When I've ordered in person, because you're standing over them giving them directions, it typically comes out just right. One of the times I came in they had a giant pile of completely burnt bacon. I asked if this was the bacon they were gonna put on my sandwich. They said yes...I said I'm gonna need new bacon lol. They had no problem making it fresh and didn't have an attitude, but the fact that they had that giant pile of burnt bacon that was going on the next 50+ sandwiches says a lot. The food is still good so I continue to come, but whether your food comes out how you expect it is a 50-50 chance. Make sure to sign up for shore points and get free subs.

I would think that would be a reason to address those concerns, but obviously not I found this experience very frustrating and a waste of 20 minutes of my time. Their Memphian sandwich is awesome. That is the only reason I am here today! After paying for my sandwich, I waited in the drive-through and unfortunately someone else was waiting behind me and the delay in them making my sandwich probably added to that customer's wait time. The only reason this restaurant gets three stars is because their sandwich is awesome! It is disappointing that Restaurant that makes such a good sandwich. The deep golden brown edge around the pancake is crispy and give it a satisfying crunch, similar to the edge of a grilled cheese sourdough sandwich. While it's quite greasy, it's also incredibly satisfying to eat. Both dishes 5/5. Where I felt the experience fell short was the service. Although the young dark-haired gal who was clearing and setting tables was very friendly and pleasant, the lady at the counter taking my order wearing a chef coat, who I presume may be the owner, wasn't particularly warm or friendly.
