I just got the Large Multigreen Juice. Oh wow!!!! Eso! It's exactly like the Jugó Verde that I'd get when we lived 3 yrs in Mexico. Sooooo delicious!!!! No sugar! Knowing this location is in this area of Vista and named "Que Tortas" it makes sense I would think it's Mexican food right? I was sadly disappointed when my Turkey Torta came out and I see 2 measly slices of Turkey deli meat sandwiched between 2 thick breads. One slice of tomato, one slice of lettuce, a small smear of avocado. This is not the Mexican torta I imagined. It's more of a deli Turkey sandwich although they have decided to call it a torta. This place is great for both tortas and smoothies. I had a multigreen juice with a pork loin torta which were both great. The first time I came here I had a ham torta and it was so good! The bread is really soft and the chipotle sauce goes well. There's no cheese on them (except for panela which looks good for veg option) but I don't miss it actually. I have also never seen a pear smoothie on a menu so I had to get it last time and wow! It was so delicious and I want to the the grape one next because I've never seen that smoothie flavor before either. I appreciate these and every flavor of smoothie I've tried has been awesome. I always come here for the best Tortas but today was a complete disappointment. The cashier took my order correctly but the kitchen messed up my ordered. I asked for no onions due to ALLERGIES and when I received my food it was full of onions . I let the girl know and she was nice about it ,but the guy in the kitchen kept staring at me like it was my fault that he had to remake it . We ordered 4 Tortas in total and waited close to 10 minutes before our order was ready. I ordered the Que Torta which comes with Pork Loin, Ham and Turkey. At first glance, this wasn't what I thought it'd look like as I grew up on very traditional Tortas but it lived up to my expectation. My first bite was amazing, the bread is so unique! It's crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I was blown away by how impressive the bread was. The trio of meats, which is similar to deli meat had a perfect harmony of flavor. The chipotle sauce and jalapeño had the right amount of spice that complimented everything so well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE QUE TORTA! The Tortas are huge! Luckily I came hungry and ate every bite.
