I was craving a burger today and decided to try Culver's (never tried before). BEST decision ever! I did a single deluxe with cheese. It was so good! Everything was fresh and tasty! Still the best in the fast food game. Every time I come to a location I just have a sheet-eating grin like I had just won the lotto. From the burgers to curds, to frozen custard--there isn't anything that Culver's doesn't excel at. This time I tried the Colby Jack Pub Burger offering and a Salted Caramel & Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Concrete Mixer to round it off. They were tremendously appreciated from bite to bite. In fact, I was afraid my overwhelming joy was too big of a reaction to the meal. As always, the staff is the friendliest they come--even giving the pleasurebots at Chik-fil-A a run for their money. And the location itself was ample, inviting, and full of little touches that makes it feel like a part of the community it's located in. And I can tell you if I had a Culver's three miles away from where I slept, they'd have to kick me out at closing time every night. read more

Most disgusting Culvers I've ever been to. Sticky floors in the bathroom, hard water deposit and soap scum on the counters. Pee residue on the back of the toilets. Water smells like rain water and sprays everywhere. Trash on the floors under the tablets. Literally every single one of said tables were dirty, despite them not being busy at all. Another chain restaurant, so the decor and ambience are pretty standard. The place looked clean, had a self serve fountain drink area. I've never eaten at Culver's before, but had seen many articles about them being the best burger joint. Service was the regular walk up to counter ordering. They give you a number for the table to bring out your order to you. One nice thing, they don't ask for a tip on the pay machine. Down to the food now, and we split a Mushroom Swiss double. 1. The burgers are thin and fried on the griddle for a crisp surface. I get that, but they are cooked with no salt or pepper on them. I don't get that. There is salt and pepper at the drink station, but trying to add it after the fact isn't a good choice for me, especially on a burger with toppings, I did add pepper on ours, since there were few mushrooms on it. (see photo) So for me, the burger meat wasn't great and the the lack of shrooms was disappointing. 2. We got there just before 1PM, so the lunch crowd was pretty much leaving. The "manager" named justice was very unprofessional when we had a missing soup . We were a group of four and I wasn't the one who went to get the soup so I'm not sure what happened there ... however he came out to our table when we were simply eating our meal and he yelled at us and caused a scene because we had asked a different employee if there was someone above the store manager Justice we could contact . He then put his hands out and yelled he was the owner of the place .... which I highly doubt ... very interesting choice in a manager who yells at customers . All we needed was a missing soup . store 426 (Midvale) visited on a Saturday at 5:30pm. The lobby area was very unkept (80%) of the tables were dirty, and the floor was covered with debris. We contacted one of the employees to clean the tables (they did the tables and followed up sweeping the floor) The food was warm (fish and fries) and not hot at all (it was tasty though). The store's drive up was very busy and the inside area was about 75% full. This is the first review that I have done because it was not except able and hurt the store's drive. Not too shabby for a fast food burger place. Very surprised to see a smashburger with crispy edges. Fries were your standard crinkle cut fries. A little let down by the cheese curds. This restaurant was very clean and very open. It wasn't super busy so that was nice! I'm currently on a fish & chips hunt so I got the Atlantic cod. Sadly this didn't hit the mark for me. Picture wise, it looks amazing! The fish pieces were huge and flaky, but taste was off for me. Idk if it was the grease but I couldn't finish my plate. The fries were good & the coleslaw was normal. I did enjoy making my own sundae so that was great! Be aware you are only limited to 3 toppings(they have great options I will say that) & per usual you pay for each topping. This location is incredibly slow and incredibly dirty! I ordered a single scoop of vanilla custard with no toppings! I waited 20 minutes for this, while they served up complex orders and drive thru customers. There were several customers that had ordered at the counter, like me, and had waited longer than it should have taken. I reviewed this place for the ice cream and I went back to try the Cod dinner. The fish itself was tender, the batter was a bit thick, the fries was old because it was a bit hard and tasted stale so that was a disappointment, it also comes with a small dinner roll... that was dry and a bit hard. They give you 1 tarter sauce per dinner plate and that was not enough for the 2 pieces of cod that you get for that meal and a drink is. It included in the meal. read more

We've ate here twice now, it's just a short distance away from my dentist. The service was great, friendly and courteous to greet us. Food was hot and order was as requested when we ordered. We got our food in a timely manner for a server and she was nice as well. The place appeared clean, bathrooms were clean and smelled good and sanitary. I LOVE Culver's and grew up with them. This one doesn't meet the standard of the best fast food restaurant in the world. I always go back but am always disappointed. The staff is friendly but the restaurant is always dirty. Today the trash by the condiments was overflowing, there was ketchup all over the counter and the dining room was dirty. One staff member walked out of the back in forty five minutes of being there and didn't clean a thing. This does not meet the standard set for this restaurant chain. Make sure you look at your receipts! I ordered a medium Sunday... menu said $5 and some change... comes with 2 free toppings. I get to the window and they said $9 I asked why. The kid who honestly didn't know how to add could not understand. So instead of changing for the medium Sunday he instead rang up each item by themselves the nuts were 1.99 by themselves. I attempted to explain he didn't ring it up correctly but he couldn't understand. Please look at the receipt. I refuse to pay that for two scoops of ice cream and some whip cream and nuts. Some friends and I went to have some food after a hike. I decided to get the wisconson swiss melt, which was on the butter burger menu. Is not a butter burger. I would be okay with it being that way because I didn't know, but the melt was absolutely burned. Along with this my friend ordered a butter burger without mustard, the burger had obscene amounts of mustard on it (see photo). As fast food chains go, Culver's ranks above all others. The hamburger bun and meat are excellent. The cheddar cheese was also excellent. I ordered mine with onions, pickles and ketchup. An ample amount of ketchup with several pickle chips and a slice of red onion were great additions to the burger. The fresh hamburger was better to my taste than "In-And-Out" burgers--which are also fresh. To cap off my meal was another happy surprise! A small (can't imagine how one could consume anything bigger!) chocolate and malty "Chocolate Malt." Culver's frozen custard is richer and thicker than any comparable "Ice cream" (which may or may not be made of frozen milk!). I think the fact that they have anything else on the menu besides the frozen custard is funny--when someone tells me that they ate at Culver's I have to do a double take before I remember the burgers. But at this point, I have so many other options for burgers that I don't think I'd ever order anything from them if I was there. We went here on a triple date on November 15th and had a terrible experience. They lost our order, the restaurant was quite dirty, and the food was disappointing. One of the three couples we were with got their food in a reasonable amount of time, but by the time they finished eating the rest of us still didn't have our food. We went up to ask what was wrong and it turns out they lost they other two orders. They had a hard time finding our lost orders and didn't give us anything to compensate for their error. We originally ordered at 6:30pm and finally got our food at 7:25. When we finally got our food we were again disappointed. We ordered their "fresh frozen custard" they call a "concrete"(which is not the cheapest frozen dessert out there) and what they gave us seemed more like a cup of melted chocolate ice cream. It was awful! We could hardly eat it much of it before we gave up on it. I included a picture of it so just take a look at that. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The dining area was a bit messy, but the area behind the counter was quite gross and concerning to me. The staff were disorganized to the point of losing two of the three orders in our group, and the food wasn't very good. James was the first face we saw at Culver's as he took our order the very first time we went to a Culver's and my family cannot say enough great things about him! James should become the training manager - his customer service skills are impeccable! In fact, he suggested I order a slice of cheddar and mayo on my chicken sandwich, and boy was that a great idea. My husband and I were blown away by how helpful James was, how he went way over and beyond to help us and recommend items as we were clueless on Culvers' menu. We visited a Culver's in St. George, UT, after this visit, and they just didn't compare to the exceptional service James provided in Midvale. Suffice to say, the Midvale location is our #1 Culver's location. James even gave us free custards as he knew it was our first time dining there. He made it extra special. read more

Went to Culver's for my first time yesterday after hearing good things about it. I was given a free meal coupon so I figured I would give it a try. I ordered a Spicy Crispy Chicken with Sprite which came with nicely seasoned Krinkle cut fries. The sandwich came with mayonnaise, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, and the chicken itself. It was spicy, but not too hot either. It went well with the fries in the meal and I enjoyed it a lot. However, the only downside was that after I had given them my coupon, I hadn't gotten my food until about 10 minutes later. It didn't bother me, as I assumed they were trying to run it through the computer. Overall, I thought that Culver's was an amazing first experience and I'll definitely go there again! read more

if I could give a ZERO I would. Ordered a corn dog and it came out frozen in the middle. Took it to the counter to explain the problem and took 5 minutes to get someone's attention. They said would make a new one and I should wait a mom. WhIle all of this is transpiring my food is going cold. I asked to speak to manager and the individual said the could do nothing but give new corn dog. again, I asked to speak to the manager, and eventually a young man, said his name was Justice, came out and told me I would need to leave the premises or he would have me taken care of by the police. All of this for a frozen corn dog. I don't know who reads these reviews, but I hope they are spared the challenge of ever coming to this store again. There fried cod dinner and there cod sandwich is very delicious! I get the cod dinner almost every time I eat there, I get the 3 piece dinner with there potatoes and gravy, usually onion rings, I make sure I get extra tartar sauce(there tartar sauce is one of the best tartar sauce I have tried it's so creamy and seasoned just right) Everything I have ever eaten at Culver's, I have never had anything I didn't enjoy. I think Culver's is so under rated fast food there butter burgers are one of the best fast food burgers out there in my opinion. Cheese curds, fries, potatoes and gravy are always delicious!!! I really hate leaving bad reviews but this was bad enough for me to take the time to leave one. Sadly, the food here is pretty ok but today 11/30/2022, the service by EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE was HORRENDOUS!!! They were clearly annoyed that people were visiting the restaurant and or they loathe their job in general. There are at least 100 other burger places and I think I'll make sure In stick with those.
