It's definitely more than a simple coffee shop for sure. Service, however, was quite basic. The lady upfront smiled but hesitantly. She wasn't rude but I simply didn't feel welcome. Hence describing their current customer service system or skills as "good" might fuel their egos (wow, did I really say that?? LOL!!) My quad latte was decent/good. I could have done less espresso shots as it sure was strong or too strong (this wasn't their fault; it was mine.) Yes, in conclusion, the shop can and should refine its service (upping it one more level might draw solid raves from the people). Well. I had the Vegetarian Green Chili, and found it to be as good, or better than any similar chili I've had in my entire life. I also had a plain, black coffee - dark roast - and it, too, was perfect. Most of all, I enjoyed looking around, watching the world go by, and enjoying these fine products in a friendly, comfortable, and inviting environment. There is plenty of room to move around, they do a good job of keeping things clean, and all of the staff are very nice, and accommodating. I do not live close to here, but I would come in every day if I did. I definitely will come back, and I definitely will recommend it to everyone I know. We LOVED it.
