YUM!! So glad I gave this Chinese spot a try!! I admit I was hesitant in the beginning since San Diego usually doesn't have good Asian food but this place definitely was spectacular! This restaurant is quite small and is located at the end of a plaza so it can be easily missed. Parking was ok but can be difficult especially on the weekends since it's located inside a busy plaza. They're open daily 11am-9pm Inside was small with not too much seating. The furniture was a bit worn and not too clean. There were bits of food on each table but it could be I went when they first opened. I felt so bad for the girl that worked there because she had to take and bring out orders, clean, and in charge of cashier. Service was pretty good since there wasn't anyone there except my party. However, wait time was an issue - 20+ min for 3 issues. I can't imagine how long parties have to wait when it's busy. Ordering was easy! Once I was seated, I was given a sheet of paper to select the items I wanted! However, I noticed they were out of a lot of items and they just opened when I arrived! The Pork Xiao Long Bao ($10.95) came with 8 pieces. Each piece was pretty big and stuffed with plenty of pork! The pork was not too fatty and the soup inside was so flavorful. It tasted so fresh and delicious so this was definitely a must get! 10/10 Chicken Chow Mein ($13.95) was decent! The portion was huge and came in with plenty of ingredients! The noodles were so soft and fresh! However, it was lacking flavor and tasted quite bland. It didn't have that "pan fried" taste - in Chinese: "wok hay" so this was 7/10 Beef Noodle Soup ($12.99) was amazing! The broth was packed with flavor and so rich! The beef was so tender and not too fatty! The noodles were so fresh and soft! The veggies were fresh and had a good variety of green onions, cilantro, and broccoli! This was definitely a MUST and 10/10! Overall, I really enjoyed the food and would definitely return and recommend.

Here are a few strong review options you can copy‑paste depending on the vibe you want. All are based on what you told me -- the dumplings hit, and the beef noodles were next‑level. Service here is also fantastic every time we have went, everyone there truly cares about your experience there.

Sweet & Sour Fish, Beef Noodle Soup, Green Beans

Super delicious food and generous portions! Great value for the price. The interior seems to be very clean. The staff are also very friendly and attentive. Had the sweet & sour fish, beef noodle soup, and green beans. All were delicious and I would get them again. It had great flavor and not too salty/oily. Their menu has some other yummy dishes, so i'll be trying those as well :)

Kung Fu Noodle in Vista offers an authentic taste of Taiwanese cuisine, with fresh, handmade noodles and dumplings that clearly reflect the tradition behind each dish. On a few occasions, I've watched them make the dumplings for the day, very fresh! The beef noodle soup is rich and satisfying, with tender meat and perfectly chewy noodles, while the dan dan noodles offer just the right amount of heat and depth of flavor. The atmosphere is simple, though it was a little warm for me. Portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable, making it a great value for the quality. Also, a great opportunity to try several dishes. The service was good and attentive. The buns were also delicious! They offer a variety of savory and sweet buns, including juicy pan-fried pork buns and soft red bean dessert buns. Each one is freshly made and flavorful! Overall, Kung Fu Noodle is an good choice for anyone seeking comforting, flavorful, and authentic Taiwanese food.

Shrimp & Pork Shumai, honey walnut shrimp in the back

Last minute dinner decision, didn't want to cook but wanted something comforting. Our whole order wasn't shown, but nice clean ambiance made our dinner serene. Stand out favorites Shumai, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Beef Noodle Soup fantastic! Wished the green beans would have been more al dente for a crunch, and the hot and sour soup tasted of extra vinegar. Flavor was still there, definitely can't wait to come back to try more items on their menu.

From the mouth of my 10-year old, "great taste and great value!" Admittedly, we had not been back for a while mainly because this is a little out of the way for us. However, my husband had the great suggestion of eating here this week and just wanted to re-iterate how much we LOVE eating the food here. This visit, we saw the house special menu on the board next to the entrance that is not on their written menu that is handed to you when you order. I have to say that placement of that sign does not make it very obvious, but luckily we saw it. All the items on that sign looks very good and the prices are soooooo affordable that we had to order off it. The dishes we ordered on this visit were all delicious and such great value for your money. First to come out was the stir-fry green beans with garlic. Absolutely tender and yum! Then there was the beef noodle soup, so flavorful! We also had the Dan Dan noodles, large and filling and tasty as well. We had the pan fried pork buns - quite yummy but I was getting full at this point! Saving the best for last was the pork Xiao long bao, the star of the meal - large and juicy. The skin of the dumplings was thin and delicious! This place is definitely a hidden gem. If you are interested in good food and great prices, this is the place!!! If you want ambiance and a luxe settings, then I would say this will not meet your expectations. The restaurant is nice enough, but the interiors will not wow you. The food will definitely satisfy though!

Everything was fresh and crispy and not oily. The service was excellent! They also have drinks/boba!

Honestly, a hidden gem! I think that portions were generous for the price and it was so good. You can tell it's handmade noodles and dumplings, there's a lovely lady making them inside & it doesn't feel like a gross-full feeling after eating. I didn't get a picture, but the Taiwanese fried chicken was also good, they're small pieces but there's plenty. Popcorn chicken size - like. I'd go here again! It wasn't too busy when we went on Easter, lots of open tables. You check in with the front then pick a seat, they'll give you a paper to write your order.

Beef noodle soup. Most amazing broth ever!!!!!!

This is my second time eating at Kung Fu Noodle . This is one of my favorite restaurants of all time! Things I love about this place. It is quite The prices are fare The food is exceptionally delicious! I love that I can take my party of six and eat " family style " we all got to try everything. If they are out of something they will offer an alternative. You can actually watch them making some of the pot stickers eating behind the counter. Dishes we tried Kimchi, shrimp chow mein, beef noodle soup, fried rice, pork wonton's,beef and pork fried pot stickers, fried chicken and my absolute favorite red beans buns!!! Get the red bean buns. They are so fluffy on the outside and warm and sweet on the inside!!! I would have taken more pictures, but we were eating too fast!!

There were many dining options on site, and ultimately we decided on One More Bite after seeing a cook making dumplings behind a glass wall, assuring us they were authentic and the dumplings were not from stores. The restaurant, with its modern Asian décor, was clean and quite spacious, with seating for 70+ guests. The friendly staff guided us to our table and brough water and menu right away. After browsing its extensive menu, we ordered the following dishes: Popcorn Fried Chicken: The chicken pieces were lightly battered, tasty, crispy, and mildly spicy. Pork Xiao Long Bao: This is the quintessential dish of any dumpling house and theirs was spot on. The delicate outer wrap was flawlessly steamed without any tearing, perfectly trapping the juicy broth inside. The filling was well seasoned and with very nice texture. Boiled Shrimp and Pork Dumplings: The outer layers were not soggy or overly boiled, retaining its firm but delicate texture. The filling was savory and a tad sweet. Shrimp and Pork Wonton Soup with Udon: The broth was light but flavorful, with a hint of pleasant white pepper aroma. The thick udon noodles were nicely al dente. The wontons, with savory filling, had slightly thick wraps. Rainbow Vegetable Pan Fried Dumplings: The colorful wraps really accentuated these dumplings. The outer layer had a nice firmness on top and a beautifully crispy bottom. The well minced filling was lightly seasoned and soft. Brown Sugar Rice Cakes: The rice cakes were quickly fried, creating a golden outer layer and pleasantly chewy inside. The drizzled brown sugar provided the sweet kick. Coconut Cream Balls: The fried outer layer was crunchy, and the runny coconut cream inside was not overly sweet. Overall, it was a very enjoyable lunch experience.

The pork and scallion dumplings and kung pao chicken were so good! I can highly recommend these dishes. We loved the food so much we revisited today (4/26/26). As noted by its name, this place served a fusion of Chinese and Korean cuisines. Their Encinitas location took over what used to be a roadside diner along N Coast Hwy 101. The seating capacity was less than 40 people which included a few high-top counter spots. At my last visit, I came for a late dinner before their closing time. A large menu was posted on the wall behind the service counter that listed about two dozen food offerings. The items seemed to be comfort food like pot stickers, spring rolls, fried rice, and chicken wings but flavored with unique combinations of seasonings and spices. I started my meal with the Marinated Beef Tri-Tip Skewers which came as a set of three and a Chinese mustard for dipping. The meat was very tender and well-seasoned. I also ordered the Cumin Lamb Stir Fry which the cashier said was medium spicy. After tasting a couple of bites of the noodles from the serving bowl, I agreed that the heat level was moderate, even for my palate. I thought the portion size should have been more for the price. That was my main criticism for both items, otherwise the food was solid for an Asian fusion eatery.
