My partner and I visited on a Friday evening around 7:30pm and it wasn't overly crowded (it was also raining...so take that into account). I ordered a pork/cheese pupusa along with a carne asada baleadas. The Pupusa was served with all the typical staples: slaw in a HUGE container and the hot sauces. They came out hot and fresh with the perfect blend of soft, flavorful inside and crisp exterior. This was my first time trying baleada, a popular El Salvadorian comfort food. It was very satisfying and quite large: a soft flour tortilla with refried beans, eggs, and meat. The star of the show (aside from the Pupusa) was the beef tacos. These were flavor bombs with a nice char on the meat. Will order again. The staff was friendly and their offer their menu in Spanish and English. The kitchen is open, and you can see the staff working hard on your meal after you order. This is now added to my list of staples in Nashville. Looking forward to being a frequent visitor.

It includes two eggs (whatever style you want), plantains, rice with beans, fresh cheese, avocado, two fresh tortillas, and a piece of steak all for only like $12!!! The soups they have are all so comforting too, a must grab for a cold day or a hangover. The customer service is quick and very friendly.

They don't give you enough curtido and when I asked for more they took a while to bring it, and after they brought my food, they did not back to see if everything was ok. I didnt know if they brought the receipt to pay at the table or not, so after waiting a while, just went to the register to pay.
