I remember when China Fusion first opened, and one of the first things that caught my attention was its graphic design. I love the font used on the sign, as well as how clean and thoughtfully formatted the menus are. It may seem like a small detail, but the entire aesthetic is polished and cohesive, even the booths coordinate with the menus. The staff is always incredibly kind and friendly. I also love the complimentary wonton chips with sweet-and-sour sauce they bring to the table, or the soup they offer depending on when you visit. The food is consistently hot, fresh, crispy, and delicious. The Beijing beef is one of my favorites, especially because they're happy to turn up the heat for me. Service is always quick, making this a perfect lunch spot when you're short on time. Their takeout is equally impressive. I'm not from the area and was staying at a hotel nearby , we didn't plan on going out to dinner so I started looking at DoorDash for some options. We got Family Meal A , it comes with egg drop soup , 2 egg rolls , 2 crab Rangoon and two choices for the entrees and the choice of either bbq pork fried rice or steamed rice. We chose Bbq pork fried rice and orange chicken and beef and broccoli as the options. I also wrote a note on DoorDash explaining we don't eat imitation crab and they gave us extra egg rolls instead of the crab Rangoon! The eggrolls were delicious. You can tell that they are freshly made, and not frozen ones. The bbq pork fried rice was very tasty. I really enjoyed the beef and broccoli. The orange chicken was good too. it was a lot of food for my family of three. We had leftovers another time from it as well. Kept one of the House Chicken lunches for myself and took the other two to a friend who just had surgery. She said it was delicious. Mine was good and plentiful. The pickup was a bit off putting. At the counter I said I was there to pickup and gave my name, the guy look perplexed since he didn't see my name on anything. Since I'd not been there before, I didn't know to look on a side shelf for the items Guessing they use it for door dash, etc. I would have expected a nicer response than pointing to look at the shelf. Hubby had fried rice and steamed rice. They give you a tasteless egg drop soup first. Adding soy sauce helped it. It had a weired viscosity. There lunch specials are fantastic, and come with alot of food. The servers are really nice, and on top of drink refills. The Mongolian Beef, had alot of peppers, just like I like it. Im use to spice, so I cannot gauge if it was spicy. The Sweet & Sour Pork was fantastic, probably one of the best i have had in awhile, a nice crisp to it. This spot came up on my Apple maps when I was searching for "Chinese food near me" and with hundreds of 5 star reviews, I knew it would be a great choice. Sure enough, this was easy to find, easy parking, and a really fine menu assortment, including a very nice variety of "Lunchtime" options which they serve until 4.00 p.m. for just $8.95! Unheard of! I opted for the egg drop soup (for take-out) for my daughter with a sample from their appetizers of 2 egg rolls for $2.25 or some exceedingly low price. While waiting, I decided to order the hot and sour soup, a favorite my wife's and once back at the B and B, I found that these choices were delicious indeed. Service - my orders were taken by a very polite and helpful young lady. . and the young man who brought the items from the kitchen was extra helpful double-bagging the three 20 ounce plastic containers for my drive from the parking lot onto the highway. There was a constant flow of orders going through and after we ordered our food, another line formed. Parking wasn't too bad when we went on a weeknight. There was some construction on the way there though. We ordered the House Chicken, Beijing Beef, Szechuan Pork, and the Shrimp with Snow Peas. Food probably took around 10-15 minutes to cook and pack. It then took us around 15-20 minutes to drive back to where we lived. 19. House Chicken Crispy breaded chicken with broccoli, bell peppers, onion and pineapple glazed with a spicy house sauce. 42.Bejing Beef Crispy beef glazed in a spicy Bejing sauce. 48.Szechwan Pork Pork strips with carrots, mushrooms, diced bell pepper and onions stir fried in a spicy szechwan sauce. 56. Shrimp with Snow Peas Snow peas napa cabbage, carrots, baby corn, zucchini and water chestnuts stir fried in a light garlic sauce. When we sat down to eat at home, we were shocked.
