The level of customer service I have received from Zeeks is above and beyond. I've eaten at this location a couple of times, but usually get takeout because our office is just a couple of doors down and Zeeks makes a great meal for employees. But the experience I want to talk about happened last night. We were doing a team movie night at our place, so I called ahead to order a couple of large pizzas. I asked the dispatcher to have it ready at 6pm (I called about an hour ahead of that). When I showed up at 6:05, the hostess let me know that the kitchen was running slightly behind, but it should only be a couple of minutes. About 10 minutes later, a guy (turns out he was the GM) comes out holding pizzas in one of those insulated pizza bags. He told me that these were my pizzas, but for some reason, the oven had cooked them unevenly. He already had the kitchen staff work on making me fresh pizzas, but the unevenly cooked ones he was holding were edible and I could take them too, for free. I declined (there were only 7 of us and 4 16-inch pizzas is just waaaay too much food), He apologized profusely and said it would only be a couple more minutes. I paid, and then he came back out to try to comp my breadsticks. I didn't want to bother with redoing the transaction, so instead, he gave me his name and told me to let him know the next time I came in so that he could take care of us. So nice! Less than 5 minutes later, I got my pizzas and headed out. Halfway down the street, he chases me down because they gave me one of the wrong pizzas! We swapped and laughed about it, and got everything in order. The pizzas were delicious, and everyone was happy. Thanks J. for such great service! read more

We are from out of town so were introduced to Zeeks during our visit. Simply excellent pizza, served in an attractive setting, and obviously a local attraction because of all the families. But this review is about their customer service. Some confusion on a phone order had me arrive at the location, only to find out the delivery guy would show up in 5 minutes at our house. Beat him by 1 minute so we're good, the pizza is warm, and very tasty. Get a call 15 minutes later apologizing for the confusion and offering a credit on our next visit. Told them we were happy, got what we wanted, no need. And we are leaving. Over my resistance, they insisted to give us a partial credit for our inconvenience. Not necessary, absolutely appreciated, and consistent with my understand of this establishment's service. Great recovery by a great establishment. Yep, we are fans now. read more

The few times we have eaten at the "new" Zeek's have been excellent. They have a great beer selection and the space is pretty large. The only issue I have ever had is not being able to be seated very quickly on a Friday night since it can be so busy. For a business looking to be successful this isn't a bad problem to have and shows they are doing something right. read more

The Thai chicken pizza I ordered was, in all honesty, the single worst thing I've ever eaten. If you took two day left over Pad Thai and dumped it on an under-baked dough mound, what you just created would be 100x more enjoyable to eat then a zeeks Thai chicken pizza. I'm genuinely interested in the exact process that goes into making one of these things. Has anyone on here actually tried this pizza? Jesus Christ. I am not usually the one to order pizza online. I love pizza too much and havent never been a fan of dominos, pagliacci or pizzahut. I would rather go to a goof pizza place and have it fresh out of the oven (Delancy, Serious Pie or Masonry). But we had guests with kids coming over and I was too tired to make anything, so decided to get pizza. Their online order system was great - it even let me schedule my delivery for a specified time. The pizza arrived 10 min before the scheduled delivery time and was still hot and not soggy. We got a seasonal mushroom pizza - which was a hit despite being a veggie pizza. They did a really nice job with this location. Nice wooden tables, a long bar and a nice patio area on the sidewalk. Bartenders are friendly. Nice selection of beer, some ciders and a full bar. Horrible service this past Saturday evening. There is no direction from the staff that once you claim a table you have to go to the counter to order. We sat at a table directly in front of a server behind the bar who seemingly purposely ignored us while she fiddled with the settings for the TV, while another server walked around the bar doing a lot of nothing much. Nice ambiance in a very easy to find spot. Parking garage makes parking a breeze. Pizza here is good, but not the most consistent; I always get just a plain cheese pizza, yet ive had it come out a few different ways, all of them delicious so i'm definitely not complaining, but it is something id look into if I was the owner. This was probably our most favorite pizza spot for over two years. But lately experience have been subpar, mostly at the front desk. For example last week I have been lectured by someone that something that I ask was impossible and never done, where as I have requested and it was honored multiple times. Clearly was a new person and maybe wasn't fully onboarded, but the fact he was visually frustrated was rather disturbing. Trying to articulate and express reasoning haven't really helped the conversation. I have requested the manager and it was also kindly refused. In restaurant business how you make your customers feel and overall experience does matter, so we will likely not visit again. Not recommended for families with kids. read more

Great, fast service. Employees were super friendly, which made the loooonnnng wait for our pizza very bearable. Sat in the bar area, it was cozy (comfortable not cramped), and very clean. The pizza itself (we had the wood butcher) was sooooo yummy! The sausage on it was amazing. And I really enjoyed the large slices of Peppers. I love this location. The bar here has the best beer selection in all of Seattle. I bought a growler and i fill it here every week. The growler is awesome because it is a little mini Keg !! I've walked past this place so many times and finally tried it. Great happy hour. The personal pizzas and variety of beers are great. The outdoor seating is wonderful in the summertime. They have good spacing inside when it's the typical cold and wet weather. I was surprised by how many beers they had on tap that were local. So cool to see the local partnerships with all the breweries and cideries. The pizzas have some vegetarian options as well as gluten free options. Although, there's an extra $3.50 charge and it's only for medium sized pizzas. But totally get it. They have some funny creative names that add personality to the meal. The bar would be a good spot to chill and catch the game while chompin' on a slice and throwing one back. This place is in a great walkable location, and worst case if you drive, I haven't had issues with parking. They have street as well as garage retail parking in the back. read more

Not your average pizza joint! Love the location, amazing consistent service! The lunch specials are super affordable, fast and Delish! The wait staff goes out of their way to make sure you feel like you're at a fancy restaurant, and remember little details about your order if you come back!the Cesar with anchovies is amazing (do it!) and the pizzas have so many options. My wife and I and two college kids went there for lunch on Sunday. Not very busy and very hot day. We had never heard of this place but decided to stop in because we wanted pizza. First of all our waiter was very nice but that's about where it ended. We ordered two 12 inch medium pizzas and two draft beers and one glass of wine. The bill was $78. The pizza was not that good it was average at best with very few ingredients. We were all pretty hungry and the pizza went fast and we were still hungry. I can honestly say I will not be back. $21 for a pizza that might feed one person. We come to Seattle quite a bit from Bellingham and usually have a very good meal. Our family has been a fan of Zeek's since the early days at the first shop near SPU. Our recent visit with our son's soccer team to this new location at the top of QA was a delight. Buffo Soldier is the one to order. I can have this once a week and not even care. Buffalo Chicken, melted Gorgonzola cheese , jalepenos sprinkled with cilantro and served with a white sauce.
