This has got to be the coolest store in the mall. Very unique variety of apparel that you pretty much won't find any where else. By coincidence I happen to come during their annual sale. Great prices on select items. This is the time to stop by if you never have checked out ZARA before. Friendly crew ready to assist. 5 star! read more

Zara - ZARA Style - Women's Clothing Near Me - Glendale, California

If I could leave 0 reviews I would The manager here is so rude I don't know how she got hired she doesn't even know proper English.

There are workers sitting around chatting the whole time . The manager directed the long line of people to the men's section without any consideration . The line is just as long in the men's department . Should not have one person on a register at a time . read more

The worst customer service ever. The staff isn't friendly and doesn't even offer help when you are looking for certain sizes and I literally had to call 4 times because they would not pick up the phone and when they did answer the phone they were rude. Also they charged me for one thing twice and they won't refund me and the manager or whatever keeps telling me that their accounting team will get back to me. It's been two weeks and nothing!!! read more

Worst staff I've seen. 30 employees and 1 on the register. They don't care about the line. Rather talk and unnecessarily fold clothes on purpose not to help customer. read more

To be honest, if I could give no stars I would. I went with my brother to Zara to buy a few gifts for Christmas. I love the clothing here, but the customer service is absolutely crappy. I am not one to complain about businesses through Yelp, but rather just in person to the manager. I think everyone should know Zara's attitude toward customer service. My brother and I went to return a coat in which we presented the gift receipt, original receipt, and item back to the employee. He specifically asked for the money back on the card and even showed the employee his card, and inserted it in. A week later my brother realized that there was no money back on his card. We went back and come to find out the employee (must've been untrained) and gave us store credit. Well, we then asked for them to change it and switch it. They said, "There is absolutely nothing that we can do. Once it's store credit, we can't change it." How is it that we called the customer service line 4 times, went to the store 3 times, and in a matter of 3 weeks nobody was able to help us. In which today, the store manger refused to call their BIG boss and said we just need to call the customer service line. Well, we spoke to the "head" customer service boss and she said, "I'm sorry for the situation but it was your fault hat you presented the gift receipt with the coat. That's why he gave you store credit." What the.... how is that right? He even took our card. As an oblivious customer to their policies, we just gave them all the things we had to get out money back. I'm sorry but Zara, for a billion dollar company... your customer service is worth nothing. I am livid with how they handle unhappy customers, how they train their employees, and how their polices are. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. read more

A week ago I shopped from Glendale gallery 500$ worth of clothes, one of pants is small on me and the worker apparently put the receipt in my shopping bag. I called them today and spoke with one of the workers. She told me we will not be able to exchange it or return it without a receipt, I asked for the manager of the store LISA. I wanted to return the pants or exchange it for shirts she did not help me to solve this problem without a receipt. The worker never gave me the receipt or put it in the bag. I would not go back to this store ever again. And If I could I would give Zero stars. Horrible customer service. read more

I have never been so offended at any retail store in my life. While shopping there I asked the employee to bring me the second pair to boot I was trying on. She brought the wrong size and then argued with me for 5 minutes to convince me that I told her to bring the size she brought instead of apologizing or just bringing the correct size. After I told her My shoe size is an 8 so why would I ask her for a size six, she began to raise her voice at me that I was the one that said the wrong size. I asked her why would she bring a size six as the second pair to a size 8? How does that make any sense. Before I knew it, her manager Paula or Paolo, claiming she was the "owner" of the store approached me aggressively threatening to kick Me out of the store and never let me back in. What? Without even asking what the issue was she began to yell at me and raise her hand as if she was talking to a child waiving her finger at me. The whole experience was So surreal that I just couldn't believe that a retail store manager would be such an idiot. I don't like calling people out but she has no business being a manager. It's a shame that people like Paula get to a position that they are clearly not fit for and likely got no training for. Zara should reconsider their hiring and training policy. read more

This is solely for the people that work here. The reviews are not wrong. The people that work here so beyond rude and un accommodating. They always have an attitude and if you want to return something they act as if you're taking money out of THEIR pockets. I've worked in retail. I understand things are out of the hands of the employees but they never have a smile on and are never apologetic I tried returning a pair of pants that I decided to try on at home. When I did I had them on for a couple of hours at home (with both tags in tact inside) after awhile I noticed the seam along the waistband begin to unravel and creating a huge hole. I went to the Glendale store with my receipt/tags. Meanwhile waiting in the typical LONG line there a lady leaving the registers said to everyone in line "be careful when trying to return something because they will charge you instead of refunding you and then they don't want to refund you back" (note this has happened to me at a different store) already off to a bad start. Once I get to the cash wrap I tell them the pants on at home and after a couple of hours they looked like they had been worn over 10 times. The quality was terrible, pilled instantly plus the giant hole that appeared in only a matter of hours. Both the manager and employee just stare at me with dead eyes and simply say they can't return it bec it's "worn" and they couldn't do anything.. I kept trying to explain that for something I literally bought 1 day ago to try on should not be falling apart already that's on the company. The manager told me to contact customer support online... A TIP FOR EVERYONE when contacting support: via chat is better so you can take SCREEN GRABS of your conversation. Have all photos ready: full pic of item/receipt/ tag/ tag stitched inside. Otherwise if you don't respond to the chat right away they disconnect you. If they don't reply. exit out of the chat and try again! I had to do this about 4 times. DONT GIVE UP. They finally gave me a Case#. Take a screen grab of it! They say they will reach out They will reach out to you within 48 hours. That's unlikely if you don't hear back after 2 days go back into the chat with the case# ready. This took about a week until finally someone from support CALLED me and told me they approved my return. Tell them what store you're planning to return to so THEY can contact the store directly letting them know. Once you're back at the store have the case # HANDY item/tags receipt/etc. finally got my $40 refunded WOOHOO DONT GIVE UP. Note I spend thousands at Zara and am a loyal customer. It's the principle that the company should stand behind their quality not just their "policy" read more

Beware of the return policy!!! They won't let you return or exchange an item even if it's unworn with out the receipt (even with a dated credit card withdrawal with the Zara name from your bank). The store manager was no help and even vaguely rude offering no other advice. If you're going to buy from the store make sure you try it on first and definitely don't lose the receipt. Or better, shop somewhere else! read more

I am so satisfied with shopping in this store and especial thanks from one of the sells ladies SANDRA

I received a blouse for my birthday that was bought at Zara. It was too big and I actually didn't like it so I decided to take it back and exchange it for something more to my liking. After browsIng for a half hour, I finally found a pair of pants that I liked. I waited in line for another half hour. When I finally got to a register I was asked for a receipt which I did not have. I told them to give me store credit and I would pay the difference for the pants and they said they didn't do that. The only thing they could do without a receipt was give me the same item in a smaller size. I said fine but they didn't have my size in the store. They had one in another Zara store which was quite a distance from me. I asked them too ship it to me and they said they didn't do that either. What a crummy store! I'll never go there ever again. read more

I shop at ZARA all the time. I love their clothing and I try to do it online to avoid any conversation or disgusting looks from their employees. Honestly, do you work for the president or something? Get over yourselves please and look around you. ZARA needs to UP their game on customer service ASAP cause it's getting pretty hideous. Funny thing is I think this is just ZARA community in general. Any ZARA you walk into the employees act like you owe them something. I think when they get hired they are told that their duties are; be rude at all costs, be arrogant, ohhhhh also most importantly you have to make sure you are the only one at the register with 1484848838 people in line. Can you start tomorrow? read more

I will NEVER shop at this store again. The employees are rude af and the manager was some girl who was so rude. I bought shoes from them and they were cheap af the straps were falling off I wore them ONE time and I actually really liked them but they were made poorly so I had to return them because I couldn't even wear them with out falling off! So I tell her that and she's like "I can't take these back because you wore them so that means I won't be able to re sell them"... like.. why tf would u resell them when they clearly have a defect.. you should take them back because they have a defect and throw them tf away because that should never be sold to a customer. Please don't come here cause tbh there's so many stores that are way better and have wayyy better customer service. Something this place lacks. read more

Instead of making step toward customers duringg this corona, they make people wait a lot. Your fitting rooms are closed - we get it. What about return or exchange of doesnt fit? Due to my work i have only half hour to change my t shirt in your store, but it's impossible. I tried to come early in morning, evening, lunch time but no result. Returns only on women department, only one register does returns and changes. Purchase an item is 5 minutes, return in my case took 2 weeks, and im still in this line. read more

Never ever order through Zara.com . They had me cancel my order twice, and they tried to charge me for overnight shipping for a package that was never sent. You can't really resolve anything with them on the phone. read more

The worst customer service ever period. Normally when you apply for a job ,you get notified in week but it has been a month and i called them multiple times and guess whats the line that i hear every time i call them. Zara Glendale is one of my favorite locations! First, it's enourmous and carries a lot of pieces that a lot of the locations don't have! The staff is great, the cashiers are always fast and friendly! There was only one in the whole store and she found it for me, best customer service! read more

Trying to make this as simple and short as I can, but I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at the Zara in Glendale. I went with my mom to purchase jeans which I successfully did, but the rude customer service made this harder then it should have been. The fitting room lady was full of attitude and very rude along with the lady who helped us in the front. I am very angry that workers do not treat customers with the respect they deserve. I came here during a sale so that was a plus and I found a few cute things as well, the only down fall was that even though there were like 6 cashiers spread among 3 sections of the store, the lines were still very long. I wish I could give ZERO stars!!!! The worse return policy!!!! I had gotten a gift without a receipt so I went to exchange. After spending half an hour searching for something decent in piles of clothes, I finally found something only to be disappointed at the the register after waiting another 20min I line. Apparently they can not do an exchange without a receipt. Only even exchange and by even exchange, they mean the exact same item in a different size. And if they don't have the size you want, they'll offer to find a store that has it and send you there to get it. No offer of shipping it to you. And if the item you're looking for is not available, then you are stuck with your gift. So now, Im stuck with a jacket that's too small and pants that are hideous. Happy shopping! Never setting foot in that store again. read more

I have been a devoted customer of yours for years, but I was gravely upset with the last product that I purchased from you. I purchased this shirt on 7/14/2016, when I purchased this item, the salesman did not tell me that this item is out of season. Thus, when I went to the store today trying to have shirt exchanged, but the manager told me because the shirt was out of season, and they can't even take it back for an exchange and/or refund. First of all, when I first purchased it, it only said on the receipt that I can return the item within ONE month after the purchasing day. Which I assume even if I passed one month, I would still be able to have that shirt exchanged. Unlike the most cases, somehow this shirt that you sold to me, and you can not even take it back because it's out of season? I have never worn it. And after I am done taIking to the manager, I even called the customer service trying to get this problem solved, but they told me exactly the same thing, which I wasn't calling to let you tell me the same thing again, I am calling to let you solve the problem for me. While I have maintained a healthy business relationship with your company for years, it is now extremely strained as a result of this product, which I think you will agree is not up to your regular standards. I do not like complaining about things at all, but something definitely had to be said in this situation, I will no longer be able to continue this relationship. The fact of the matter is that your company is beginning to slip and, therefore, something needs to be done about it. I don't know the specifics of what is going on behind the scenes there, but something definitely needs to change internally within your company if you want to keep your customers happy. While I wish to stay loyal to your products, as I have done throughout the years, you need to understand that I expect something in return and you are no longer providing this for me. Please clean up your act soon or I will be forced to move on. read more

Honestly if I could give this 0 stars I would. The worst customer service I have experienced in my whole life. I have worked in retail for the past 8 years from New York City to Los Angeles. I would give a ZERO star if I could... but as much I love Zara's clothing - I do HATE their return policy and one reason I'll stop shopping at any of their stores. My daughter got a pair of boots for her birthday which we returned for a bigger size (without the receipt) which was no big deal. Turns out the boots are incredibly difficult for my daughter to put on by herself. So - We decided to return them for store credit or a different shoe type. However; I was told that I could not get store credit or another pair of shoe because I didn't have the receipt at the time of "the first return". This is such a dumb policy for such a giant company! Now I'm stuck with a shoe my daughter can't even get her foot in. I was then given an 800 number to see if they could help. Well they said EXACTLY the same thing! I don't get why they made me waste my time. It's such a stupid policy. It's obvious it's a Zara shoe so why make it obvious and give store credit to used at your own stilted???! Just stupid way to handle business if you ask me. read more

So first off I'll start with the Pros. I live in San Diego and we only have 2 in the whole county so visiting a Zara when I'm out of town is a must. By far this Zara had the best selection with sizes. They had great styles and the men's section was big! Cons: The WORST customer service ever. Not only that but my boyfriend and I were ignored and we spent an hour in there. I also walked around with 10 items in my hands and nobody ever asking if I needed sizes, help, or a fitting room. I'm sorry but if I see a customer with a bunch of items in my store I'm going to help them to make that sale. Then the fitting room guy said "any room" that's it. Now comes check out, he was alone and seemed friendly. Nope a coworker came by and she didn't know if she needed to take a lunch break for the shift she's working. He ignored me. My total came out to $210 ish. Like geese I'm not spending a whole lot but should be enough to be recognized. I still can't believe how awful the staff was for being so slow. Clearly it was on the manager fault who I believed was an Asian / Filipno guy. Dude needs to run a tighter staff and get your store together. With online shopping so competitive, customer service and the shopping "experience" is key. Super disappointed in Zara :( read more

first off all ive been to zara's all over the world but omg this store has the rudest store associates EVER. i'm not a thrify shopper. in fact within the same purchase i got a $200 coat and i told them that their $90 jacket that i liked was missing a button and they said don't offer any discounts in a nasty tone. obviously i've never asked for a discount until now because i didn't know this but she could've been nicer.
