serious food safety concern and very alarming. When the server came back, she didn't apologize or acknowledge the issue at all, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, between the poor service and the issue with the food, I was very disappointed. After this experience, this restaurant is now on my blacklist. I won't be returning.

I ordered the breakfast quesadilla, and my wife got the South of the Border omelet. We also had the roasted potatoes, which ended up being a very small portion. My main issue was that several items listed (or expected) didn't come as described. The quesadilla was supposed to come with sour cream and pico, but they weren't served on the side. We were told the pico was inside the quesadilla, which wasn't noted on the menu. Additionally, both dishes had raw, unsautéed onions mixed into the scrambled eggs. That wasn't listed in the description, and I personally don't like raw onions, so it definitely affected the meal for me. I think ingredients like that should be clearly stated.
