The fries were so salty we threw them away. The boneless wings were not wings they were nuggets that were tasteless, 70% breading, and a overcooked piece of chicken. These were too salty also. Im back and again an incredible dining experience! Stuff happens and I was torn to even say anything but I ordered ten wings and got 8... there, I said it. You feel me though right? I was just offering some constructive feedback and you know how they handled it? Nordstrom way. No questions asked. Apology for the oversight and offered to replace the missing wings. I said it was cool but the amazing young lady that helped me wasn't even the original person that helped me. She said I could take it to go and have them later so I relented and accepted the kind offer. Must be a Utah thing. Just an experience filled with goodwill and exemplary service. Whoever is the owner, manager you can be proud of your team that worked the day shift. The original young lady that took my order checked in on me and made great suggestions for "well done" with Cajun sauce. Will do! About 5 minutes later a small to go box was placed on my table with a smile and more kind words. Wing Stop on State Street has my business for life. I've been ordering from this location for a while now since my last visit, and I still haven't had a mediocre or negative experience here. My boyfriend and I were in the area running errands and stopped by for dinner and Sam was exceptional. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, inviting, and only enhanced my fondness for this location. He told us about their new combos and specials and helped us make decisions that helped us save money while enjoying the wings and offerings. Thank you, Sam! Wingstop is a good choice if you're wanting something protein heavy with a lot of flavor. The hot honey wings have a good combination of very mind heat and sweetness. The lemon pepper wings do have quite a strong lemon flavor, and the smoked bbq are more bbq heavy than smoky. With the amount of flavor in the rub/marinade, adding ranch to everything really helps cut the flavor so it's not so intense. The Louisiana voodoo wings are really good, again I recommend adding more ranch than what is already on top of them, as it helps cut through the flavor of the cheese. Definitely one of my top wing places in Utah, but not one of my top food places overall. read more

We came in around 9 as a walk in customer and were just about done ordering when much to our dismay we saw drake in the back cough on his hands (which were also without gloves) and proceed to finish the batch of wings he was working on. This was my first time ever to a Wing Stop, and I'm glad that I finally made the journey. This was a pickup order. To begin, the location itself is great, part of a larger shopping area with plenty of nearby parking. The establishment was clean inside and there's plenty of to-go parking. I paid just over $16 and got 10 wings with Louisiana Fries, a drink, and an extra blue cheese dipping sauce. The food itself was absolutely phenomenal, on par with some of my other favorite wing places. The blue cheese sauce was REALLY great and paired well with the wings. Great food alone is enough to bring me back. I do wish I'd gotten a different type of fries, only because the sauces on them seeped in by the time I got home, but I'd definitely order them again if I were to dine in. Or perhaps those sauces should be on the side for to-go orders, I'll have to see if that's an option. They were still very tasty regardless! I like that on the website interface, you can choose how many of your wings you want for a certain flavor. I also want to note that my order was ready on time when I arrived, and still had plenty of heat by the time I got home through evening traffic. Customer service was friendly to me, though it was a short interaction since it was a pickup order. I still managed to get in and out very quickly. My only single critique would be to check the fountain drink calibration for the diet coke, that seemed a rather off to me, but still drinkable. I normally don't leave reviews but I will for this location! This is hands down the best location Wingstop has! I come here very often because it is always consistently fresh and good. They are all very welcoming! The staff has started to recognize us and it just adds to the experience. The store is always kept up and clean so the tables are always open. When dining in and it's not busy they try to come and make sure everything is good! Overall 10/10 In all areas and I would 100% recommend this location to everyone! read more

I'm officially done with wing stop. I tried to order delivery from their site. I was notified that the order could not be processed and to call the store. I called and placed the order yet again. I then drove to pick up and order. When I got home, door dash had delivered the order on a soaked and greasy bag. When I called wing stop, they blamed door dash. When I called door dash- they transferred me to someone in India. No effort was made to fix the problem. On top of that, the food is over priced and just average. First time trying and I'm actually high key not impressed. I was a few minutes late picking up my mobile order. It was sitting on the shelf and was cold when I got it. Should be keeping it in a hot box like many other restaurants do. The wings were sub par. Garlic cheese was half as good as Buffalo Wild Wings.. looked and tasted like someone half ass sprinkled cheese on them. BBQ wings were OK. I was disappointed honey bbq wasn't an option.
