He also mentioned all their drinks are oat milk based. I asked for a recommendation that was sweet but not too sweet and I went with his recommendation of the Stardust, which was honestly super good and had a strong espresso flavor but also had some sugar and cinnamon for sweetness. I believe my drink came out to a little over $6 with tax which is pretty standard nowadays. Super pleased with my visit and would go back if I'm ever in the area!

I can definitely see myself studying here if I wanted to switch up my environment. It is a popular spot though, so if you are looking for a quieter place to study this might not be it. The parking is limited, but they have some spots in the front as well as a small lot to the left of the building. There's also across the street at the mix as a last resort. Got their infamous einspanner and I was a fan! The whipped foam on top was so creamy without being heavy, and all mixed together, it was a great balance of sweet and creamy with a subtle hit of bitterness from the coffee. I totally get why they are known for this. (8.5/10) The service was also very fast and friendly. Overall, I'd definitely come back.

The Ube Einspanner tanks. Tastes like a ube milkshake. Supposedly has 2 shots of espresso but you'll never taste them. Either they forgot it or the ube flavoring buried it completely. Either way, it doesn't work. Here's what matters. The kitchen knows what they're doing. They just miss sometimes. Two solid hits tell you the wins aren't accidents. I used to get a flat white w/ oat milk and 1 stevia (I use my own brand). The combination literally tastes like hot chocolate. It was my go-to for years. As I wanted to lose weight, however, I transitioned to quad Americanos w/ a splash of milk and 1 stevia. Still very tasty. It reminds me of a Starbucks canned coffee (that was LOW sugar) way back in the day that they stopped making (2007-2009). Obviously, there is no comparison w/ re: to quality but I did want to mention. The staff here have always been friendly, particularly Hilary, who I believe is at the Sugarland location now. I recently watched a YouTube video on a guy that travels across cities to try the best coffee and he ranked the pour over at Blendin very high. I need to try that one day! Side note - coming here and having a weekly routine has helped me on my grief journey. Thanks Blendin. You know who it is. It's Young Flaaave!
