Pretty good. The fourth star was for Ms. Tina of Tina's Tacos bc my potato, egg and chz taco was huge and both salsas were v good. The seasonal latte with vanilla bean syrup, I ordered half sweet. It was fair- more sweet than strong. I didn't get a chance to see who was on beans. The service was steady, appreciated the hustle. Place was pretty busy this sat morning. I do like that they feature and credit many of my fav houston haunts: love croissants, blacksmith, etc. with that, it kinda made me miss being able to go to them as readily since I moved :( personal problem. Overall, if I was in the area I'd visit PCR again. Two word review: bravo, Tina!

Pearland Coffee Roasters is hands down one of my favorite coffee spots in Pearland. They're always consistent with flavor and usually have new holiday drinks. The inside feels comfy and they have croissants from love croissants. They even have seating outside. There's no drive thru and the parking isn't the best. There's a train that usually passes by so the traffic can be a little annoying. The service is always good here though.

The coffee was okay. The kolache and croissant weren't bad. The wait was unusually long and interaction with staff was pretty awkward. It took 20 minutes for 3 drinks to come out and another 10 to watch the food I ordered sit on the counter after I asked twice about it. Definitely unnecessary. And there are huge potholes in the parking lot. Not a good experience for me but the place had enough people inside hanging out.

Great place to work, meet with friends or just relax especially in the mornings. It is also pet friendly on the patio area. Great staff who can customize drinks for you or make recommendations on what to order. They also offer small and regular tasty pastries that dissappear fast. I met with our notary here to sell our home. Met with some church volunteers. They also enjoyed this place. I also do some regular work during the day

High quality coffee and individuals making it. Love the vibe. Indoor and outdoor seating. I am so happy to have PCR here. Go!

How cute are these useable coffee stoppers?!

I love the coffee here, I've never had a cup that I didn't like. I especially enjoy their Vietnamese iced coffee which gives me the perfect kick I need to start my day! The service is always nice & recommend very tasty drinks, and serves your drink rather quickly. The shop is very cute with lots of seating & outlets for workspace. It is definitely a bit loud for a coffee shop, but not unbearable. Today I tried the Bacon & Egg breakfast burrito & I was a bit overwhelmed with the ratio of egg to bacon. There was definitely more egg than bacon unfortunately, but still tasty & comes with a mild salsa that adds a little kick! Overall I love this place, haven't visited the other location but will be soon.

I love stopping by this place whenever I'm in the area. The coffee is smooth and tastes great. Although I haven't tried any of the food items, they were selling quickly when I was in line last time. The shop is cute, but I haven't had the chance to enjoy my coffee inside yet. The baristas are friendly and seem to enjoy working there.

Coconut Horchata Latte.

Was a cute little spot.. I only had a Coconut Horchata Latte (She was a THICK girl!) the flavor was good just didn't care for the consistency of it. I also grabbed a croissant with a spicy sausage and cheese inside, that was pretty good. Service was great! I would have to visit and try something else.

Drive thru - love that the prices include tax!!!

All time fav coffee shop. Homemade syrups, comparable prices , beautiful new building.

This was my first time going that deep into Pearland and this coffee shop is a gem. There's not a lot of parking or tables, but the drinks was quite flavorful. I got the magnolia which is a coffee milk tea. It was light and not too sweet and definitely kept me caffeinated. There were charging ports against the wall. The noise level fluctuated so it's a great place to talk to people or just work/study. I didn't try any foods here but their display pastries look yummy. The drink came out quickly. I would come back here to study.

SouthDown -- I like that this place makes its own syrups. :)

We are happy to see this new coffee shop opened nearby. This morning we used the drive thru to get our morning coffee because we are out of creamer at home. Lol! I ordered the large hot SouthDown, one of their featured drinks. It was tasty but hard to describe. I'd definitely order it again, but... it was lukewarm warm. :/ We told the lady who took our order that it was our first time at their place. I wish she'd been more helpful with suggestions and more high energy about our patronage. When at the window she handed us the device that asks for a tip, something I hate! I am a generous tipper when served but resent being asked to tip in situations like this. I'd rather the owner properly pay the workers and adjust pricing accordingly. We'll be back to try again. Early lack luster experiences with new places are often due to newness. So... 4 stars gives the benefit of the doubt and it meant to encourage improvements.

Cute little spot and love the decor. I'm a black coffee drinker so it's sometimes difficult to find good plain coffee. Their cold brew here was so smooth and did not have all the typical acidity you'd see with mediocre cold brews. Now only if I can find a similar spot in California. I enjoy the fact that they have breakfast tacos

Incredible coffee, friendly staff, peaceful spot to hang out and/or work. Highly recommend this local business!

I have been looking for same white mocha and had yet to find it in over 10 years! Then Hando popped up across from my brother in-laws place. I was in absolute heaven when I tried their white mocha cookie frap. I require one everytime I visit manvel/Pearland. Staff has been so nice. No complaints here. There is a drive through where you do order and pay at the window. Hubs is a fan of their cold brew and lattes. I would say decently strong coffee. Havent tried their food options as i just run of coffee. I appreciate the hours of operations opening early enough so we can swing by to pick up coffee on the way to work! It was very good and everything the barista said it was made with you could actually taste. The flavors and texture of the frappe were rich, creamy, and had a nice crunch. I would definitely recommend it and return to try another frappe I saw on the menu. Unfortunately, the Mac Brew was a bit underwhelming and wasn't as flavorful. The customer service was amazing, and the ambiance was clean, inviting, and spacious.

We can literally sit there for hours talking while our youngest plays in the play area. The lattes are really good, and my daughter loves the hot chocolate. The pastries and treats are a little hit or miss. The almond croissant is definitely the winner and probably my favorite thing we've tried. My middle daughter really likes the brownie. She did say she thinks there may be cinnamon or something else added to the chocolate muffin because there was a flavor in it that threw her off a little. The pecan cinnamon roll was pretty good. The blueberry scone, though, tasted like it had maybe been frozen too long? I'm not completely sure, but there was just something about the taste and texture that was a little off. The savory items are good, but I do think they need to work on reheating them. The chorizo empanada had really good flavor, but the outside dough was still soggy because it wasn't heated long enough. It needed more time to crisp up. The same thing happened with the ham and cheese croissant. The bottom was very soggy, and it was only slightly warm throughout. One thing I really hope First Cup considers adding is nutritional information for their menu items. On our last visit, my 15 year old son came with us and wanted to try some things. He has Type 1 Diabetes, and having nutritional information, especially carbohydrate counts, is extremely important because we have to calculate his insulin based on what he eats. The staff did not have this information available or know where to find it. I know nutritional information is not required for every business, but for families like ours, it's not just a preference. Managing Type 1 Diabetes means constantly making calculations to keep my son safe. Without accurate information, we are left guessing, and guessing with insulin can mean his blood sugar goes too high or too low. As a mom, it's hard enough managing all of the daily decisions that come with T1D. My son should be able to go out with his family, try new foods, and enjoy a normal experience without us having to wonder if we are making the right choice for his health. Having this information available would make a huge difference, not only for people with diabetes but also for customers with allergies or other dietary needs. Even with these concerns, we really do love the feel of First Cup. It's a welcoming place with a great atmosphere, and we will continue coming back. I just hope they consider improving the reheating process and adding nutritional information because those changes would make an already great place even better.

First time to review it and our first time to do High Tea. We did it Texas style in our cowboy boots (we had hats too but left them in the car ). Their signature tea and the cucumber sandwiches are truly what brings us back, but everything is so good. For me, it feels like fall every time I go. I think we've tried everything and there's not one thing that disappoints me. I generally take a pumpkin loaf or a 1/2 gallon of the tea. Yesterday, it was the tea. Come on Texas fall!!! Staff is super attentive, the place is an adorable old house. It gets packed so reservations are a really good idea. If you have littles, check out their princess events. So cute! Great service even with being packed to the gills at 11:18 am today (they open at 11:00 am). They use actual china as a tea room should. The table was set with a teapot and cups and saucers. Each table appeared to have their own china pattern. They gave a sample of a delicious hot tea upon being seated that tasted like Fall in a cup with the apple/cinnamon flavors served in china tea cup and saucer. Such a nice touch which set the tone of a delightful experience. I had the Tea Room Sampler with a pimento cheese, chicken salad (with cranberries & pecans), and cucumber sandwiches on sliced fresh baguette bread. It came with two sides and I selected the broccoli salad and chicken pot pie soup. Now I thought the cucumber slices were more chunks than sliced but it still ate well. The broccoli salad was served in what looked like punch cups which is absolutely a super cute idea. I had never had chicken pot pie soup, it was delish and served in a bowl which matched the punch cups. Friend had the Salad Sampler with small scoops of the same chicken salad, then had egg salad and tuna salad served on top of an iceberg lettuce salad. She liked it. I think a good spring mix salad would be my preference over the plain ole iceberg lettuce but to each their own. We had the unsweet black currant tea on ice which we both would order again. Another nice touch was them giving us a to go cup for the road The did have a nice assortment of desserts to chose from though we did not partake today. We did, however, make a reservation for this Christmas High Tea and we cannot wait to attend that!!
