Signature chicken sandwich plain and crinkle fries.
    Rae L.

A good non-spicy, non-greasy breaded chicken patty on a toasted bun. Also had good seasoned crinkle fries.

Well my real name's Raymond J Johnson. but You can call me Ray or you can call me Jay lol. Remember those 70s Natural lite beer ads?

#29/2022 Zo it was before covid the last time I'd been to a Zaxby's. I was thinking about Panda Express while I was at my terminal here but I thought you know what I'm going to go to Zaxby's it's been quite a few years it shouldn't have been but oh well. So I said to myself why ze heck not. I was able to get my tractor in to ze parking lot parked out of the way meandered on in first thing I saw that welcomed me was a freestyle Coke machine what does that mean? If you read my reviews by now you should know that means old man Kevin gets his diet Seagram's ginger ale LOL! I peruse the menu board and I remember a few years back I'd have the zalads but I decided I wanted something else today so I opted to go with the Cajun club meal. consists of a grilled blackened chicken breast, with ranch dressing, bacon, tomato, lettuce on a toasted split potato bun. I also wanted some fingers AKA chicken strips they call them fingers kind of like Raising Cain's does. So I also added a Zax snack meal Mac only consisting of three fingers. I have to to get some extra ranch sauce for the sandwich. Two sauces I had to get of course was the original Zaz sauce and I thought about the buffalo but I didn't like the name torch they probably would burn my insides so I opted for what they call the wimpy sauce because I'm a wimp:-( They gave me my drink cup and then went over the freestyle machine and got myself set up with a Seagram's diet ginger ale of course Food came out nice and quick they called my name first I didn't know who they were calling because they called Calvi LMAO!! NOT THE FIRST TIME IT'S HAPPENED SOMETIMES IT'S DEVIN BUT SOMETIMES IT'S KEN. It's all good. Finally pointed and said are you talking to me she's like yeah you're Calvin aren't you I said no I'm Kevin but that's close enough. The dining room was very clean they do a nice job of keeping it up however they do close it early at 8:30 p.m. you have to be in or else they tell you go around in the Drive-Thru. So I opened up the chicken fingers they look great like they always did no problem there I open up the sandwich and it looked really good too I took a little bite off for a nibble to see how spicy was his cage and black and chicken it wasn't real spicy it had a nice little taste to it I enjoyed it very much. It also came with Fry's I opted for no seasoning on the crinkles. All in all I was very pleased I think I'll come down here a little more often when I'm at the yard I was very satisfied when I walked out to the truck. It definitely lived up to ze hope at this location for me

I had to stop at Zaxby's since they are no longer local to me. Raising Caine's won the chicken finger fight in my hometown. The buffalo sauce, Tongue Torch, was flavorful and not numb your mouth hot. The crinkle fries are thicker than most with a hint of seasoned salt. The chicken fingers were on the smallish side. The Texas Toast was buttery and crispy. Overall, pretty good for fast food and had all the pros and cons like I remembered.

This is one of the worst ever. I could grow a chicken sandwich fro an egg faster than it takes them to assemble a meal.

This place will surprise you with the interior space (beautifully decorated) plus the outside seating which is also pet friendly. I went upstairs and sat at the bar where I met Kate...she is a non-stop dynamo behind the bar with a fun personality. The two dishes I enjoyed were specials for the evening and may not be available when you visit. My appetizer...black mussels in an elegant cream sauce...this dish blew me away. Make sure you dip the bread in the sauce, it was so good I was tempted to order another helping. For dinner the fried Grouper over a bed of gnocchi and a drizzle of aioli was incredible. The breading was light, the fish was perfectly cooked, and the combination of flavors was very well done. While I am not a fan of the texture of gnocchi...this was really good with the cream sauce. What sets this place apart...the people! Yes...the food is great! But when you spend four hours enjoying a great meal, intriguing conversation, and a smattering of food theory you know you've found a bit of paradise. Thanks to Kate, the owner Jason, Chef Armen and his wife Ericka...it was a pleasure to meet and spend time with all of you.

First Watch is always a popular brunch spot, and my recent visit was a mix of hits and misses…read more I started with the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, but they just weren't for me. The texture was dense, dry, and crumbly--more like cornbread than the soft, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth pancakes I was expecting. They lacked the moist, buttery richness I personally look for in a great pancake. To be fair, that may be their intended style, but it wasn't what I had hoped for. The staff was accommodating, and I exchanged the pancakes for scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and seasoned potatoes. That plate was much more enjoyable. The eggs were fluffy, the potatoes were nicely seasoned with a good crisp on the outside, and the turkey sausage was a solid choice. I also sampled the Turkey Sausage Biscuits & Gravy. The dish was comforting and satisfying, but it could have benefited from a little more seasoning. A touch more sage in the sausage would have added the savory depth that makes biscuits and gravy truly memorable. One of the highlights of the meal was the fresh juice selection. The Morning Meditation was refreshing with a bright blend of orange, lemon, turmeric, ginger, beet, and agave. The lavender drink was equally delicious, light, floral, and refreshing without being overpowering. If you're visiting First Watch, I highly recommend trying one of their fresh juices. Overall, while the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes missed the mark for me, the fresh juices, eggs, potatoes, and turkey sausage made for a pleasant brunch experience. I'd gladly return and explore more of their savory breakfast offerings.

My salad had large black avocado chunks. Pulled those off and proceeded with the meal. It was fine fast food, but the sticky floor and black avocado grossed me out big time about overall cleanliness for my $20 meal of tea, 1/2 salad, 1/2 soup and bread.
