I ordered two lunch specials and one dinner meal online for pickup at 2pm. Easy online process. Got there a few minutes early and it was hot and ready. Kept one of the House Chicken lunches for myself and took the other two to a friend who just had surgery. She said it was delicious. Mine was good and plentiful. The pickup was a bit off putting. At the counter I said I was there to pickup and gave my name, the guy look perplexed since he didn't see my name on anything. Since I'd not been there before, I didn't know to look on a side shelf for the items Guessing they use it for door dash, etc. I would have expected a nicer response than pointing to look at the shelf. I'm not from the area and was staying at a hotel nearby , we didn't plan on going out to dinner so I started looking at DoorDash for some options. This restaurant popped up and with all the good reviews I decided to try it ! We got Family Meal A , it comes with egg drop soup , 2 egg rolls , 2 crab Rangoon and two choices for the entrees and the choice of either bbq pork fried rice or steamed rice. We chose Bbq pork fried rice and orange chicken and beef and broccoli as the options. I also wrote a note on DoorDash explaining we don't eat imitation crab and they gave us extra egg rolls instead of the crab Rangoon! The eggrolls were delicious. You can tell that they are freshly made, and not frozen ones. The bbq pork fried rice was very tasty. I really enjoyed the beef and broccoli. The orange chicken was good too. it was a lot of food for my family of three. We had leftovers another time from it as well. Hubby had fried rice and steamed rice. They give you a tasteless egg drop soup first. Adding soy sauce helped it. It had a weired viscosity. There lunch specials are fantastic, and come with alot of food. The servers are really nice, and on top of drink refills. The Mongolian Beef, had alot of peppers, just like I like it. Im use to spice, so I cannot gauge if it was spicy. The Sweet & Sour Pork was fantastic, probably one of the best i have had in awhile, a nice crisp to it. Definitely not fresh if it takes that little time. The Pad Thai, I ordered with Tofu and the tofu was drenched in oil and previously cooked because some pieces tasted old. I came in person to eat at the China Fusion Restaurant yesterday for my dinner last night from (6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p. m.). When I walked inside the front door to the China Fusion Restaurant the first thing I saw was the floors are spotless and really shiny I can see my reflection in it. All the tables and chairs was being moped down by one of their employees. This China Fusion Restaurant is very sanitary and really clean place to eat inside. That atmosphere was great to see. I saw Riri this dark haired woman who greeted me with a friendly smile and Riri said hello, can I help you? I said it will take me a few minutes to make my decision from the China Fusion Menu. After I looked at their menu I was ready to give Riri my order. I ordered 3 different food dishes. My first order was the (8 pieces) of the Deep Fried Chicken Dumplings. The price was $6.95. it comes with a dipping sauce that tastes like soy sauce. My (second order) was the House Fried Rice, the price was $9.78. This House Fried Rice includes the (BBQ Pork, Chicken pieces and grilled Shrimp with green beans, carrots and sweet onions). My (third order) was the Thai Rice Noodles. The price was $10.95. For my beverage I ordered the one pot of Green Tea that I poured into s small cup. it was really cold and windy last night. This green tea was a perfect beverage to warm me up on a really cold evening. The Green Tea price was $1.49. I added on the tip for Riri my server yesterday I wrote down I gave her a $5.00 tip. I let Riri know last night I am going to give her a $5.00 tip. Riri said Thank You to me and she was very happy because people usually don't give her that higher tip amount. I believe the tip is based on the total cost of someone's meal. Its 15% tip now. I gave Riri a good tip. Riri told me she is married and she has 4 small children. Riri is a hard worker. Riri is a very personable and very polite to me her customer. My total cost was $37.95 this amount last night was charged to my visa credit card account. This China Fusion Restaurant serving policy is set up to really cater to their new customers as well as their loyal customers. I was going to pay Riri last night after I placed my 3 orders with her. Riri said they don't ask for their customers to pay for their meal first. Riri said my server to just enjoy eating my 3 food orders and let her know if I need anything like a refills on my green tea or extra napkins. Riri was very attentive to me. Riri walked over to my table 3 times last night and asked me if I need anything? I received (excellent customer service) from Riri. Riri told me last night at their restaurant to just enjoy eating my 3 Chinese Cuisine meals that she will be bringing over to my table within a (3 to 4 minutes) time frame. Then Riri also brought me a pot of green tea with a small half size ceramic cup. Riri asked if I would like a glass of water with ice in it? I said yes because I get really thirsty. Riri brought over my cold glass of water to my table. Then Riri said after I finish eating all of my 3 Chinese dishes then let her know when I am done eating or I need some take home boxes for my leftovers last night. Finally, Riri told me, I can pay my bill now. I paid with my visa credit card account last night. I believe that China Fusion's method is a good way to show their customers its not all about making money that matters to their restaurant it's part of it but Riri said they want their customers to feel very satisfied with their delicious food they have received from their special chefs. Two special chefs was working last night. These Chefs only take (3 to 4) minutes to cook all of their customers orders. That is super fast service. We were checking out the area for potential chinese spots to do for a large party tray purchase and came across this place via yelp. We drove here and tried out the menu. The workers spoke chinese in the background. There was limited seating so all the orders were mainly for takeout. There was a constant flow of orders going through and after we ordered our food, another line formed. Parking wasn't too bad when we went on a weeknight. There was some construction on the way there though. We ordered the House Chicken, Beijing Beef, Szechuan Pork, and the Shrimp with Snow Peas. Food probably took around 10-15 minutes to cook and pack. It then took us around 15-20 minutes to drive back to where we lived. 19.
