This was my first time trying Raising Cane's, and it was a good first impression. I've heard of them for a while but never had the change to give them a try...until now. We were looking for food options after we took the kids to the zoo and decided on Raising Cane's. We arrived after 1 PM and they were pretty busy but wasn't too bad. We got our food pretty quick. I ordered Caniac combo which comes with 6 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, 2 Cane's sauce, toast, coleslaw and a 32 oz drink. I shared it with my daughter and it was a filling meal for the both of us. The chicken fingers were pipping hot and tasty as well. The put the perfect amount of seasoning...I am trying to cut my sodium intake & it was just a perfect. The food certainly meet my expectations. The service was efficient and friendly as well, I received my order in a timely manner and the clean restroom is an icing on the cake! I hope they will open one in Boise soon! read more

First of all, we had to go through the sprinklers just to get inside the building. There was no where to sit because of the fact all of the tables were so dirty and gross. So the only thing to really critique is service. Typically service is good. We did have an off experience where I was asked to move to the side because my order was going to take longer due to naked chicken fingers for my daughter. They completely forgot about us! Over thirty minutes later I went to the window and they couldn't even find my order. I went through the drive through and ordered a box combo with no coleslaw and an extra sauce as a substitute with an Arnold palmer to drink and instead they substituted my fries for an extra coleslaw and in of an Arnold palmer I got just iced tea and to top it off I had to wait over 15 minutes in a line that was just 4 cars while the employees were flirting with each other instead of working. Raising canes is my favorite chicken stop. Not only are the employees always delightful but the food never tastes different. When I love a food and go back to get that food there is nothing worse than getting something that tastes nothing like the first time. But this place has consistently been delicious. It's a great chain. This one particular facility though has extremely crappy customer service though. "Cane's 585 - Olympus Landing" at 10986 State St Sandy, UT 84070 employs extremely sarcastic irritable teens who enjoy being petty and reveling in inconveniencing people, in this case, the customer. This specific facility is wildly unprofessional and makes the whole chain look bad. Don't waste your money here unless you feel like needlessly being insulted and mocked by arrogant teens. We've gone to the South Jordan, Midvale, Provo, and now this location. I've never had an issue until the Sandy location. I'm gluten free and always state as such when ordering. I get the naked bird with no Texas toast. I know I risk cross contamination, but again have never had an issue until today. They brought the order out and I'm glad I checked it before leaving the parking lot. They put the toast right on top of the chicken. Mistakes obviously can be made especially during the dinner rush, but it's how they handle it that matters. I explained that I couldn't have the bread and that they put it right on top, so I brought the one order in because my fiancé's order was fine. He asked where my second order was which wasn't an issue. The manager didn't seem to understand the problem. I had to explain it three times, and he still seemed confused. They remade my order but only handed me the chicken. I told him I ordered the combo and it's supposed to come with fries. He said I didn't give him the fries. It was all together. They also gave my fiancé a coke instead of a sweet tea. I don't think I'll be going back to this location, but I thought I'd warn anyone else who has any allergies or if you want a correct order. read more

Best chicken! Crunchy on the outside, while still being juicy on the inside. Not greasy at all. Fun vibe in the shop, and quick service.

The food was good no complaints there, but the customer service was horrible. We sat at the front in front of the register for 5 minutes and employees kept telling us they would be right with us as they were just standing around and cleaning up random stuff. It was a Monday night around 9:30 so I hope the manager sees this and whips the kids that are working that shift into shape.
