Barista was overwhelmed with me asking if their coffee beans are arabica or else. Another stated I think we've got Costa Rica blend mix here. Moving forward with my order I had to repeat myself 3 (!) x cause barista would be interrupted by her headset & unable to hear or absorb the order. Drive through was served by 2 other baristas. I dared to ask if they have a Joghurt parfait, or fruit bowl/cup or anything without meat. Nope, but 'we can take the meat off'. Something all vegetarians & vegans LOVE hearing! The party I met up with experienced the same lack of attention ordering her coffee prior me, complaining she had to repeat herself several times. In Iowa I usually get overheated milk, espresso that was roasted 2 steps beyond French roast, with a nice dirt and tar aftertaste. Dunn Brothers did it right! Perfect milk temperature. I mean perfect. Possibly the best I've ever had, and I've had coffee in some of the best shops in America. The espresso was spectacularly roasted, not burned in the espresso machine, and came out exactly like I hope for when I dream of coffee. And trust me, I dream about coffee. The staff was friendly, store was clean and well kept, all the customers were happy. Overall this place just oozes happiness, which we could all use some more of these days. These guys love what they do and it show, in the store, the coffee, their attitude, and all through the experience. I can't wait to come back and test more of the menu. And let's be honest I'm going to destroy a pistachio muffin the next time I'm here, Would give 6 stars if possible, best latte I've had in years.

I then place an order for coffee that they actually did have and then I also ordered the sweet black bacon sandwich on a croissant. I've never had anyone correct my order for no reason,he then says " well it already comes on the croissant". I said "well sometimes they are out of croissants" I didn't finish my sentence before he cut me off by telling me my total. If that's the case what's the point in correcting me? Odd. He all around was very rude and oddly combative.

Literally threw the order at me which didn't contain most of what I'd paid for. Made a complaint but have yet to receive any response from the store. They just don't care about customer satisfaction at all, they were happy to take my money, felt like I was being scammed. Will never go here again and would advise others against it.
