[[HIGHLIGHT]]It was super clean and cozy vibes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I loved the plants everywhere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have a variety of seasonal syrups! I really enjoyed the brown sugar option in my oat milk latte. I love that they have bendy straws, made me feel like a kid again!

Always see this coffee at the nearby farmer's market and finally made it out to their brick & mortar store! Incredible cold brew. Got the toasted coconuts flavor and was delightful - smooth and refreshing. Tried the GF pumpkin bread that was moist and flavorful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great place to work and friendly staff. Everyone needs to check this place out!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]What a cute little coffee shop it's definitely bigger on the inside and it looks on the outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It stretches back. There's an outdoor patio behind as well as one out front.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was kind of chilly when I was there though, so I sat inside[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] my Americano was really tasty and the pastries looked really really good. I had just eaten so I did not partake, but they definitely were tempting.

Friendly service and good vibes. The espresso quality and the cold brew were really good. We had an iced caramel latte with almond milk and a honey lavender cold brew. Most of the food is pre-made ready to eat. The campfire burritos are what you would expect from a pre packaged burrito and the lemon poppy seed bread tasted pretty fresh. The interior vibe is very trendy and there's plenty of parking nearby.

Coffee and service is fantastic! We ordered espresso shots with custom water added (my Americano version) and a Chai Latte. They were both perfect. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We didn't stay, but there were many who worked on their laptops along with those who just getting together for conversation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Awesome place... we went twice in one day!

Used to be Griffin but new owners. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute coffee shop, lots of space inside, both front and back patio.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Limited food but coffee is good!

Connected to Seedstock Brewery off Colfax, we were able to spot the shop from the road, park on the street nearby, and make our way inside. The space is cozy, welcoming and offers seating for catching up with friends, to getting work done or simply soaking up the sun. Brew Culture offers both coffee, tea and fresh kombucha on tap! Once mom and I set foot inside, we headed to the counter to place our order - two different iced coffee (peanut butter and jam nitro cold brew and the Cinnamon Honey latte) and a glass of the peach ginger kombucha! The barista was so friendly and nice, complementing our orders upon receipt and whipping them up in a flash. He handed them over with a smile, making me smile in the process. We made our way to the patio to sit, chat, and try our coffees and nosh on the cookies we purchased. Everything was delicious, refreshing and totally hit the sweet treat spot! Pricing was on point and I would....and will, easily return!

This space was such a cool find, particularly on West Colfax. Way to elevate the neighborhood! The gentleman taking our order was fabulous and helped me to choose dark roast beans for my love and his stocking. Next up, as it was late afternoon, that means no caffeine for me, so he also suggested a lovely seasonal drink with Warsaw in the name. It was lovely and warmed me up. It's my hope that this seasonal drink moves over to the regular offerings! We also shared a slice of their GF zuchinni bread - delish and so moist. I've already got my eye on returning for a yummy eggnog latte and some breakfast!

It was quite the journey to get to Denver from the Cotswolds in England and the opening of 2914 Coffee. This is one of the most inviting coffee shops in Denver with plenty of seating of all types (upholstered, tables and chairs, a large table for a group, inside and outside dining. They roast their own coffee beans, and the coffee is very good! The breakfast sandwich is so delicious that it is worth traveling to indulge yourself. Their seasoning of the eggs in the sandwich is perfection, and the bacon, sausage, spinach, melted cheese, and the crisp English muffin are all cooked perfectly to complement the egg. Pat and I had a nice conversation with Steph, who was extremely friendly and warm. The staff was kind, helpful, and efficient. There are street parking spaces and a parking lot behind the shop. The shop's noise level is low to moderate.

To start, they have Polaroid's of local doggos on their community board. The vibe is cozy and fun with hanging local art for sale, happy plants soaking up sun and cute wall decor painted near the chalk menu. Whoever picked the music knows what's up. Good mix. Couches (where I posted up with a good book) and big comfy chairs are scattered amidst smaller tables for friends to catch up, bar tables for workers to plug in, and even a long table with benches for larger groups or individual strangers to co-work in a pleasant setting. They also have tables and chairs outside to enjoy the sunshine. I didn't get any food (this time!) but their sandwich menu looks ace, as do the pastries. I gravitate towards seasonal lattes and opted for their Irish creme latte and um, yum! Not too sweet and a nice mix of flavors going on. The other seasonals looked good, too. Baristas were kind and know their stuff. So... Yeah. Come here. You won't regret it. I'll absolutely be back!

I liked the Servant latte with whole milk, delicious even without any sweetener. There are pastries available, too. The seating is great, and there is also a large table for groups. Our barista was very knowledgeable and helpful, but one customer, named Nathan, was a delight. He had a sign posted at his table, "Join me for a conversation." What a fantastic idea! Of course, Pat could not resist! We had a wonderful talk with Nathan and learned he was from Long Island, NY. His parents, brother, and sister had all moved to Denver as well. One staff member was running the place by himself, but did an excellent job switching between cashiering and preparing drinks & heating pastries. Lots of seating that is very spaced out - saw a few folks working on laptops as well. We got both a hot and iced latte, with oat milk, one with sakura sweetener and the other with Colorado honey. Both were tasty, not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetener to add flavor but not overwhelm the drink. We also got two pastries - a savory one with Gruyère and leek. The other was a key lime cruffin. Both were very flaky and had an excellent crunch. Personally I liked the savory one more, but the key lime flavor in the cruffin was also a lovely strong tart flavor. No complaints for either. Sapor is a bit outside the main downtown area but this a solid coffee place. Very quiet too.
