Should have tried this place sooner! The Gluten Free Cauliflower Crust is the best we've ever had!! It's not gross and cauliflowery ;). We got the Tree Hugger and added chicken and pesto HIGHLY RECCOMEND! The food was incredible, and the place is cool and unique. We sat right underneath a giant moose head that watched us eat some real delicious pizza. We started with an appetizer of garlic knots, and these were the most hearty garlic knots I've ever had. Very fresh, very flavorful, and great in-house marinara dipping sauce. We then got a garlic pesto pizza and a honey chicken pizza. They were both masterfully crafter with unique flavor combinations. The honey chicken was a flavor I've never seen at other pizza places and it is now one of my all-time favorites. So sweet and savory and perfectly prepared. Margaritas are fantastic! I love the variety on their menu. I tried the Greek salad. It was delicious!!! The lemon dill dressing on this has great flavor & I loved the cucumbers, tomatoes, Kalamata olives with feta cheese! The BLT sandwich was really yummy too, with crispy bacon! Fries were typical. One of my friends ordered the Beef Hobo Sandwich with a side of grilled veggies. The veggies were cooked to perfection!! Full of flavor & so simple! Two friends enjoyed the nothing but meat pizza. The kids had pizzas, cheeseburgers, & fettuccine Alfredo pasta. The Alfredo sauce was better than Olive Garden & the pasta portion was very generous for a kids meal! Stumbled upon this gem while going thru downtown Moab. It was a hot day and we were looking for some lunch and a break from our road trip. Parking is a little tricky - it's street parking only - no parking lot. Went in to be seated and we were asked if we wanted inside, outside or roof. Say what? Let's do roof! We get up there and they have tons of seating up there - it's own salad bar and heating station for pizza. There's a TV to watch sports. They had the misters going, so combined with the breeze, it was totally enjoyable despite the 95 degree heat. Our server, Sam - was a delight. After a morning if trail riding in our Jeep we thought we would check out a local spot. Sara picked Zach and I was glad she did. They have a good salad bar with two (2) different soups. Clam chowder and beer cheese. The beer cheese was very good. The clam chowder should of been called potato chowder. There weren't any clams to be found. I stirred the soup vigorously and just clam up with potatoes . Dint get me wrong the potato chowder was good but it just should be called that. The salad bar had a lot of options and dressings. It was fresh and good. The place was busy because they also have all you can eat pizza bar too. Sorry, no pizza today. It's not Sunday (Cheat day). The atmosphere was very Moab and it was clean. I'll go back and try to make it on a Sunday. The "greeting" we received on the way in and on the way to our table (2 different young ladies) was between disinterest and a sneer. It's one of those places that wants you in and out in 20 minutes. They delivered the appetizer and main at the same time. When I commented, the man bringing the food said "It's what the kitchen do". I hate giving 3 stars because the staff was so sweet. The food isn't bad, but it isn't great. It's not very flavorful but the price is good at least. I don't think I would go back. We tried the steak which we had to send back to be recooked to be more rare, pizza which was ok but not great. The fettuccine Alfredo had no flavor but the texture was nice. The white wine was an old already opened bottle, didn't have any taste or bubbles in it, it was flat. The old fashioned drink was also not made right. The pizza Ramon was ok. What an amazing place for a beautiful 75 degree afternoon. We were seated right away, able to sit in the rooftop area and take in all the views while we ate. My husband and I shared a small tree hugger pizza and the onion burger because I couldn't decide which one I wanted. I still don't know which one I'd pick because both were outstanding!! The pizza had an excellent balance of flavors, with a tasty crust that was perfectly crunchy yet chewy. The onion burger was cooked slightly more medium than I'd prefer but again, the flavors made this something to easily look past. I will always go for the sweet potato option for French fries if available and they were the perfect sweet pairing for the savory burger. Our server was also kind and attentive. We ordered an all meat large pizza minus the beef and added mushrooms. It was very good. I loved how the sausage was the small bits of sausage and not the big bite fills. The crust was good not to thick or thin. We ordered a side of garlic knots they were ok doughy with garlic I would have liked more garlic I'm sure they would have provided it if I asked. The service at this establishment was fine. We were seated on the upstairs patio which was a very nice atmosphere. It had plenty of shade so it wasn't too hot and the fresh air was nice. I ordered a large spinach and sun dried tomato pizza. The toppings including the cheese were of high quality which elevated the pizza. My one slight complain is that there is slightly too much cheese and it weighs down the pizza once it is no longer super fresh. To drink I got a tall PBR which paired nicely with the artisan style pizza. The meal was reasonably priced costing me roughly 35 dollars for the large pizza and drink including tip. The restaurant was pretty crowded and loud that evening (not surprisingly) but I felt we were served in a reasonable amount of time, all things considered.
