Sadly, I haven't seen him there in a while. It pains me to say this, but over time, the quality has gone downhill. This isn't a one-time thing either. It's been trending down over my last several visits. The first couple of times, I brushed it off, thinking maybe it was an off day, or maybe it was new staff, since the original crew seems to be gone. But after that, it was clear this wasn't something to brush off anymore. The bread is the biggest letdown. It's no longer fresh, and biting into it now feels like biting into stale bread. When I order light ice, they've been ignoring it and filling the cup more than halfway with ice.
