Well if they hadn't already secured me as a life long customer, they sure have now! I love a good old midweek jersey Mike's sub. And it's very nice and convenient to be able to eat fresh quality food while still meeting my personal goals. So I love coming here. It's really close to my office as well, so it just takes me a few minutes to order online, swing by and get back to work in a timely manner. A few times my order has been a little mixed up. But it is what it is! However, today I found that my order was more than just a little incorrect... and it wasn't something I was willing to overlook and eat and move on. So I decided to run back and ask if they could correct it. Upon my return, the manager immediately reprinted my receipt and got on top of remaking my order. He was deeply apologetic and very understanding of my request to be corrected. He also went above and beyond, and gave me a complimentary cookie, and even refunded me my order. The staff are always friendly and make the sandwiches right in front of you, which honestly makes a difference--you can tell everything's fresh. I usually get the #7 Turkey and Provolone "Mike's Way," and it's always loaded just right with the perfect balance of meat, veggies, and that signature juice. The manager was incredibly rude to me and my friends, throwing our cups at us and being excessively passive aggressive. He even got mad at his employee right in front of us. His effort was bare minimum and that's being generous. His attitude was bottom of the barrel disgusting. Some people shouldn't work in the service industry, not to mention the cockroach I saw by the salt packets. I feel personally targeted as teenagers simply trying to get food since 2 older women walked in right after us and were greeted with exceptional service. This was at 10am which is opening time and we were asked to take a seat since they weren't ready yet. I am incredibly unsatisfied and I would hope the manager has repercussions to treating paying customers in such a disgraceful way. The freshly sliced meats taste better than places that used pre-sliced meats. You pay more for their sandwiches but it seems in line with the finished product you receive. An all American style of eating. It's technically a fast food chain, but each location does have a higher standard. As you walk in there is a great whiff of cheese and steak. I order the chipotle philly cheese steak. It was gooey with cheese, loaded with steak, and a full of deliciousness. The regular sandwich is delicious. I can tell you that depending on the time of the day the line is either short/none existent or long/ridiculous. Ordering and paying is quick, but getting your sub takes a while. As my husband and I finished our meal last night at Jersey Mike's we both commented (in unison because married people sometimes do that?), "I love a good sandwich!" And that's exactly what we got here. I loved my turkey provolone and my husband inhaled his chipotle philly steak. Service was really friendly and quick and it was great. A couple notes: First, I ordered my sub "Mike's Way" but specified they go light on the oil and vinegar because experience shows they tend to drown it otherwise. Second, I went with the regular size sub but could probably have been satisfied with the mini. Just know a regular is pretty big. Finally, they carry Pepsi products in their soda fountain AND the bottled beverages they offer. I'm usuals Diet Coke drinker but my Diet Pepsi was pretty good last night. read more

I went in and some stupid bitch named Jasmine, who supposedly was the manager, don't know how to make a single sandwich. She can't even hear the difference between tomato and jalapeños ??? I said add jalapeños to the sandwich and she got no tomatoes out of that. The two girls who work at this location on Sundays are absolutely awful. I believe one of them is the manager and the other is some kind of team lead. They are argumentative and just plain rude. County wide mask mandates mean nothing to these people either. Employees were preparing food with no masks on. Our cold subs were left sitting for 25 minutes while we waited for our hot Sub. Needless to say when we got the cold subs they were a soggy mess from the vinegar and oil. The sub is just like Philly. The only difference is the size. Generally, a Philly cheesesteak is bigger and more packed. But the taste is definitely there! I'm pretty happy about that. One thing you Utahns need to realize is that you definitely gotta add ketchup to your cheesesteak. It is incomplete otherwise. Like past reviews, this place seemed very lousy on service overall. Placing an order, making food, paying for my food, having to ask for my cups for the drinks I paid for, and having to let the guy at the register know that I ordered alot more than what he just gave me------ all while not looking like it was swamped in there.
