To celebrate my Easter Sunday today, I placed my online order with a new Donut Shop because I wanted to try out a new business. I placed my online order on the Door Dash.com website this morning. Since, I was in the mood to eat a Breakfast meal. I have read really great reviews about Yum Yum Donuts Shop and on Yelp I kept seeing this Yum Yum Donuts Shop photo that someone has posted on the Yelp's Front Activity Page. I am a current Dash Pass Member and it is a good deal for me. I have saved a lot of money since February 5, 2023. I don't have to pay the Delivery Free and the Service fee is discounted at a much lower price. I saved a total cost of $8.70 because the Delivery Fee is usually $5.00 which is the regular price but my Delivery fee was NO CHARGE. The Service fee was $3.70 but it was reduced down to $1.75. That's a total savings for me on almost $9.00 for this one order I placed today. The order I placed this morning is as follows: 1 x Bacon, 2 Scrambled Eggs, and Cheddar Cheese Breakfast Burrito wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. The price is $8.99. This order includes a large size Cinnamon Bun and a medium size Regular Coffee or one cup of the flavored Cappuccino. 1 x Large size Cappuccino and I also added the additional syrup with the French Vanilla flavor is (110-230) calories and the Caramel flavor is the exact same calorie amount. The price is $7.18. I also ordered 1 x Regular Donut the name of this donut is called Fancies. The calories are (290 - 700) calories each. I didn't know what these Fancies Donut looks like since this is my (first) time ordering from this Yum Yum Donuts Shop today. I did look on the Yum Yum Donuts Shop website and Fancies is a HUGE Cinnamon Bun with a glaze icing on top of this Cinnamon Bun. The price is $3.29. That is an awesome price for a Large size Cinnamon Bun. My subtotal was $19.46. This Delivery fee is no charge. The Service Fee is $1.75. The expanded Range Fee is $1.49. The estimated tax is $1.61. The Dasher Tip, I have selected for Carlos was $6.00. My total was $30.31. This tip I selected was a (higher amount) and I agreed to this tip amount because I didn't want my order that I placed this morning to get rejected by Carlos. I learned that if the (Tip Amount) isn't (high) enough for their Door Dash Delivery Drivers, that Dasher will REJECT someone's order. For myself, I always give a Tip amount of at least $5.00 and above and it really depends on the total cost of my online order that I place at a restaurant on the Door Dash App or on the Door Dash website. These Door Dash Delivery Drivers are Independent Contractors who they have to pay for their gas mileage and they are paid the minimum wage per hour but they mainly survive on their Tips that are given by me and other generous customers. Carlos my Dasher Driver arrived at my house at 6:46 a. m. I opened up my front door when I saw Carlos walking up to my front walkway. Carlos greeted me with a friendly smile and he talked me to me for a few minutes. Carlos handed me two white bags and he also gave me one large cup of the Cappuccino Coffee. Then he Carlos left my home to delivery another order. I took both of these Yum Yum Donuts Shop Orders inside my house. Then I reheated the One Bacon, 2 Scrambled Eggs and Cheddar Cheese Breakfast Burrito for one minute in my microwave oven. I also reheated the HUGE size Cinnamon Bun with the glaze topping in my microwave oven for 40 seconds just to warm up this Cinnamon Bun. I also had to heat up the Cappuccino Coffee for 2 minutes. I took out these 3 Yum Yum Donuts Shop items out of my microwave oven and then I placed this Breakfast Burrito with the Bacon, 2 Eggs and Cheddar Cheese on a separate large plate. I also did the same thing with the HUGE size Cinnamon Bun with the Glaze Topping on a large plate. I took my Cappuccino in the paper cup and set every thing down on the dining room table to get ready to enjoy all my breakfast meal. The Breakfast Bacon, 2 Scrambled Eggs and Cheddar Cheese Burrito that was wrapped in a flour tortilla was very delicious and it tasted like comfort food. It was very satisfying for me to eat this really healthy Breakfast Burrito today. After I finished eating my Breakfast Burrito I was taking sips of the Cappuccino with the added syrups on the French Vanilla flavor and the Caramel flavor that was mixed into this Cappuccino. Finally, I ate half of the Cinnamon Bun. Every thing that I ate eaten for my breakfast was very delicious. The Cinnamon Bun was the perfect treat. The Cappuccino was also delicious. I recommend the Yum Yum Donuts Shop. read more

I had ordered a couple dozen donuts from a competitor for my sons birthday. When I went to pick the order up, they did not have any donuts left, not even my order. In a panic I called Yum Yum. They had everything we needed, so we ran over to get the donuts. Yum Yum donuts are always delicious. They are fresh and never taste like they have used old oil to fry in. So I think this place is pretty legit on how it's open for 24 hours a day, makes it very convenient to get some donuts in the middle of the night for any cravings haha. They seem to have a very wide variety of donuts here so it was pretty nice to have options. I seen pictures here of some Halloween themed donuts so I was hoping they would have them when I came but sadly they didn't right now so I guess I was a little early! I'm hoping that next time I come by they have some Halloween themed donuts! Those look interesting and yummyyyy! The only negative portion I had was when I bought the half a dozen donuts, I specifically asked and even pointed at the plain chocolate donut with no filling but I guess the employee thought I asked for 2 chocolate filled donuts when I was specifically asking for one of each of the donuts. I didn't realize this until I drove home and opened the box to show my wife the donuts and to make matters worse...that donut was supposed to be for my wife since she gets a bit picky on the type of donut she likes...so I had to go back to the store and let the guy know that he messed up and didn't include the donut I asked for and instead gave me 2 of another donut. Now the positive out of the whole situation was that he let me keep the extra donut plus gave me the regular chocolate donut without having to pay for anything so I guess that was his way to fix the problem which I didn't mind. Just wish he was paying attention more prior or show me the box first before sealing it to make sure the donuts were right. Other than that, everything got settled. Now this place is a bit more pricey compared to other donut places like Krispy Kreme but it is open 24 hours a day so makes sense why they'd be able to raise their prices. It's not too much of a price increase but it did cost $6.99 for a half a dozen of donuts. Plus an extra $1.00 depending if you get one of the "special" donuts. Donuts are pretty good though so I'd say well worth the price. They were not small at all but they were not extremely large either. A pretty good size though! Probably would not come here often unless I'm craving donuts in the middle of the night primarily because I can find other donut shops nearby that offer a similar variety for a lower price. read more

A dozen donuts are now $19 a box, and are very small. During the pandemic, Yum Yum jacked up prices several dollars. But I paid $16 for the last box. Why another $3 up in price? No wonder there were no customers in the shop. read more

Stopped in today, 4/4 for my normal chocolate old fashioned donut. Price went up to $1.99, normally it is $1.59. 25% increase, but yes everything is going up but my paycheck. Then found it was not a donut, but a bar. So ok I thought that bars were more than donuts. I gave it back and she gave me the donut, but no money back, donut is also $1.99. My grandkids and I make our weekly stop here. They both love walking in and choosing from the glass. The employees are always so nice and patient with us. Nice that anytime within the day I can fulfill my donut craving however that's not always the best idea. We all know donuts are THE BEST immediately after coming out of the oven, but when I came here to fulfill my sugar craving, the donuts were still pretty good although there wasn't a ton of variety left. Customer service was top notch and the cashier was super friendly and funny! There is nice seating where you can have a little donut, coffee date with pal, so feel free to linger around a bit. However their coffee is really gross. Not sure if it was because it was later in the day, but the decaf coffee tasted burnt and the iced coffee did not taste like coffee at all! The donuts are not bad, but I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. I ordered two dozen donuts and a large box of coffee for a work event. There was only 1 person working the counter, and 1 person ahead of me who had already ordered. The employee asked me within a minute of my arrival what I wanted, and then said she would be with me in a few and took several minutes to complete a bagel sandwich for the previous customer. Why did you ask me if you weren't ready? I ordered my donuts and coffee (had to remind her 3 times that I wanted the large box of coffee) and was asked if I needed cream and sugar. I then received a water cup filled with sugar (not the packets, she just dumped in sugar and covered it with tinfoil) and a large coffee cup filled with milk. I was told to get my own lid from their counter to cover the milk (and they only have the black sipping-style lids, so of course milk spilled out). I was given exactly 9 cups and had asked for just 5 more so my coworkers could all enjoy coffee. She told me she she had to check with the owner, went to the back, and when she returned, I was told it would be an extra $1 for 5 cups. Absolutely not. I spent $42 there and would not even be given enough cups? Oh, and they owe me a free dozen donuts because a sign near the register said if no receipt is given, you get a free dozen. This place is good for middle of the night sweet tooth cravings or an early morning stop to feed a group of hungry kiddos post-sleepover. A dozen donuts here has one of the cheapest prices in town, and the staff are always very helpful and courteous. For those who are more health-conscious (personally, all of the icing and greasy cake can be a little too much for me most of the time), they have a variety of bagels to choose from. You can even get some cream cheese in a tub to go with it (although you'd save yourself way more money if you went to the store to grab it...the bagels and cream cheese aren't among their lower priced items!). If it's two a.m. and you're finding yourself craving something sweet, they're open 24-7, and they've always got at least 2 employees on site. I'm not sure when their actual baking hours are, but I know that I've asked before and they don't sell "day old donuts" like most shops do. I'm not sure if they throw the older ones out, or just wait to make new types until they've sold the older ones, but they don't have that mom-and-pop discounted box that so many of us grew up being happy to find at the local donut store. There are lots of closer donut shops that are run locally and are not franchises of larger corporate bodies. If that's your preference, they definitely exist (and they do have day old donuts in the plain pink boxes sitting on the counter!). I'm giving this location a 4 out of 5 mostly because they're cheap (donuts by the dozen only) and they're open 24 hours a day. I prefer buying local, as many people know...but if it's midnight and none of my local favorites are open, I'll head over to Yum Yum. Best prices are donuts by the dozen. For anything else, you might want to save your money until regular business hours and head to the local bakery or grocery store! read more

Excellent customer service! The cashier is always super nice and friendly. Always parient with my coworkers weird orders. The apple fritter donut is very crisp and sweet like candy. Personally I prefer the pink glaze on a plain donut, but their all chocolate donuts are good too. Order a sandwich if you can!!! Its hidden in a run down plaza awkwardly angled in the corner so much so the stop sign in front confuses people to either pass it up or come violently to a halt being so clumsily placed. The area and inside the shop is lacking in aesthetics and is worn around the edges.That being written,people are not coming here for the beauty of the place but for the prompt service and to get something good to warm their bellies at any hour of the day and night. If you are not living in a metropolis nothing is open past 9pm the latest or open 7am the earliest that is why I love love 24hour open around the clock shops.The hours I keep are so erratic that these places are such a comfort to me when I need a break. One star missing not due to customer service, but only because it's not exactly any place to write home about. I ordered on Doordash and mentioned it was my boyfriends birthday and they wrote a special happy birthday note on his food container!! So this is a great place for donuts. As long as that's all you want. When my wife says she wants Yum Yum today I die a little inside because I know what's coming. Every time and I mean the last 6 times I have gone in for an Xtreme Melt. "Melt" being the keyword there. It's wrong. I've grown very frustrated with either the lack of caring from the employees or the lack of training by management. Even with a language barrier it's very simple to look at the picture and make what im pointing to. It used to be perfect every time. But within the past few months. Wrong. And it's different every time. I just don't understand. After today, even asking a fellow customer a Hispanic gentleman to help me out. The young lady still got it wrong. I was too frustrated to even correct he AGAIN. If nobody knows how to make anything but donuts. Why have all that other stuff on the menu?? There's an EXTREME communication breakdown between management and employee. It's sad. Also no joke as im writing this review my Boston CREAM PIE donut had zero cream filling. I've been coming here for the last 2 1/2 years, I work around the corner and basically come in every morning. I love this place. Their food is always fresh, and to set the record straight, because I saw quite a bit of reviews about the freshness, every morning that I come in, I see them making their donuts fresh, EVERY MORNING. This place is awesome. I've never had any issues with this place. The girls are so great. Unlike most places I go to, they actually talk and have an interest in their customer. I love the donuts here but the donut holes have always been my family's favorite so coming to this location and finding out that you are not able to pick the donut holes you want but have to choose from a random not even guaranteed assortment of donut holes they made themselves. While trying new ones is always fun having picky family that really just love one kind as a holiday gift really blows :(. The only options they had were 2 if everything or all glazed and sometimes all you want to get are sprinkled or powdered.
