This has been the best experience I've ever had at any Arby's, the morning manager gifted me my favorite meal a classic roast beef sandwich meal and the evening shift lead Hayden was the most kind individual I've met in all of utah this will absolutely be somewhere I come back to when I need a good meal and a place to listen to some tunes!!!! They ask, "would you like any sauces?" I say, "Yes! Can I please have a handful of horsey sauces?.... Two people at the window nodded enthusiastically, and then only end up giving me four. Four little packets for two full sized sandwiches, after I expressed a need for more than usual. Cheap skating like this just makes me never want to come back again. All they had to do was give us 2 extra sauces to make our sandwiches taste the way we wanted them to. If my request was excessive, all they had to do was tell me so, but what they did was say "Yes!" and then decided not to do it, which I didn't realize until I got all the way home, #FAIL. read more

Always refreshing to make a quick stop at a fast food restaurant and have a great experience. Food was cooked great, restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, restrooms were clean and the jomocha shakes were on point! Ok just my kids had the shakes. I was on my way home and instead of going through the drive thru, I decided I'd go inside, wash my hands and then order. The employee told me restrooms are for customers only and unless I order and pay, he wouldn't give me the code and to go elsewhere! Absolutely stunned, but needless to say, I left without ordering. Had a craving for the Arby's chicken sandwiches that I saw on TV at 2 for $5. I guess I missed the deal because it was now 2 gyros for $5. I'm sure that a gyro would have been pretty good, but I settled instead for the beef 'n cheddar combo. I must say, it was damned good . . . YUM!!! . . . and it came with a drink and curly fries . . . all for $6.49!!! Hell, at home in Hawaii, getting anything for less than $10 is a bonus. The service was ok. The place was clean. Incredibly terrible customer service, I asked for a large Dr Pepper and was given a diet Dr Pepper, an honest mistake. When I asked the employee for a new one that's not diet i was told they probably mixed up the bags in the back and I would need to pull around to get it fixed. By this point 4 more cars had entered the drive through making it at least a 10- 15 min wait for one drink. I walked to the front door hoping the employee would quickly replace my drink and was rudely waved to get back in line to wait for my new drink. This should have just been handled quickly without requiring me to get back in a long drive through line allowing my fresh food to get cold over a drink that shouldn't have been diet in the first place. read more

I love me so Arby's! I remember many road trips with my family and stopping to get a delicious Roast Beef sandwich with the infamous Arby's sauce. It is always so very good and my recent visit was no exception. The food tasted fresh and was ready to go within a reasonable amount of time. Stopped on the way to a local attraction for lunch. Kids made some noise in the lobby while we ordered. In fairness probably more noise than they should have. Some guy at the top of his lungs yells whose kids are these! while we are wrangling them up. I thought it was some crotchety old man and didn't pay much attention, then I saw he was wearing a manager shirt conducting and interview. Turns out it was Manager Timothy Richards. Worst customer service ever! I thought with the remodel this place may have gotten better. Unfortunately it's the same old dump. It's a very clean feel and good feel atmosphere with the staff that work there. Quick service is the best in my opinion and everyone that works there has such an amazing great smile on their face. This will be one of the many top Utah locations I visit as I travel around the state as a security guard, oh and the beef gyro? Absolutely to die for. Very friendly and great service. read more

Gotta give props for the customer service at this Arby's. They overcharged me and gave me an extra sandwich in the drive thru, which admittedly I didn't notice until I drove away. I called them and asked about it, getting ready to drive back, and they simply refunded the extra sandwich without the need of me having to come back in. Fantastic service here. read more

I visit this arbys frequently and the staff and managers are super. The food is always hot and exactly what I order. I can't believe some of the comments listed here- but then I read other comments that those same people posted on other places and the common factor is "them" so don't believe what these people wrote- great food great people.
