Customer service was friendly and fast. They have kiosks to order at but we couldn't find the option to change the fries to sweet potato fries so we ordered at the counter. The only bummer is that they are a Pepsi establishment, I'm a Diet Coke girly and just don't love Diet Pepsi. I decided to try their dragonfruit limeade, & it was good at first but after a few more sips it was just too sweet.

The best burger for your buck When it comes to fast food…read morehamburgers there is really only one choice for me, and it is In-N-Out. Consistent quality, honest ingredients, and a value proposition that no competitor in the category comes close to matching. The Riverton location in particular has earned its place as my favorite in the area, and the reason is simple: they staff it right. Compared to the American Fork and Draper locations, Riverton consistently runs a cleaner operation with more employees visibly working the floor. The menu is short, uncomplicated, and easy to navigate, which keeps the line moving and the ordering stress free. The hamburgers are good, the fries are thin, crispy, and salted perfectly, and the customization options are broader than the simple menu suggests. There is an unadvertised secret menu worth knowing about, nothing dramatic, but a grilled cheese and a handful of other items for those who like to explore. I skip the sauce, which runs heavy on mayo, and build mine with ketchup, chiles, and grilled onions. That is the move. Shakes come in one size and three classic flavors, which is all you really need. And on rainy days they offer free hot chocolate for kids, a small gesture that says something about the culture of the brand. The one area with room to improve is table turnover. During busy stretches the floor could use faster attention between customers, though Riverton handles this better than most Utah locations. Four stars and my default answer whenever someone asks where to grab a burger.

They are real potatoes and seasoned with Cajun or salt and are DELICIOUS! The drivers can't be faulted, if they had them before they know... but they seemingly, don't know when to stop. LOL! Yes, they are that good... It took me 10 years to realize that "small burger" just means a single patty hahaha! I'm not mad about this. The meat is real, and will succumb to time and go rotten if kept for days/weeks/months/ years. It's real food. Yes I will spend $15 buck for this burger and abundant load of the delicious fries... Do not get more than the little though. It's too many fries to eat at one setting g with that big or little burger. Unless you're really hungry. The fountain drinks have good carbonation, they are always spraying and wiping tables or sweeping (hazards of having complementary roasted and salted peanuts to snack on while you're waiting 5-8 minutes for your fresh food. This may be the reason all those people going through the double arches will pay an equal amount for that... you know... wait the extra mi minutes for the better bang for the hard earned buck$... your gut health will thank you! Sorry but I was on my work break when I got this... no time for posing... see the pics from other happy customers OH! This chain has the BEST shakes, if you're looking for a great hotdog, Five Guys will hook you up. There's a secret menu, but I'm happy with the items on the menu up... when you order, just say "all the way" unless you don't like grilled onions... there are a wall full of adds you can choose, yes fresh jalapeños... get some! Yes you can order the meat and fixings without out the delicious in... comes in an aluminum container... Love me some Five Guys... . I ate my fries in the car and like a delivery driver, I could now help myself and ate them all before I got back to work... had no room for the burger so I gave it to a coworker who I caught eating candy and cheddar fish crackers saying he was hungry... he got the burger and he knows... was mad I I didn't get Cajun Fries... why that ungrateful... again, if you know, yah know... it's not his fault. I blames Five Guys for his blatant greed LOL it's not my friend's fault. Yes, new person, it's that good.

They have a good selection of burgers that are customizable without an additional charge, which I appreciated. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to finish my meal, because I have heard that 5 Guys serve a lot of fries (although, I'm not really complaining, especially in this economy), but I found that ordering a little burger, instead of the regular, with a small fry was just the right amount of food. I also liked that service was quick and I didn't have to wait long for my food. The only caveat that I have with 5 Guys is that they have complementary peanuts in shells in the lobby are that you can snack on and if you have a nut allergy, I would avoid going to 5 Guys. Other than, I would be down to go back there again since the burger and fries were delicious.

But it is what it is! However, today I found that my order was more than just a little incorrect... and it wasn't something I was willing to overlook and eat and move on. So I decided to run back and ask if they could correct it. Upon my return, the manager immediately reprinted my receipt and got on top of remaking my order.
