Always excited when my job caters from Francisco's Mexican deli, love the birria both beef and goat and the quesadillas are delicious

Today's specialties. (Feb 2nd) YOU MUST TRY THE QUESOBIRRIAS. To die for.
    Bonnie W.

Oh how I love thee, Francisco, whoever you are. The quesobirrias are TO DIE FOR. No prices listed but I always get good value for what I pay. Fresh made tortillas, really good rellenos, an excellent selection overall and all from a little "hole in the wall" kinda place. Servers are super friendly. A pace you can sit down, too, but we typically do takeout.

AMAZING. This is the go to place after a night out because menudo cures it all and the taste makes you forget all the embarrassing things you did. The salsa isn't watered down like most places. And the tortillas are LIIIIFE. I've also had the birria and although it isn't like my best's home made birria, it's pretty close and still delicious. The exterior looks a bit sketchy, but walk in and be relieved because the ladies are always patient and you see the pot cooking all the good stuff right in front of you. And the prices are very straightforward!

The food tastes genuinely homemade and wholesome, like real care went into every step. I was a little worried the Deli Rose sandwich might be heavy, but it was absolute perfection. Rich, balanced, and incredibly satisfying without weighing you down. The chips are freshly made and so crispy and delicious, the kind you keep reaching for. The iced green mate is grown and prepared by them and is smooth, refreshing, and genuinely calming. You can taste the intention behind everything, from the house made breads to the home grown vegetables and simple, wholesome ingredients that let the food shine. There is a religious or communal aspect behind The Yellow Deli, and I do not claim to know or understand all of it, nor do I need to. What I do love and admire is the home grown, homemade, back to nature feel of their community and how much of that care and love clearly shows up in the food, the space, and the overall experience. This is not a loud or rushed deli. It is a place to sit, linger, and enjoy. The patio is charming, the yellow building is iconic, and the service is warm and kind. You can tell the people here truly love what they do, and it shows.

Frazier Farms is almost the perfect grocery store. Grass-fed meat, wild caught fish, fresh local…read moreproduce, and tasty bread baked in-house: there is something here for everyone. Additionally, their sushi, smoothie bar and pre-made foods are top notch - they are MILES ahead of any of the "big" grocery stores. So the question is - if they are so great, why do they only have 4 stars on Yelp? One major reason is that they stretch their products. If you don't check the expiration date on every product you purchase, you will end up buying something months after it expired. I purchased a Brie-en-croute on sale for Super Bowl. I was so excited to try it. When I opened the box, the product had mold all over it. I looked at the expiration date and it was not supposed to expire for another week. Then I looked more closely. They had an expiration sticker that was on the box that had already passed, and then they put another sticker on top of that one with a different expiration date. That's not accidental - that's intentional. I definitely felt taken advantage of. Is it enough to make me stop shopping at Frazier Farms? Absolutely not. But, if this grocery outlet wants to improve, they need to look into why so many products on the shelves are expired. I understand not wanting to waste things. But you can't put new stickers on top of old stickers while selling a moldy product. I hope someone in management reads this review, and takes it seriously. I don't have time to go back to Fraziers every time I have to return an expired product. If that changes, I will change this review to 5 stars.
