I have been looking for same white mocha and had yet to find it in over 10 years! Then Hando popped up across from my brother in-laws place. I was in absolute heaven when I tried their white mocha cookie frap. I require one everytime I visit manvel/Pearland. Staff has been so nice. No complaints here. There is a drive through where you do order and pay at the window. Hubs is a fan of their cold brew and lattes. I would say decently strong coffee. Havent tried their food options as i just run of coffee. I appreciate the hours of operations opening early enough so we can swing by to pick up coffee on the way to work! It was very good and everything the barista said it was made with you could actually taste. The flavors and texture of the frappe were rich, creamy, and had a nice crunch. The customer service was amazing, and the ambiance was clean, inviting, and spacious.

I then purposely extracted a much longer shot and found it more suitable to my liking. When I made an americano with it, I preferred it over the latte. Technically it is a soft opening, but everything seemed comparable to the other locations. I picked up a couple of lattes with mini croissants, and all were good on par with the other Pearland Coffee Roasters locations. The croissants are a particular treat since we lack a French bakery in the area. The people behind the counter were clearly experienced in their roles and were relaxed, friendly, and competent. I have always enjoyed the vibe here when it was a Dunn Bros, and now it is brighter and more open due to the renovations and absence of coffee roaster (presumably roasted at their original location). Plenty of comfortable seating, both inside and on the patio. Much easier to get in and out of this location than the other locations. I miss Dunn Bros, but will be happy with what it has become.

It seems like you can get a deal when you buy either three or six, so definitely take advantage of that if you're coming here for gifts or parties. To be honest, I didn't get to try the sweets myself this time since we brought them to our friends, but they told us everything was delicious and that they loved all of them. Due to the construction, it was very difficult to make a left hand turn into the parking lot. The business is a small food trailer so it can be easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. The parking lot is a decent size. Parking wasn't an issue as I was the only customer at the time of my visit. It's set up to be grab and go and they did not have any seating options. The menu offers typical coffee beverages as well as food like pastries and breakfast sandwiches. The employee that made my drink was nice and answered my questions. She told me I could wait in my car and she would bring the drink to me, however I opted to wait outside because the weather was nice that day. It didn't take long for her to make the beverage. I went with the Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with Oat Milk. I liked my drink and the sweetness level was good. I could really taste the brown sugar. They're open daily, but have limited hours which isn't convenient for me. But if I'm in the area, I would certainly return to try some of their other beverages.
