Water was brought to our table before I'd even put my purse down. Our ordered drinks arrived shortly after. The menu is great! I got the Hot Bird with a side salad and I'm not kidding when I say it was one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches I've had. The chicken breast was moist and there were no weird bits. The sauce was delicious, pickles crunchy, and the mini, tomato, and lettuce were great additions to an incredible sandwich. My side salad was big and fresh. It hadn't been sitting in a fridge for hours. The Mister got Bahn Mi and we were both very pleasantly surprised at how good tasty the sandwich was. The meat was warm and flavorful, the veggies were bright and crisp. It was excellent. The real surprise of the meal was the French fries. Think fair fries only thicker. They were so freaking good. Crunchy outside, piping hot and tender on the inside. Perfectly salty. I can't believe I'm raving over French fries but they were legit delicious. Cute space with indoor and outdoor seating options. We came to The Spoke at the Center because of all the great reviews, and they were absolutely right. I built my own burger with chicken, Swiss cheese, pineapple, jalapeños, blue cheese, and their Listen BBQ sauce (yes, I went all in ), and it hit the mark. So flavorful with the perfect mix of sweet, spicy, and savory. My husband had the mushroom burger and loved it, definitely a great pick if you want something more classic. I tried the jalapeño margarita, and while it wasn't my favorite (a little more lime-forward than I usually like), that's just personal taste, not a deal breaker at all. Came here after a hike during the week. Sat at the bar. Had a $12 burger special. Ordered the Smokey 'Shroom burger and the 2 Pigs & A Cow burger. Both came with fries, but the fries lacked crisp. They were a bit flat and soggy. Service was friendly and great. Our server checked in often. The vibe was your standard bar and dining. Restrooms were located at the top of the stairs. Seating was on the first level. Dining on one side. Bar in a room to the side. Bar offers several drafts, bottle beers and full bar. We went thru the "Bar" door, and it was so nice and quiet so we sat there. Be ready to show your ID to sit at the bar even for a Coke - it's Utah! Quick service and a friendly bartender with a great accent! The hummus was fresh, and had a lil' kick (maybe it was just me) I loved my GRILLED hot bird sandwich with jack pepper instead of Swiss. I came here recently during my business road trip and requested to sit outside. I waited and no one came to take my order so I asked if I could sit inside instead. I was hungry so I didn't feel like walking to another location. A server by the name of Murat took my order and I finally received my food. The food was okay but the service was terrible. Murat was rude and didn't even ask how my food was. I'm not sure if it's because I was traveling by myself, but I don't appreciate the rude customer service. Did I leave a tip? Were we're going to just have a drink and an appetizer here but the brussels sprouts we ordered were so good that we decided to stay because dinner would likely be on a similar par and I'm so glad we did. They had lots of local beers on tap and a good variety of cocktails, I had the blackberry sour and a jalapeño margarita and both were so yummy. The server was very kind and attentive and gave great, genuine recommendations. I had the veggie burger for dinner and it was so good with delicious house made sauces on it and tasty toppings. The server said the meatloaf was the best thing on the menu which my mom got and said was delicious. The vibes were good here, it was pretty bustling but we got a table in the bar side right away which I recommend, the restaurant side had more of a wait. Went here for dinner & drinks 8/18/25. Busy bar & restaurant with a brewery within walking distance to our hotel. Bicycle themed place with plenty of seating, bike shop next door. We sat at the bar and were acknowledged by Madison while she was very busy. Shortly after, she brought our drinks & menus. They offer 12 local draft beers on tap. Their own Dead Horse Amber ($6) (Dead Horse is the nearby Utah State Park) & Chardonnay ($8). Dinner was Build-your-own Black Angus burger w/ pepperjack cheese & fried onions on a grilled roll-perfect medium rare w/ fries($16) & Lemon chicken w/ grilled veggies-excellent ($20). We had about a 15 minute wait to be seated on a busy Sat. night. This place has a bike theme and has been open 10 years now which is quite remarkable considering Covid challenges. We were seated within 10 minutes on a busy Saturday night, along with a coloring page and crayons for our kids. They accommodated my dairy allergy without making it feel inconvenient, and the food was delicious. Our server, Sean, answered my questions without hesitation and was the right level of attentive through our meal. He made the experience that much better. The house fries are seasoned enough to give them a wonderful flavor. I got the Banh Mi sandwich, which was a new dish for me and it was really good. Fresh, filling, and really nice. Our daughters got the chicken tenders and mac and cheese kids meals - both were awesome. My husband got the Bob Burger and loved it. The decor is bike themed. Had a chance to stop in at The Spoke on Center in Moab on a chilly winter evening for a quick dinner. We were get greeted with a warm welcome and even lucked out with a table seating right after we walked in and were glad we didn't need to wait a long time. Our server was very friendly and helpful with our questions and provided expeditious service so we felt extremely lucky! We got a few local brews and ordered a few delicious bites to eat: black and bleu burger, portobello bahn mi and a tomato basil soup. They were just what we needed to satisfy our hunger and the beers quenched our thirsts too. Everything was delicious and promptly brought to us fresh and hot. There were several items on the menu that caught our eye so we'll have to try them out the next time we're in town again. We were admittedly seated a little close to the door so there was a little draft and could have been more proactive if it truly was going to be an issue. We beat most of the crowds so we watched on as people came in for a table. They also have an ice cream counter that was quite busy throughout the evening too. We parked nearby on the street so it was a very short walk to the entrance. There were several televisions with football games playing around the restaurant. Every staff member I encountered while walking through the restaurant was friendly. The restaurant itself was quite spacious and even included second floor tables that accommodated quite a number or people. All of the patrons appeared to be just as content as we were to be here and happy with the service, food and drinks. We look forward to returning again when we're in the area once again. We went on mother's day for an early lunch yesterday. Our waitress was Jordan and was very attentive and knowledgeable. My brother in law and I both ordered the fish and chips. Very good choice. I had a Paloma and it was delicious. My sister had their signature gin drink and enjoyed it as well. Granted, I came in the middle of July so outside was definitely not an option for us. Throughout the trip, we stopped by the restaurant and the ice cream separately twice; both were that good. An absolutely must get is the huckleberry ice cream, which is a separate part of the restaurant but you can still sit at the restaurant or bar if you order it. We got it twice on our trip and I still think back about the flavor months later. Can't speak highly enough about this experience! At the restaurant, I strongly recommend both things we ordered on the first trip: the citrus quinoa salad and the 2 pigs and a cow burger. I'm sure their other burgers were also delicious but I thoroughly enjoyed the medium well cooked burger and both of the sauces! The citrus quinoa salad was everything I wanted to balance the dense and well flavored burger. The refreshing citrus dressing and fruits as well as the protein of the quinoa helped me recover after a grueling day of hiking in 100F weather. The second time we went, we had the fish and chips but it wasn't as good as I was hoping. The fish was battered really heavily and the fish wasn't that flavorful. I probably wouldn't get this again. We went here 3x during our week in Moab. Not because the service was good, because it definitely was not! All the servers seemed to be over the fact that they're serving tourists. But the menu offers a good variety of options and my husband has several dietary restrictions that were easy to accommodate here. The wings were pretty great, prickly pear mojito was DELICIOUS. Chili really good. Grilled chicken 10/10 but for $9 I'd hope so. But the burgers were clearly a frozen patty and not fresh at all. It was overdone and dry. The bun and toppings were good but a burger place not serving fresh hamburger patties is not good at all. Visited here with a group of ladies after a long day of hiking in Arches. We were seated and our orders were taken fairly promptly, but our server would disappear for long stretches at a time and it was somewhat difficult to order more drinks and get the check and close out. They offered local brews (nice!), some cocktails and wine, and some mocktails as well. Most of us got burgers, which were cooked to order and quite tasty. The fries were a little soft and soggy for my liking, although the others at my table appreciated them. They also serve ice cream, soft serve, and milkshakes through a window on the side - me being a sucker for soft serve; I just had to get a cup with sprinkles. They had the good stuff that was creamy and flavorful and not just icy sweet milk. Within five minutes a server approached our table and she was extremely rude. My husband asked about a particular beer brand and she replied with, "Do you see it on the menu?" My nephew, asked for bourbon recommendations, and she was extremely rude and replied with "check out the middle section of the menu."Needless to say, we got up and left.
