Kim from The Moab Adventure Center recommended The Spoke and I'm so glad we came for lunch. Our service was spectacular. We were immediately greeted by two employees. Water was brought to our table before I'd even put my purse down. Our ordered drinks arrived shortly after. The menu is great! I got the Hot Bird with a side salad and I'm not kidding when I say it was one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches I've had. The chicken breast was moist and there were no weird bits. The sauce was delicious, pickles crunchy, and the mini, tomato, and lettuce were great additions to an incredible sandwich. My side salad was big and fresh. It hadn't been sitting in a fridge for hours. The Mister got Bahn Mi and we were both very pleasantly surprised at how good tasty the sandwich was. The meat was warm and flavorful, the veggies were bright and crisp. It was excellent. The real surprise of the meal was the French fries. Think fair fries only thicker. They were so freaking good. Crunchy outside, piping hot and tender on the inside. Perfectly salty. I can't believe I'm raving over French fries but they were legit delicious. Cute space with indoor and outdoor seating options. The attached bar area also looked inviting. I would 1000% come here again. read more

I save my 1 and 2-star reviews for really specific experiences, and if you're going to read any review before coming here, make it this one. Everything was honestly fine until we paid. After that, our server's entire demeanor changed and it became really uncomfortable really fast. He was visibly irritated, huffing and puffing, being more aggressive with things behind the counter, and just clearly did not want to be around us anymore. As we were leaving, I also overheard comments being made to another employee about our table, which made it even more awkward because it was obvious we were being talked about while we were still standing there. The way the whole interaction changed afterward felt really unnecessary and honestly pretty embarrassing. It was frustrating because the experience itself had been totally fine up until that point, but the ending completely changed how we felt about the place. read more

While staying Moab for a week, we stopped in for a late lunch, early dinner. We were seated immediately and told our server would be by to give us water. We waited, several servers present helping with other tables. Waited more. Waited more. After waiting about 15 minutes we got up to ask the person who seated if we could get some service but no one there, so we left. If this were a busy time of the day, I get it, but it was quiet and obviously not a shortage of staff. We enjoyed many of Moab's other eateries, not this one. read more

Loved coming here. Walked down from my hotel and was seated immediately in the bar area. The servers were very nice and quick with everything. The vibe is everything spokes to include wheels and cogs which was cool. I ordered the porcupine lemonade to drink, the sprouts as an appetizer, and the BBQ pulled pork with a side salad instead of fries. Everything came out quickly and tasted great. I would recommend coming here and encourage people to eat in the bar area as the bartenders are awesome with service. read more

Came here after a hike during the week. Sat at the bar. Had a $12 burger special. Ordered the Smokey 'Shroom burger and the 2 Pigs & A Cow burger. Both came with fries, but the fries lacked crisp. They were a bit flat and soggy. Service was friendly and great. Our server checked in often. The vibe was your standard bar and dining. Restrooms were located at the top of the stairs. Seating was on the first level. Dining on one side. Bar in a room to the side. Bar offers several drafts, bottle beers and full bar. Good place to stop by after your outdoor adventures for a beer or two. read more

We came to The Spoke at the Center because of all the great reviews, and they were absolutely right. I built my own burger with chicken, Swiss cheese, pineapple, jalapeños, blue cheese, and their Listen BBQ sauce (yes, I went all in ), and it hit the mark. So flavorful with the perfect mix of sweet, spicy, and savory. My husband had the mushroom burger and loved it, definitely a great pick if you want something more classic. I tried the jalapeño margarita, and while it wasn't my favorite (a little more lime-forward than I usually like), that's just personal taste, not a deal breaker at all. The food, the service, and the overall vibe were all on point. We'd absolutely come back, next time I might just switch up. read more

Okay.. just okay. Not bad, but good location. Service was great. My meatloaf seemed reheated, veggies were too hot like microwaved or completely cool again like microwaved, it they didn't get hit. read more

Great service. Great food! Great location! Had the salmon with mashed potatoes one night Philly cheese steak the next night terrific Easily the best food in a town that did not have too many good choices read more

We went thru the "Bar" door, and it was so nice and quiet so we sat there. Be ready to show your ID to sit at the bar even for a Coke - it's Utah! Quick service and a friendly bartender with a great accent! The hummus was fresh, and had a lil' kick (maybe it was just me) I loved my GRILLED hot bird sandwich with jack pepper instead of Swiss. The soup was hot when served, simple but so love that! The bar vibe has great biking decor, I could sit all day. Also, grab an Amber Beer - great beer selection! read more

I absolutely loved this place. Were we're going to just have a drink and an appetizer here but the brussels sprouts we ordered were so good that we decided to stay because dinner would likely be on a similar par and I'm so glad we did. They had lots of local beers on tap and a good variety of cocktails, I had the blackberry sour and a jalapeño margarita and both were so yummy. The server was very kind and attentive and gave great, genuine recommendations. I had the veggie burger for dinner and it was so good with delicious house made sauces on it and tasty toppings. The server said the meatloaf was the best thing on the menu which my mom got and said was delicious. The vibes were good here, it was pretty bustling but we got a table in the bar side right away which I recommend, the restaurant side had more of a wait. If you go here, you must try the brussels sprouts! read more

Service... 10/10 Food... 9/10 Price... 8/10 The Spoke on Center is a great place to grab dinner in Moab. We got seated right away on a Saturday in August at 5. Our server, Nel, was great at communicating and keeping our drinks filled. The food was fantastic. The spin dip was very creamy. The ratio for dip and dippers was definitely off, and you need to use big scoops to eat all of the dip. There are many great customizable options with a build your own burger. I was even able to put onion rings on my burger. The chili burger was very filling and it pairs well with an ice cold beer. The Spoke has a wide variety of sauces available. read more

Service. We were greeted and seated with no wait on a Tuesday night The server a young man was super friendly and eager to get us extra sauce, napkins whatever we needed. Fish tacos were ok The golden beet salad was really tasty and they were willing to take the cheese off since I can't do dairy They do need more choices for no meat options but they did have a mushroom burger that was made in house Overall an ok option. Went here for dinner & drinks 8/18/25. Busy bar & restaurant with a brewery within walking distance to our hotel. Bicycle themed place with plenty of seating, bike shop next door. We sat at the bar and were acknowledged by Madison while she was very busy. Shortly after, she brought our drinks & menus. They offer 12 local draft beers on tap. Their own Dead Horse Amber ($6) (Dead Horse is the nearby Utah State Park) & Chardonnay ($8). Dinner was Build-your-own Black Angus burger w/ pepperjack cheese & fried onions on a grilled roll-perfect medium rare w/ fries($16) & Lemon chicken w/ grilled veggies-excellent ($20). A second round of drinks for dessert. Very comfortable setting and something to please everyone's drink & food tastes. Open daily 11am-10pm. Thank you Madison & kudos to the kitchen staff. Highly recommened. Nick & Liz, Albany, NY, USA read more

This review is only for the ice cream window. The ice cream is waaaay overrated. The flavors are nothing interesting and it tastes somewhat artificial. We sampled a few flavors, but ended up not liking them so we went with a root beer float. The ice cream texture was also icy not smooth. read more

We had about a 15 minute wait to be seated on a busy Sat. night. This place has a bike theme and has been open 10 years now which is quite remarkable considering Covid challenges. Our server was excellent and stopped back at our table a few times to see how we were liking our fish tacos, caesar salad and spinach-artichoke dip. The food was great and we'll definitely stop in again when traveling through Moab. Two-story dining area and they also have an outdoor patio. read more

We are visiting from out of town and were looking for a place to watch Monday Night Football. The bartender in the bar was not only rude, he was an asshole. We were not familiar with the law that you can't even be in a bar without your ID. I did not have my ID with me... and I said I'm 63 - and his response was and you look 63. Although it may be true... it was rude and inconsiderate. Just an asshole move - poor customer service. Needless to say, we left. read more

I came here recently during my business road trip and requested to sit outside. I waited and no one came to take my order so I asked if I could sit inside instead. I was hungry so I didn't feel like walking to another location. A server by the name of Murat took my order and I finally received my food. The food was okay but the service was terrible. Murat was rude and didn't even ask how my food was. I'm not sure if it's because I was traveling by myself, but I don't appreciate the rude customer service. Did I leave a tip? Yes, because I have manners but obviously the servers here do not. I will not return to this establishment when I'm in the area again. read more

Had a chance to stop in at The Spoke on Center in Moab on a chilly winter evening for a quick dinner. We were get greeted with a warm welcome and even lucked out with a table seating right after we walked in and were glad we didn't need to wait a long time. Our server was very friendly and helpful with our questions and provided expeditious service so we felt extremely lucky! We got a few local brews and ordered a few delicious bites to eat: black and bleu burger, portobello bahn mi and a tomato basil soup. They were just what we needed to satisfy our hunger and the beers quenched our thirsts too. Everything was delicious and promptly brought to us fresh and hot. There were several items on the menu that caught our eye so we'll have to try them out the next time we're in town again. We were admittedly seated a little close to the door so there was a little draft and could have been more proactive if it truly was going to be an issue. We beat most of the crowds so we watched on as people came in for a table. They also have an ice cream counter that was quite busy throughout the evening too. We parked nearby on the street so it was a very short walk to the entrance. There were several televisions with football games playing around the restaurant. Every staff member I encountered while walking through the restaurant was friendly. The restaurant itself was quite spacious and even included second floor tables that accommodated quite a number or people. All of the patrons appeared to be just as content as we were to be here and happy with the service, food and drinks. We look forward to returning again when we're in the area once again. We're confident anyone that comes in will enjoy their meals and service too! read more

We were seated within 10 minutes on a busy Saturday night, along with a coloring page and crayons for our kids. They accommodated my dairy allergy without making it feel inconvenient, and the food was delicious. Our server, Sean, answered my questions without hesitation and was the right level of attentive through our meal. He made the experience that much better. The house fries are seasoned enough to give them a wonderful flavor. I got the Banh Mi sandwich, which was a new dish for me and it was really good. Fresh, filling, and really nice. Our daughters got the chicken tenders and mac and cheese kids meals - both were awesome. My husband got the Bob Burger and loved it. The decor is bike themed. The lighting is bright enough but not too bright. The seating is nice, too. We will definitely be coming back the next time we visit Moab. read more

Food: 4.5 /5 Service: 5/5 Value: 5/5 What an incredible place right in downtown Moab. I loved that they had 3 options for seating: Upstairs, downstairs, and outside. Granted, I came in the middle of July so outside was definitely not an option for us. Throughout the trip, we stopped by the restaurant and the ice cream separately twice; both were that good. An absolutely must get is the huckleberry ice cream, which is a separate part of the restaurant but you can still sit at the restaurant or bar if you order it. We got it twice on our trip and I still think back about the flavor months later. Can't speak highly enough about this experience! At the restaurant, I strongly recommend both things we ordered on the first trip: the citrus quinoa salad and the 2 pigs and a cow burger. I'm sure their other burgers were also delicious but I thoroughly enjoyed the medium well cooked burger and both of the sauces! The citrus quinoa salad was everything I wanted to balance the dense and well flavored burger. The refreshing citrus dressing and fruits as well as the protein of the quinoa helped me recover after a grueling day of hiking in 100F weather. The second time we went, we had the fish and chips but it wasn't as good as I was hoping. The fish was battered really heavily and the fish wasn't that flavorful. I probably wouldn't get this again. Could not recommend this place enough! Definitely stop by when you're in Moab! read more

Awesome restaurant featuring American fare in downtown Moab, we had a delicious experience! Our server, Myra, was very attentive and super nice. My wife devoured the Arise & Shine burger with sweet potato fries, while I enjoyed the Smokey mushroom & Gouda burger and fresh coleslaw. I mean fresh, and you can tell the vegetables were hand-cut and not the precut processed stuff (at least as a restaurant industry veteran I could tell). Our daughter feasted on the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. My lovely family finished their meal with some ice cream! It's a great family place to bring the family, and we sat outdoors, it was gorgeous out! We highly endorse if you can get a table outside, the scenery is great and who doesn't like people watching. Spoke also has a great selection of local beers, definitely want to go back just to try some of those. We'll be back, but check them out! read more

Visited here with a group of ladies after a long day of hiking in Arches. We were seated and our orders were taken fairly promptly, but our server would disappear for long stretches at a time and it was somewhat difficult to order more drinks and get the check and close out. They offered local brews (nice!), some cocktails and wine, and some mocktails as well. Most of us got burgers, which were cooked to order and quite tasty. The fries were a little soft and soggy for my liking, although the others at my table appreciated them. They also serve ice cream, soft serve, and milkshakes through a window on the side - me being a sucker for soft serve; I just had to get a cup with sprinkles. They had the good stuff that was creamy and flavorful and not just icy sweet milk. I would recommend this place to other people passing through - definitely some good American food and good drinks. read more
