I also didn't miss the gluten in the GF sourdough bread. It had the authentic sourdough flavor and I liked that the bread was cut on the thin side but thick enough to give the sandwich structure. Just moved to Vista and was looking for some vegan breakfast options. It's in the downtown area tucked off to the side. Nice ambience, large open space with a good amount of seating for a cafe. The baristas were very friendly and they menu was quite large. Everything is vegan by default but they have real turkey and bacon if you want to swap it out. I got the blueberry latte and vegan breakfast croissant sandwich. It was hands down the best vegan breakfast sandwich I've ever had! 10/10 would recommend.
