From a South Jersey Girl! Amazing bread and cheesesteak, no cheese wiz but still amazing. Fries are on point and lemon is delicious. Definitely be back!

Overall, a good experience. The customer service was good. I think they were a light on the servings and the amount of meat on the subs.

I'm a fan of Penn Station but the Smyrna location is the worst! They definitely need additional training!

Went in tonight on a whim, asked the wonderful lady working the counter what she always gets and it was recommended to get the classic Italian off the grill.

Super authentic Philly cheesesteak, I like mine with a white American and double meat and onions, and nothing else (except I asked for two of those red cherry hot peppers on the side) They serve a cheesesteaks piping hot. Ended up going with the Big Boy with provolone, onions, and bananas peppers. We also got a side salad and cheese curds. Portion sizes of sandwich was pretty good, sides not so much. Salad was fair for the price. Cheese curds for $8 was steep for (I'm pretty sure) not handmade. I'm spoiled from Twilight Tavern's. The sandwich itself just didn't really stand out. Probably the most critical thing I have is I don't like the pricing model. $16.50 gets you the sandwich with cheese and grilled onions. That's it. Each additional veggie was 50¢ more. As a customer, I would prefer something like sandwich + two add ons as the flat rate. Dinner ended up being $40 for two and we only got one sandwich. All this being said, I may be missing what makes the sandwich so iconic. The meat itself wasn't particularly tasty or seasoned. The bread was unremarkable. Like maybe they are counting on a nostalgia factor that I just don't have. Most likely wouldn't go again unless there's something happening (i.e. trivia, group hang, etc).

I got my cheese steak prepared the traditional way to make sure my comparison would be fair. The service was amazing. One of the employees and I are from the same area, so we talked while I waited for the food. He also described all his favorite menu items that I can't wait to try next time. I'm so sad that they're no longer off Charlotte Pike, but the food is worth traveling farther west in Bellevue to get. Love: service (above and beyond, kind, helpful); Philly Cheeze Steak (soft roll, well- seasoned steak, huge portion); fries (fresh, crunchy, well- seasoned); Itz a Philly sauce (goes well with the fries)

We loved them, and there was plenty of meat and cheese inside the bun. They are really messy, though, so be sure to get plenty of napkins. We ordered extra sauces, and they were so good, but you do get a small amount sauce for the price. Even so, I would order the Philly sauce again, but my husband was not a fan of his ranch sauce. These were the best Philly sandwiches we have found here in Nashville, so if you are craving a great Philly be sure to give them a try.
