He also mentioned all their drinks are oat milk based. I asked for a recommendation that was sweet but not too sweet and I went with his recommendation of the Stardust, which was honestly super good and had a strong espresso flavor but also had some sugar and cinnamon for sweetness. I believe my drink came out to a little over $6 with tax which is pretty standard nowadays. Super pleased with my visit and would go back if I'm ever in the area!

Got their infamous einspanner and I was a fan! The whipped foam on top was so creamy without being heavy, and all mixed together, it was a great balance of sweet and creamy with a subtle hit of bitterness from the coffee. I used to get a flat white w/ oat milk and 1 stevia (I use my own brand). The combination literally tastes like hot chocolate. It was my go-to for years. As I wanted to lose weight, however, I transitioned to quad Americanos w/ a splash of milk and 1 stevia. Still very tasty. It reminds me of a Starbucks canned coffee (that was LOW sugar) way back in the day that they stopped making (2007-2009). Obviously, there is no comparison w/ re: to quality but I did want to mention. The staff here have always been friendly, particularly Hilary, who I believe is at the Sugarland location now. I recently watched a YouTube video on a guy that travels across cities to try the best coffee and he ranked the pour over at Blendin very high. I need to try that one day! Side note - coming here and having a weekly routine has helped me on my grief journey. Thanks Blendin. You know who it is. It's Young Flaaave!
