Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for 2 kids meals, one hotdog a crispy chicken sandwich and onion rings. When our food was finally brought out to us I checked the fries while the kid was standing at our vehicle. They were cold and soggy. I said "we obviously weren't waiting for fresh fries". He laughed and walked away. Total bs. The kids burgers were cold, the chicken sandwich was inedible and the hot dog had ketchup dripping from it. Fast, friendly, and safe. The burger surprised me- I really liked it. The cheddar flavor was nice. The bun was super soft. Good amount of juiciness and sauce. The medium order of fries is pretty small!! I got 2 small shakes, 2 kids meals, a quarter pound burger, and a tiny medium fry for $27... I felt like that was expensive for what I got. read more

Thinking she was going to make better ones, she personally went to the back made a batch of the exact same corn dogs even more burnt, she basically mocked the situation. read more

When someone recently asked me what my favorite fast food restaurant was, I didn't hesitate to answer with "Arctic Circle." It took a few people by surprise-I think they expected a bigger chain that packs a national punch. But the good old AC is my standby. The experience is always consistent-truly some of the best service in the industry. This location seems to fall in line with that expectation. And the shakes are always on point. Right smack on! i ordered a cherry dipped icecream cone, in a cup. tastes good, the staff was very stressed out. they forgot the cup to the icecream cone so i had to ask. the atmosphere was quiet, besides the dainty whispers of all the old people. overall i give it a 8/10. read more

It's hit and miss here. Depends which kids you get making your food. They're high school kids so if you're expectations are low you'll be fine. Literally my "small fry" had like 13 fries in it. And my chocolate chip shake had like 20 teeny tiny chocolate chips in the bottom of a cup with soft serve vanilla ice cream comprising the rest of the cup, but not blended at all. I love arctic circle, I just don't expect a lot when I go to this particular location. Management is always very polite and anxious to make you a happy customer. Patience and politeness usually helps me to get a correct order, eventually ;) read more

Have had fish and chips many times but last night 8/27/23, went to Draper Arctic circle expecting to get the same quality of fish and chips and got the worst order I have ever had anywhere , they were just the same as ordering Gortens fish sticks. The price was the real problem as I paid $37 + for tow orders one two piece, a three piece and a shake. Have never been so disappointed in Arctic Circle. From now one will just stick to restaurants that specialize in fish from now on. read more

If I could give a 0 Stars I would. I went through tonight and there was a little wait and to me a little wait is a good thing normally they are making your food as ordered. The girl at the window had a horrible attitude and when I got home (less than 2 min away) my fries were cold and gross and my burger was also. I called and the manager claimed he just made my fries. I told him I can drive back and show him and he's all just give me your name for next time to replace the fries and was rude also. I will not return even for my free replacement. This restaurant deserves less than 1 star. It is terrible. I'm sure some nice people work there but they need to be trained better. All of the garbages are overflowing and swarming with flies. The girl that took my order was talking so quietly that I had to ask her to repeat herself 4 times then finely someone came over to help. Maybe put her on cleanup duty instead of at the register. Our order was wrong. Not oops we forgot something. The order was completely wrong. It's not just this time, it's every time we go to the Herriman location. The Riverton location is amazing. Really frustrated. I ordered a 1/4# deluxe burger & asked that it NOT have any condiments or "secret sauce" of any kind. I also ordered the 5 PC shrimp & fries with extra fry sauce which I knew I had to pay extra for. My burger when I got home (10 miles) HAD all kinds of stuff slathered all over it...yuck!!! Really good customer service, I've come in a handful of times and the food always taste great, give really good customer service and even come around asking everyone how everything is and if they need anything. I usually don't leave reviews for fast food restaurants but I was extremely impressed by the kind and attentive customer service. I counted 3 times that different individuals passed by just to see how things were. I was even given complimentary ice creams (tiny ice creams for me and my 4 rambunctious kiddos). The restaurant and bathroom were clean, the food was brought to our table and the kids played in the play area while I waited for my food. It honestly felt more like a restaurant experience than a fast food experience. Oh, and the food was great! I got the halibut and it was really good! I recommend it! Slow slow service. I only use the drive through and usually plan on a 15-20 minute wait. They do have play area for kids which is a definite bonus. read more
