The food was amazing! The coconut curry might have been the best curry I've ever had, and I love curries and try them everywhere. The tofu stir fry was good too. The staff are really friendly, there are beautiful photographs on the walls, pleasant atmosphere and delicious food overall. Will def go back. read more

I'm so happy that this place exists. I've tried drunken noodles, fried rice, and coconut curry so far. Coconut curry is my favorite. I asked for medium spicy and it was perfect heat. Enough for two small dinners. so happy for this addition. read more

The bomb. The food was so good here. We over ordered! We go to Birmingham at least twice a year and we have been doing that for two years. I wish we knew of them sooner. The place is in a downtown college area and there are one way streets so be careful parking or just pay the meter. The folks who work there are really nice as well. Enjoy! read more

Excellent flavorful delicious friendly... a hidden gem. Don't miss the coconut soup or curry

Yummy halal food in Birmingham! I got chicken 65 and chicken tikka and both dishes were delicious. I cannot wait to go back!

The food was fabulous. Drunken noodles were incredible. We went on a Sunday afternoon, not realizing how many restaurants were not open. We took a chance and were glad we did. The restaurant was clean. Safety protocols were in place and were evident. Staff was very friendly. read more

Good service. I've gotten the coconut curry several times and it's always good. I'm a huge fan of massaman curry, but I wouldn't suggest this one. It doesn't taste like any other massaman I've had. It was kind of bland. I recommend the coconut curry. Food is made fast and is still warm for takeout. read more

I was on my way to get tacos but was stopped by the today's special sign. I ordered the coconut curry chicken with medium spice to go and the spring rolls. I tried the spring rolls first and wow they were the best spring rolls I've had since living in California. Then came the coconut curry and now I want to go back and thank them for this meal. The medium spice is spicy but not so spicy that you can't enjoy your food... it's the perfect kick to compliment the flavor of herbs and coconut. If you like Thai food then you have to try this place! I plan to come back and try everything I can on the menu. The only thing I can try to complain about is the rice sticking together. Food was perfect otherwise. read more

Authentic momos in Birmingham. They have both chicken and pork momos that come with perfectly spiced momo sauce and asian hot chili oil sauce. Himalayan spicy chicken was nice and flavorful. Yet to try other Nepali dishes like thukpa, gorkhali chicken. Fast, attentive service. read more

I order from Yummefy every time I come to Bham for work!! I love this place. The food is amazing

I'm relatively new to Birmingham and not one to eat out a lot but I've had yummefy three times this past month. I've tried three of their vegetarian options, all delicious! Great customer service and a good location. Definitely recommend! read more

The worst chicken fried rice Ive ever had in my 61yrs on earth! Dry, no flavor. How is this even possible. So disappointed.

Never had a bad experience here. Customer service is awesome and the food is always fresh! Love the precautions they take to ensure everyone's safety during this time as well. read more

Chicken Tikka was good. DO NOT ORDER COCONUT SOUP. they just pour coconut milk in a bowl with cilantro and a tomato. No flavor. Like go to a grocery store, purchase coconut milk, and taste it... thats what you get with this soup. But the Chicken Tikka!!!!! Boy o Boy. Tell em medium spicy because it is sensational. read more

I went in between lunch and dinner so I was the only customer. Looked like a small family run place (still looked very brand new) and they were eager to please. Pork mo mos were super delicious as was my other dish. Lots of flavor but didn't cross over the line of too spicy. Will go back and try other things. read more

What a fantastic surprise In Birmingham, Alabama. Authentic Thai cuisine, fried rice, and dumplings! The coconut soup I've had in Bangkok Thailand and let me tell ya for a restaurant in the south this was made with love and quality ingredients. I highly recommend this spot as it was a delight for myself visiting a loved one in the hospital. Kudos to Yummefy! read more

So good! (and so hot!!! get MILD...medium is hotter than it sounds). We had the chicken masaman curry, Himalayan chicken, edamame, and coconut soup. All were very good, but the Himalayan chicken was the best. Very friendly service. Definitely will be back! read more

Pretty good spot! Honestly first place in Birmingham where I actually got spicy food when I asked for spicy (lol!). Staff is super friendly!

Super nice people. Even replaced a meal that we bought that wasn't good. But the food was very bland. Not very high quality. And just not very good overall. read more

The food was Terrible I never taste of Chinese food that is so disgusting I was all excited to eat the food but when I put it in my mouth and tried it I wanted to spit it out do not eat there that is a terrible place for Chinese food read more

Ordered the drunken spicy noodles and vegetarian spring rolls to go. The noodles were amazing but the spring rolls were not flavorful and rather undercooked. Overall quick service. Would likely go again for noodles. read more

This place is the best! I'm so glad they Decided to reopen in another location close by after the fire instead of just closing. The staff and owners are friendly and helpful. The food is simply amazing. And the prices are perfectly reasonable. My suggestion is that you try the kimchi fried rice. It is absolutely phenomenal. Personally I like to add some chicken to and it is a complete meal for lunch. read more

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The food is incredible and so is the service. I've never had edamame that delicious and the Himalayan chicken is to die for. The drunken noodles are also amazing. I hope try it all! Lovely people. Lovely food. read more

Anyone who gave this restaurant less than 5 stars must be crazy! I had the pad Thai and it was so delicious! 100% recommend you come here! Stop bye now! read more

Went here on lunch, since it's brand new and in walking distance of UAB. So glad I did. It wasn't all that busy for being 11:30 on a Friday. The menu is full of different options from Chicken Wings to Pad Thai. Wanting to step out of my comfort zone, I ordered the Pad Thai. In my opinion, not many places around Birmingham can seem to get this right. After placing my order, I went to be seated where the manager/owner brought out my Spring Rolls. He was so so very friendly. He asked how I heard about the place and how my day was going. Only 5 minutes after placing my order, both mine and my co-workers meal was on the table. The food was so fresh and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. The manager/owner came back over to make sure everything was to our liking, which it definitely was. BEST PAD THAI IN BIRMINGHAM. We were only in there 30-35 minutes, so this is definitely the place to go when you want a great lunch but are short on time. This place is officially added to my lunch rotation!! read more

The food here is so good. I got the Spicy Drunken Noodles. You get to pick your spice level. I did medium and it was perfect. The other dishes I saw looked good too. My next visit I plan to try the Pad Thai. The owner is super friendly too and made sure we were happy with our food. read more

It was our first time trying this place. It's located where the old Farm Burger use to be. Nice set up and of course being in downtown parking was hard. We called in the order ahead of time and I requested for it to be extra hot and so did my coworker. Walked in and the staff was really friendly and willing to help in anyway. Paid for the food and went back to the office to eat it. We were not impressed with the taste. I ordered the veggie pad Thai and he ordered the Himalayan Spicy Chicken. We took a bite and it didn't have any taste. It was bland and not spicy at all. I know they just opened so they may need to work on the improving there items. I would definitely go back in like 3-4 Months just to see if it is improved. read more

Amazing new place with awesome food! Tried the Pork Mo Mo, and the Chicken Curry with Basmati rice! Sooo good! I will definitely be going back! read more

My recent order was terrible. The coconut soup tasted like white water. The soup lacked seasoning and taste. The egg rolls were small and tasteless. I ordered the drunken noodles which were just ok, not delicious. I will not recommend this place. read more

Food was alright. They gave us a discount but Thai dishes were lacking a bit in spice. Was tasty but not the best.

This was our second time there and we have tried so many dishes and they are all so good. The tikka masala was the best thing I've EVER eaten. The service was fast and the owner is just so nice and personable. I recommend this place to anyone. read more

Good food, great portions. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be eating here again!!

This place is amazing. We just happened upon it as we wanted to try something new downtown, but needed a kid friendly environment on a Friday night. This was perfect - The food was delicious and staff incredibly friendly. Even a simple dish, edamame, was prepared in a different way than we've ever had, and soooo good. Kids loved it too. Will definitely be back! read more

Had a fantastic Nepali pork Thukpa soup. Looking forward to going back and trying something else from the diverse menu! Definitely Recommend!! read more

This place is an amazing find! My husband and I were visiting family and happened to stop by here for lunch. Everything was made fresh and was super delicious. The Himalayan specialties are especially great! The owner came out and chatted with us, and turns out he has family in Denver, where we're from. We'll definitely come back next time we're in town! read more

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! This is my roommates new favorite dinner spot bc our meal was delicious! It may seem a little expensive but you get a lot for your money so I say it's worth it. We got an appetizer of the chicken pot stickers to split (which despite my attempts and desire) I could not finish because I was also so absorbed in the Pad Thai I got. I'm very excited to take the rest home for left overs. We will definitely be back!! read more
