Zaxby's was ok - it wasn't bad but next time I would go to a similar place like Popeye's. The chicken is tender, pretty good flavor and of course comes with "Zaxby's sauce" which is a good compliment. This location is pretty new, it's clean and easy to find. Service was normal - nothing bad but nothing extraordinary. One thing I did love was that their water cups were huge - basically the same size as a drink cup. Most places give those cheap, small, styrofoam cups so I was pleasantly surprised to get a big cup. read more

Came here craving some chicken with honey bbq sauce and ranch. Like I did last week. Now they don't carry a key ingredient for my decision to come here. Very disappointed. Had a Cobb Salad and fried mushrooms from the drive through. The service was great, very friendly and fast. I cannot say the salad was great, but was better than most drive through options. I loved Zaxbys when I lived in the south but the service here is HORRENDOUS. 35 minutes to get my meal and there was no one else in the entire restaurant! Not to mention that the manager (I'm assuming) berated a customer who came inside from the drive through to get something that was missing from his meal. While I was completely unimpressed with their food (or their lack of anything interesting that I can't find across the street), this food actually got me sick. After vomiting for like 12-some hours, I decided to write a review. I had the Cajun Club w/onion rings, and also snacked on my family's meals (wings, toast, chicken finger and fries). My sandwich was anything but Cajun; it really lacked any taste at all. Onion rings were extremely salty and the Zax Sauce (fry sauce) also tasted more salty than I appreciated (Culvers across the street makes an amazing onion ring). The wing sauce was decent, but nothing outstanding and/or spicy at all for being called "hot". Chicken finger appeared unseasoned and also tasted flavorless (Popeyes across the street does a much better job). The toast - well it tasted like toast, nothing special about it at all other than I probably make better toast at home. The fries were the tastiest thing I ate that night, and they tasted just like Popeyes fries, so again, not impressed. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone when there are much better options leering from across the way. Treat yourself to Culvers or Popeyes if you're looking for some tasty onion rings or chicken - neither of those places has made me literally sick either. read more

I moved here from Georgia and was the happiest girl in the world that Utah had one close to my work! However, a few weeks ago I went in to get the fried chicken house zalad, and 4 hours later I was throwing it all up. I was up from 6pm to 8am the next morning puking my brains out. I went to the doctor and confirmed it was food poisoning. That was all I had to eat that day, and I'm so disappointed. After I got better I did some research and saw that this exact location, among many others throughout the US, have HORRIBLE health inspections! People at my work stated they do not go to any Zaxby's because of the poor health ratings. So as a former Zaxby's fanatic.... I must say be careful what you eat here and be sure you check their health scores! I've seen a few employees not washing hands! My husband and I lived in Chattanooga TN for some time and tried Zaxby's out there and wasn't impressed at all. But we did go to one in the middle of the ghetto. We decided to give them another shot since they came to Utah and we were wowed! The chicken was perfect. Their toast is amazing. My husband loved their slaw and they have some pretty awesome sauces. I placed an order online through Grubhub for six nibblers and asked for the sauce on the side. When I got my order it had no sauce. I called the store and spoke with a male who said he was the manager and that he would put me on the list to receive 6 free nibblers. This was on 9/6 today is 9/27 and I went in to pick up my order, I was told by the manager Myra I'm not on the list and there were no male managers. She also said people tell her that all the time...ok I'm not people and could careless about other orders! I had my receipt on my phone she didn't care to see it and was basically calling me a liar I'm beyond pissed and have never taken time out of my day to leave a review good or bad, Iam an assistant general manager for Denny's and this is not how you handle a messed up order. read more

Zaxby's food was great! The 2 stars is because it was uncomfortably cold. It is difficult to enjoy your food when the restaurant feels like and ice box. Maybe add outdoor seating so people have a choice to be a little warmer. Again food was great. read more

A lot of petty reviews on here for fast food. I absolutely love this place it's better than chic fil a by a long shot, much better variety and quality is very similar. A few people comparing it to popeyes which it's completely different so not a fair comparison. But the food has always been great the workers always pleasant and very polite and they keep it very clean which should be important. read more

The service here was awful. This was my first time visiting any Zaxby's and I don't think I'll be back. Had to have my wife's salad remade 3 times, the manager had to be asked by another employee to get off her cell phone while in plane sight to remake it correctly. Being this place is new to the area, I took the family to check it out. I was very unimpressed after all the hype I had heard about the place. I had the wings and thighs plate with tongue torch sauce. While the sauce had good taste it had about zero kick, something I expected a bit more given the name. The chicken itself was fairly bland other than being completely over salted. The fries could have been good, but we're also over salted. The zax sauce was good, but seemed to accentuate the already over salted food. With Popeyes being across the street, it's not likely I'll return. read more

Awesome! The food was great! I decided to keep it simple and I got the chicken finger plate. Fries were plump and crisp, seasoned perfectly and elegantly crisp. I had an issue at this location today and it was not the first. I ordered 8 nibblers buffalo style and they brought out 4 nibblers buffalo style, 4 regular. Not a big issue but I asked them to fix it and they said they had to charge me again for the sauces, which I agreed and payed for the sauce again. Then, they have the 4 sliders that were not the way I had ordered to someone else and said they were free because they were from a messed up order, but then refused to make the 4 nibblers I had payed for again because they told me they had already given out 4 nibblers to some random person!! I confronted them about it and they called me a liar and told me I was just trying to get free food from them. They were violent and raised their voice about it. Better than KFC. I got the Cajun Club, my wife got the chicken fingers. Food was delicious, wait wasn't too long. Restaurant got crowded fast around lunch time. I tried the chicken fingers and was surprised by how tender the chicken is. It was not dried out like deep fried chicken tends to be, and the was more chicken than batter, which can also happen with fried chicken. Over all, very satisfied. Had the "Wings N Things" platter with the sweet and spicy sauce. The wings were amazing! The chicken fingers had a light and crispy batter fried to perfection without the fast food burnt oil taste. i don't know what they've done lately but they can't even take an order right. I explained my order 3 times! I was then overcharged. And then when I tried to correct the matter, they had a hard time getting someone who knows the cash register. Then, they failed to give me the proper change back.
