They appease all cheesesteak aficionados by offering the three most popular cheeses including provolone (always my choice), Cheez Whiz (crazy, but some people swear by it), and white American cheese. Even more impressively, they use Cooper Sharp, Philadelphia's preferred American cheese for cheesesteaks founded in 1893! Wow! They know their stuff! Ordering products from the Amoroso and Cooper companies alone are enough to impress me. But the proof is in the finished product. And the cheesesteak here is indeed a wonderful sandwich.
