However, I tried the Ube Cheese this second time around and although there was an aroma of ube, I really couldn't taste the ube flavor at all. This might be because I also asked for 30% sweetness, which might have diluted the ube flavor. The strong coffee flavor overpowered the cheese this time around, so I didn't enjoy this combination as much.
