Ordered a sandwich and soup. Showed pic of sandwich & soup I wanted from their site. I did this hoping they would at least get it right this time. Waited for my ordered. Got my order & headed home, thinking surely they got it right. Well folks they didn't. I asked for broccoli & cheese soup and a grilled chicken & AVO BLT sandwich. I got French onion soup, which I'm allergic to onion, and I got chicken Roma Asiago bagel stack. People are really nice but need to take their time taking ordered so they get it right. It's gonna be a long while before I try them again. I say go there but check order before leaving. I wasted over $20 again. read more

I haven't been here in years as service and quality had simply fallen off. I needed a place to work today so I thought I'd come in for soup and salad to see how it was after all this time. Pretty nice remodel for fast food. I ordered ahead online. Walked across the very sticky floor and grabbed my food. After unpacking, I realized they didn't include my drink cup or a fork. Grabbed those items and opened my food. Soup and bread were decent. My salad had large black avocado chunks. Pulled those off and proceeded with the meal. It was fine fast food, but the sticky floor and black avocado grossed me out big time about overall cleanliness for my $20 meal of tea, 1/2 salad, 1/2 soup and bread. read more

I got my free birthday pastry today. It was the almond pastry and it was very very good. I ordered online which is so easy and drove thru to pick up. It doesn't get any easier than that. The service is always excellent. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We waited for 40 minutes in their drive through with each person at the windows taking 10-15 each. When we finally paid we were told to pull up to the drive through waiting spots. When we finally got our food, being in a rush, I looked in the bag to start eating. We ordered 2 you pick two meals, two sandwich, a salad, and a salad stuffer. The bag had a salad, the salad stuff and one sandwich. BUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN FET THE SANDWICH RIGHT! We got a turkey BLT that neither of us ordered, we tried to make the best of it by splitting it, but it wasn't enough food for two grown adults so we had to go buy MORE FOOD. I am absolutely disgusted by the sheer ignorance of this staff to mess up an order this easy, it's 4 items, only got two right and one horribly wrong. My day got so much worse just by going to Panera for two half sandwiches and some salad. read more

Such an awesome Panera Bread!! Management is super kind, especially Jimmy! He made our experience so special. Interior is nicely decorated and feels very open and welcoming. Lots of free parking and a drive-thru available. I'll definitely be back to this amazing establishment! Thanks, Panera Bread! read more

I am extremely impressed with this Panera, so much so that I will be coming here over the Panera's closer to me. I walked in to get my to go order, and the lady at the front was super sweet and helpful to me. She let me switch my flavor cookie and then directed me to the window to pick up my order, and remembered speaking to my Mom over the phone. I walked to the window and another employee was passing me and told me not to forget my cookie. Which was impressive because all she heard was the name that picked up the order, and there were other to go orders ready. Then the lady I got my order from at the window reminded me to get my water at the front as she handed me the rest of my order. I asked to speak to a manager because everyone had a great attitude and was very helpful. You don't get customer service like that nowadays so they are clearly doing something right! They all need to be recognized and appreciated for knowing the orders and making sure more than once that I got everything in my order. read more

Good service. Food was good and the sandwiches were good too! Restaurant was clean. The person who took our order advised that the drinks were highly caffeinated. It's nice to know- I guess! Panera never disappoints. read more

This location is usually hit or miss but this trip was great. Our order was accurate and didn't take long to be made. I'm really liking their pizzas. Panera is a decent restaurant to visit for its Rapid Pickup. I like the sandwiches (the Spicy Take in particular), the creamy mac & cheese, and the pizzas are good, too. Overall a good establishment with a wide menu. read more

#35/2022 Well well belly started grumbling down here by the yard and I thought you know I want something just a smidge more healthy because I had waffle House for breakfast so I decided to cruise on over to Panera. It's a little tricky to get into if you don't know where you're coming from cuz you can't turn left you got to come up to a stoplight pass there and meander yer way through a bunch of other businesses having the tractor still a little bit of a pain. But finally I found it the way in found a place to park out in the back behind the building first thing I did though is I started looking at the menu online. And I was sure glad I did look at their menu online because the menu board is very confusing and it doesn't really have enough room to list everything that's on there. So I had an idea of what I wanted sort of.. I walked in the place was pretty crowded for even after the lunch crowd and I saw the dreaded order machines put your order in. Oh boy here we go let's see if I can screw this up even more. And yes I did LOL. Finally after a couple of swear words uttered and heard one of the employees came over and said come on up to the register you could do it this way too we don't make you have to use the board LMAO!! SO I TOLD HER WHAT I WANTED The Frontega Chicken looks really good apparently it just came back it was gone for a while but it's back on the menu again hooray. It looked really good on the menu and I thought okay let's do this it's basically Smoked pulled chicken, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, red onions which I held off, a creamy chipotle sauce all put together on a toasted black pepper focaccia. They only have one kind of chips here one flavor that's it nothing else their house brand. Looked at the mac and cheese in the soup but even the smalls were almost 4 to 5 bucks and I really didn't want that much house up for like a little child portion but it is what it is I took the chips and to drink had diet Pepsi. They gave you one of those little things like when you go to a restaurant you have to wait for your table a buzzer so you sit down and you wait for it to start buzzing then your food is ready. Unlike on a tray when you eat here you get a nice plate still that's back after covid which is nice. The sandwich was delicious I was very impressed with how it tasted the chicken was nicely shredded and hot the focaccia was nicely toasted the whole sandwich was some yummers. Last time I've been to a Panera was way before covid circa 2019 because for me was just a pain in the ass everytime and too crowded for me; but today I sucked it up and said all right let's try and glad I did. So in conclusion I probably will not with the truck but if I'm home hit one of the local panera's if I want to healthier option sandwich and for the most part it was really good and I was pretty satisfied service was good the quality was good and my belly was happy when I walked out. read more

I tried the new Chicken Bacon Chipotle flatbread pizza, and it was delicious! The ingredients were fresh and tasty; the crust was light but not too crunchy. The service was fast even though we came at lunchtime on a Saturday. The staff was courteous, the food was hot and now I have a new favorite dish for Panera. I was concerned it might be slightly too small of a serving size because the price was about $9 so I ordered a completely unnecessary chocolate chip cookie. The pizza takes up the full plate that they use for a soup and sandwich order. I only ate about half the pizza. read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered a "Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich," which is the exact name on the menu. Didn't realize until after I got home that they gave me a BBQ Chicken Salad instead. When I reached out to try to get a refund, I was told I had to sign up for My Panera to get one. Wait, what?? You messed my order up and now I have to sign up for something I don't want to get a refund? I said I didn't want to sign up, I just wanted them to make it right and give me a refund for the order they messed up. Sounds simple and fair, right? Nope! I was told they don't have the ability to refund cash purchases. Refunding the customer after making an error is the most fundamental customer service concept there is, and Panera can't even do that. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Avoid this place like the plague, there are so many other nearby options with much better service that deserve your business. read more

Update to my previous review, it looks like this location is listening to Yelp. As I sit here I've watched one employee work continuously to keep the trash cans free of trays and emptied. He's been super courteous helping customs and is basically keeping the dinning area neat and clean. Also I would hope for Panera to expand this location as its a bit small for being so close to a major highway. Maybe I'm just lucky or everyone else is unlucky?!? But I've had good experiences at this location. Food was quick getting out, tasted great, and staff was very nice. Nice job Panera! read more

I've been to this location several times and the service is always pretty good, it's chill and a comfortable environment. Today I brought my son for some Dad/Son come on the way to a Predators game. It was good. He got an adult Mac N Cheese. It was white shell noodles. Not very cheddar tasting. In fact, very mild. His word "ok." I got a steak and cheddar panini (extra beef or you just don't get enough) and a ceasar salad. The steak was wonderful! The salad was dry. We got cookies - delicious - and drinks. I love the different teas! Overall we had a good time and some pretty good food. read more

Got a 4 cheese grilled cheese for lunch. The cheese was good and so was the bread. But it was NOT grilled. The bread was soft and slightly warm. The cheese was melted but the bread wasn't even toasted, let alone grilled. It appears the bread was microwaved to melt the cheese. A big fail. read more

Staff were great this morning when we made an ask for an unusual drink (vanilla milk) and quick with our food!

Zero stars if it was an option. The location was filthy. Firstly, I started to use the self service kiosk and had to stop as every one of the three touch screens were sticky and smeared with God only knows - I should have walked out at that point. I began to order a salad - the staff had zero clue as to how the chicken was prepared and got my order all wrong. The salad had three measly pieces of chicken and was missing two of the items I asked for. The dining room had food all over the floor so we ate outside. The garbage can must have been full because the flies were relentless I usually choose Panera because it's tough to eat healthy on the road - guess Panera in Smyrna is off my list read more

What bothers me the most about this location is the lack of attention to detail. I often hate doing curbside because I have to check my food and often take it back inside to get it corrected. Tonight for example, I paid for extra avocado, didn't receive it. The girls upfront often look like deer in headlight wondering what they should do. I have to inform them I need a manger. The manager walked up to the front, it came off as if I was bothering her... the nerve of me wanting my $12.00 salad to be made to my specifications, who do I think I am.... Other than the one spending my money. She offered me a pastry, I declined. It was no, apology. I'm not sure if this location is short staffed or not but it's annoying. The purpose of me using curbside is so I can stay in the car. During the day it's much better service. read more

I meeeean. It's Panera. It's overpriced hospital food at its core, but this location is always clean, my order is always correct, the employees have always been pleasant. Lol... I travel for work and eat a lot of Panera. The service and the food here was just as good, but...as with other reviews, I placed an online pick up order for a salad and paid extra for chicken. I love Panera and their food but today was a complete different experience from what I'm used too. I ordered Sterl cut oats and asked to substitute the granola with pecans. After I paid I realized the employee charged me extra for the pecans. I questioned this and the employee became very upset and told me that is the way they have to do it and pecans cost more at the store. She said this even though each variety of oats with toppings is the same price. Finally, a manger came to my rescue and refunded the up charge. When my oats arrived, the spoon was dirty so I changed it out. As I stirred my oats I found a tortilla chip inside! This was the jankiest Panera I have ever been to. The few bright spots: the older lady taking our order was very kind and our orders were correct. Needs Improvement: the tables were dirty and wet, the cooks yelled your name loud when your food was ready instead of using the buzzer, and there was barely any chicken on our paninis. There was also a weird odor in the air. Least sanitary and clean Panera I've been to. read more

Panera is one of my favorite restaurants but this particular location messes up my order every time! They can never get my salad right. I always order the Fugi Apple Salad w/ chicken, no pecans, no onions...they never get it accurate. Get all the way home and pecans are always in my salad. Then you call to ask for a manager no one ever answers the phone no matter which option you choose. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because Yelp won't allow me to give them zero stars!!
