My wife and I wanted to check this place out after seeing as on FB. There wasn't a huge line and the person taking our order was helpful recommending things off the menu. That's all that was good about it. I got the carne asada fries which came out cold and soggy. I ordered the ube shake and it took 30 minutes to come out because apparently they won't make it one at a time, only at least in pairs. So I had to wait until someone else ordered the same thing. I was done with my disappointing meal for 10 minutes before I got my shake. Another issue we had is that there is only plastic or tinfoil disposable containers to eat off of, it seems incredibly wasteful. Also, we had to ask for forks as none were out. For the carne asada fries I asked for the cheese sauce on the side it's not cheddar cheese they don't use real cheese they use cheese whiz and I thought they use cotija cheese but they don't they had sour cream that day if I would've known I would ask for a sour cream on the side and my ube milkshake there was mostly just all little tiny bites of ice so when you drink your milkshake you had to chew it like you were eating a milkshake and even the Cool Whip on top had ice crystals that you had to bite. I got halfway through the milkshake and my mouth was numb. So instead of using just the ice cream and milk and the ube they cut the good ingredients and filled it with ice. However, for a place that has different Mexican items on their menu, they really failed. They use what seems to be nacho cheese, the carne asada is not flavorful, and the fries aren't that great. I went for lunch at Zero degrees today. From all the promos on I saw on Facebook I had high expectations. I got there at 11:15 so there wasn't a big line. Only 3 people ahead of myself in line. I got through the line ordering in 5 minutes. The service was great. The cashier gave me a sample of things and was very helpful. However, there were not very many options in the menu. I waited 15 minutes for the Pink Lychee I ordered and another 20 minutes for the popcorn chicken and Cajun fries, which were sorely disappointing. They were ok. Tried this place out as a recommendation from a friend. The drink seemed way overpriced for a cup filled 3/4 of the way with ice. I got the split cup with the lychee drink and the peach citrus drink with coconut lychee on the bottom. The drinks were meh, tasted very similar and there was very little of the lychee added to the drink. Would not recommend based on the price. There are places in town that give you a lot more for your money - try one of those places before wasting your money here. read more

Delicious and refreshing is the best way to describe the food and drink here. The wait is long! If you see people standing outside, be prepared to wait in line at least 30 minutes followed by another 10 or so to get your drink and even longer still to get your food. But the popcorn chicken is deliciously breaded with a nice touch of tarragon mixed in. The watermelon slush is sweet and refreshing, my favorite menu item! Sure hope they figure out how to handle the large crowds because this will be among the top spots to cool off this summer with their excellent variety of fruity teas and slushies all made with real fruit pieces.
