went here for a quick bite and it was really nice! I liked the feel and vibe of the restaurant and how you could see the oven thing. We got there at like 5/6 and it was pretty empty but as we left people were coming in. The service was really nice, our waitress was really friendly. Overall the food was good too, and a pizza and salad was a good amount for us to share.

I love a fancy pizza. We had pizza with clams! How fun. It was good, but the crust was a bit soggy from the sauce. I wish there was more clam flavor in the sauce instead of just have clams on top of the pizza. There also is no HH that I'm aware of, which is a bummer in Cap Hill. Another tough hit was that it was very dark. I'm glad we got sat by the front because it had the most natural lighting! The service was really pleasant and quick :)

This is my new favorite pizza spot in Capitol Hill, and probably all of Seattle. It's Napoleon style so the crust is thin and they bake it in an 800 degree oven for only 90 seconds or so. It comes out pretty divine. I've always ordered it to go but would like to try the inside sometime since the ambience is pretty nice with the dim lights.

Dropped in for happy hour! Cocktails were $10 and pizzas were $12 so truly not a bad deal. The pizza felt a bit mid. The toppings I dearsay could be smattered a bit more evenly, but truly for a filling personal pizza I feel like the deal kinda smacks. Cocktails are aperol/campari forward! You've been forewarned. Not aperol spritzes that can be thrown back. It was a beautiful day so they threw the windows open and we sat in the open air which was really delightful. Would come again for a quick and easy pizza.

We made a reservation on a Friday night for 7:45 but it didn't seem like we would have had trouble getting a table if we hadn't. 3 of us split the Verde and Funghi pizza and finished all but one piece. Server was friendly and attentive. Prices were super fair in my opinion. Ambiance was very dim-lit and vibey. A great place to catch up with friends or go on a date!

Good service, open late (actually ended up randomly stopping in since my original choice of restaurant had switched to takeout only for the evening). They had cute heart shaped pizzas for Valentine's Day and server cracked jokes about one misshapen one we got..."no love for you!" Their focaccia is not actually focaccia, it's naan, but I like naan so not a big deal. Also their Caesar salad is excellent, but it's unusual. Almost a wedge salad version of a Caesar which was interesting!

Had the verde, pepperoni and margarita pizzas. Super soft, cheesy and flavourful. Loved verde the most, pesto felt fresh and goat cheese went great with it when I usually don't love it

The food was great, we had pizza, caesars, wine and beer. All tasted good, ambiance was peaceful and dark, service was kind.

Ordered delivery from here. Neopolitan style pizza. Large pizzas with thin, chewy, flavorful crust. You have to fold these slices to eat them. They feel like eating air - I definitely could have crushed an entire one all by myself. Diabola ($21) and Americana ($23) with added ricotta. Both were SO yummy. Light , flavorful, slightly sweet sauce. Definitely want to eat in next time.

The service was really great & attentive. Cozy vibe inside. Booths and table options. Call ahead with bigger groups to get a ressie. Check out the happy hour menu on their website (hours vary by location). Big fan of the salad. It was very fresh and healthy which is exactly what I need while traveling. The pizza was pretty standard. We got the margherita. Nothing special but no complaints!

Good pizza, but nothing that special. We came for dinner with a large group and had a reservation ahead of time. Their menu is quite large and spans across pizzas, pastas, and some other appetizers. I shared the funghi pizza with one other person, and this felt like the right amount of food. The pizza itself was not too memorable, but I do remember thinking it was not bad. It was quite light, as it is Neopolitan style, but the sauce wasn't as flavorful as I hoped. However, the toppings were good. We sat in the front so I'm not sure what the inside ambiance is like. Overall, not a bad spot to sit down for a meal if you're in Capitol Hill.

Delicious food, phenomenal location! It's hard to go wrong with pizza and pasta. My favorite part about this place is the ambience. It's right on Pine and boasts a gorgeous dining room that allows you a great view of the street as well as a cozy dining room. Their pizzas are a great shareable size for three or four, when you get appetizers as well. We got the Caesar salad, which features, whole anchovies, and whole Romaine leaves. Their desserts are also to die for, in particular, the tiramisu. I love that our waitress recognized our group from last time. She was so friendly and attentive.

Really solid Neapolitan pizza! They also had good starters and pastas. A little pricey but whatever! Good vibes and service.

She recommended a Mezcal cocktail that was a great start! Surprising because it wasn't smoky typical to Mezcal, just perfectly balanced. Exactly what I wanted. For my main, I went with the short rib pappardelle. It was incredibly rich, and the meat was cooked to perfection. Hailee was attentive and made me feel welcome at the table, which isn't always the case when you're a party of one. Incredible service and an all-around top-tier meal. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Seattle!

The hostess walked us through the entire restaurant to the dark back wall, behind the bar. With tall bar chairs. Explained we didn't want that, she walked us back through the entire restaurant to a nice table up front by the windows. Tried a Malbec duo. One was delicious and didn't like the other at all; oddly tannic. The grilled mortadella should have been more grilled. Sitting in a generous portion of burratta-like cheese, olive oil and pistachio butter, it was delicious. But desperately needed some bread. How do eat this without any bread? Once the mortadella is gone, you are just eating spoonfuls of cheese, oil and butter? We hadn't seen our waitress since the app arrived. Having finished the mortadella we finally flagged down someone and asked if we could get a little bread. He said he would handle it right away. Another 10 minutes goes by and our waitress came by. Apologized for not being around and went to see about the bread. Finally got the bread, and it was delicious. But sooooo oily! Like a sponge it dozed oil every time I tried to break off a piece. Was dying to wash my hands. Our entrées were ok. The fried chicken with fusilli was pretty good, but difficult to eat in the deep bowl. Hard to cut. The crispy tofu wrap wasn't crispy and wasn't made well. I have absolutely no idea what flavor profile it was meant to be. Just muddy. I tried to eat the first half. It was stuffed so full it was impossible to eat. I took out more than half the filling before I could manage it. When I got to the second half I understood the issue. There was almost no crispy tofu, but lots of lettuce and other fillings. Maybe it would have eaten better if it had been constructed better. The fries were fine. Pleasant server, but perhaps had too many tables as we didn't get the service expected. It's been a long time since dining at the downtown Purple. Likely wouldn't go back.

Amazing wines, creative cocktails, solid snacks, great service and even games. You could wander in "for one flight" and somehow emerge six hours later wondering where the time went (in the best way.) On the wine side, they offer several thoughtfully curated flights, or you can build your own adventure. Which I highly recommend. The dessert wines alone are incredible, and the selection of aromatic whites is seriously impressive. No matter your palate, there's something here that will make you pause, sip again, and nod approvingly. And then there are the wine-based cocktails that deserve their own standing ovation. A wine tasting room doing cocktails this well is rare. We tried the Espresso Martini, the French 125, and the Lavender Lemon Martini, and every single one was better than I expected grape-based cocktails to be. Like, pleasantly shocked. Bottom line: if you're anywhere near Pike Place and enjoy wine (or cocktails, or fun, or all of the above) this place is a must. I can almost guarantee it'll become your new favorite spot.

This used to be one of my favorite spots at Pike Market. For years, I made it a tradition to bring out-of-town guests here. Over time, I have brought more than 100 people here. It had a charming, warm, and welcoming feel--like a hidden gem in the city. It oozed with kindness and fun. Unfortunately, that has completely flipped! Since the new manager, Anthony, took over, the entire atmosphere has shocked me. What was once inviting now is rigid, cold, and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the way I was treated. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive, which was both surprising and disappointing given my long history with this place. Great establishments are built not just on food or ambiance, but on how people are treated--and that piece is clearly missing now. It's especially unfortunate because the rest of the team still shows glimpses of what this place used to be. Jordon, was genuinely kind and pleasant, but one positive interaction couldn't outweigh the manager's miserable attitude. It's hard to see a place that once felt so special lose its charm like this. I know the winemaker Paul is a great person - so it is hard to leave such a terrible review, but at the same time, if this was my place -- I would want to know what was happening behind the scenes at my establishment. I truly hope leadership reflects on how customer experience is being handled moving forward. Don't give money to places that have toxic attitudes and are joy crushers! Life is too short and far too precious! In the meantime, there are many nearby spots that consistently deliver both quality and incredible hospitality. Skip this place, and instead go to Browne Family Vineyards Tasting Room, The Lonely Siren, The Pink Door, Place Pigalle, or Maximilien. Those places are working very hard to create an exceptional experience!
