Lo mein and spicy chicken

this is my go-to Chinese place! Huge portions, super delicious, great price. They are fast and efficient, I'm always in and out in a few minutes. I would recommend this everyone.

Combo Fride Rice. No shrimp or pork so far.

I ordered the combination fried rice today. I was hoping to find some of everything as far as the protein selections. Beef, Chicken, Shrimp and Pork. Isn't that what you expect when you order combination fried rice? I've consumed about one fourth of the absolute HUGE PORTION and I am full and it is delicious but have not run into any shrimp or pork as yet. My expectations have not been fulfilled. Service was great. Restaurant was clean. Bathroom was clean but WATCH OUT FOR THAT HAND DRYER. I had to reset the gfic to get it to work and when it came on, it was so powerful, I thought it was going to take my and off. Try it, you'll see. "The answer my friend, is blowing off your hand. The answer is blowing off your hand." If I run into any shrimp or pork, I will return to give it 5 stars.

The menu.

This is an average American Chinese food place. The food tasted exactly as you'd expect based on how it looks. I did enjoy the Orange Chicken and the Coconut Shrimp (which were just like the classic Walnut Shrimp you'd get elsewhere). The fried rice was a little too dry for my liking and the chow mein has too much fish sauce for me as well. So I didn't really eat the rice/chow mein. The staff was friendly and efficient and the restaurant, while super basic, was clean and comfortable. Overall -- just an average American Chinese food spot at reasonable prices. Not a bad thing ... just is what it is.

We walked in and right away got a greeting. We order the combo b which has 2 items and your choice of fried rice or noodles. They don't have a big selection but they had what we liked. My wife ordered the coconut shrimp and was told it was $1.00 more, she also ordered the kung pao chicken. Then I ordered orange chicken and peppered beef and was told it was a $1.00 more for that item. Then I replied then you should change your combo price to offset the extra cost because your selection is small. I just got a look and I paid. We ate there but had to get up and leave, it was hotter inside and we started to sweat. Again I asked if they had the A/C on got a nope reply. The noodles were bland the rest of the food was ok but I'll be looking around or tasting new places. Our 2 meals came out to be $30.

The yellow crab meat meaning...

I usually have good experiences here but not this time. Me and my boyfriend got a sea food boil to share with crab, shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage. The shrimp was very fishy tasting(the taste when you know something isn't right) and also we only had one shrimp each because of how hard it was to take the shells off they were so tough. When we started on the crab most of the legs we got were half empty and they looked off. When we started to look at the meat more it was yellow and looked and tasted like it had gone bad. We're very disappointed. One of the men did make us another bag of crab but we were too grossed out to eat it and couldn't get a refund. The other food they have I've had good experiences with but I'm not sure if I'll be coming back after this so sad Also sea food boil is not cheap and to have it be that bad is terrible. I now have food poisoning *update nobody asked for, I can't stop throwing up.

This place just opened and is right off College Blvd and hwy 76. It's set inside a small plaza and is neighbors with Ross and Five Below. Awesome shopping to burn off some of the calories you just consumed. There's plenty of parking spaces so need need to worry. The inside of the restaurant is small. It's your typical pick-a-combo plate and point at what tempts you the most. You can also choose from the menu board 'a la carte' where food is cooked to order. I chose an item (hot & spicy fish) from the table and one (shrimp & vegetables) off the board. Both were delicious. They let me sample the hot and spicy fish before committing. Customer service was good, fast and efficient. No frills place. You know what you're there to do. Eat and go. Or order and take-out. I'm most surprised that they have a seafood boil combo for $36.99 (and there are 5 flavors to choose from; cajun, lemon pepper, garlic butter, general and classic). I'll have to try that next time.

Spicy chicken with half noodles or half fried rice

So, my family and I went to the mission market place to do a little shopping. My kids wanted to try this newish Chinese place. I saw when it opened up, but never tried it. Well, I must say I'm kinda sad that this Chinese fast food restaurant wasn't good. They serve you a lot of food but lack flavor. Which is disappointing. The noodles don't look fresh or have a lot of flavor. The fried rice, has absolutely no flavor at all. Not even salt. It just taste like plain rice. My pepper chicken had some flavor but didn't taste fresh. And when I was walking out, I saw they they had just made a fresh batch of it. So I just got oil and chicken. They should've told me a fresh batch was coming out and I would've waited for it. My husband got the spicy chicken and he said it wasn't spicy at all. My son got the orange chicken and that was ok. But hardly touched his rice. Overall, I've been to a lot of fast food Chinese places that are great and are full of flavorful food. I feel if this restaurant just put a little effort in the ingredients they use and cuts of the meat/chicken. The quality of all the food would go up. I'm bummed that we paid over $30.00 for our food. That we all didn't even finish. I say if you want good Chinese fast food I would recommend Great wok of china or China Fusion. Those two place are good.

Combo Meal. One Entree with 3 Sides: Fried Rice, Rice Noodles, Teriyaki Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, & BBQ Pork.

This is my (first order) that I have placed a new order online on the Door Dash App for the PanPan Wok Restaurant. When I signed into my Door Dash Website account I was browsing the different restaurants website and then I came across this Chinese Restaurant called PanPank Wok. I looked at their menu and also their prices to see if I their prices are affordable and within my current budget today. Yes their prices are very reasonable and much more inexpensive. I saw what I wanted to ordered online on the Door Dash App on the PanPan Wok Restaurant Website earlier this afternoon. My order is as follows: one Combo Meal this includes two entrees and three side dishes of my choice from their menu on their website. My choices are: one quantity on the Fried Rice. One quantity on the Rice Noodles, One quantity on the Teriyaki Chicken with Grilled Veggies (zucchini, sliced carrots, green beans, and sweet onions). One quantity on the Kung Pao Chicken with these Hot Red Chili Peppers and one quantity on the Red BBQ Pork. The price was $14.99. This dish was too spicy and hot for me with the red hot chili peppers. . On my (second order), I wanted to try these Almond Cookies. I ordered 4 pieces of the Almond Cookies. The price is $1.99. For my beverage, I ordered one can of Sprite Soft Drink. The price is $1.99. The subtotal was $18.97. The Delivery Fee was zero. The Service Fee was $1.70. The Estimated Tax was $1.25. The Dasher Tip I had chosen for Angela was $3.00. I received a Discount on $3.97. My total bill was $21.13. This bill was charged to my NFCU Visa Credit Card Account. My estimated delivery time was at 1:33 p. m. my PanPan Wok Restaurant order was left in front of my front door by Angela my dasher driver. I opened up my front door and saw my PanPan Work Restaurant order that was neatly tied up at the top of this bag. I brought my order inside and unpacked all of my food items. I had re-heat the (Fried Rice, BBQ Pork, Teriyaki Chicken, and the Kung Pao Chicken with the Red Chili Peppers), After I re-heated all of these 4 different side dishes. I placed them in 4 different plates on my dining room table to get ready to eat and enjoy every one of these sides. My rating is as follows: 1. The Fried Rice, (4 stars in very flavorful, the veggies the diced carrots, peas, and onions in a lightly seasoned with salt and soy sauce). 2. The Kung Pao Chicken. (4 stars) is really spicy hot chili peppers, tender pieces of chicken meat and the sauce is really delicious. 3. The Teriyaki Chicken. (5 stars) in taste - ( really flavorful, very tender pieces bite sized chicken meat and the grilled vegetables (zucchini, sliced carrots, and the sweet onions). This Teriyaki Chicken was really a flavorful dish. My favorite is the Teriyaki Chicken Cuisine. 4. The Rice Noodles. (5 stars) in the rice noodles were flavored perfectly with spices and a special sauce that wasn't too sweet. This rice noodles were very delicious. I love Rice Noodles and I will definitely order this side dish again. Rice Noodles are a very healthy dish. 5. The BBQ (Red) Pork. . (4 stars). This BBQ Pork Meat has Red food coloring infused into this Pork meat. This BBQ Pork doesn't look very appealing from the outside when I look at this Red food coloring on it. But when I re-heated this BBQ Pork in my microwave oven for a few minutes and I placed some of them onto a plate. I started to savor this BBQ Pork meat in every bite. This 6. Almond Cookies. (4 pieces). (5 stars). These Almond Cookies has one almond in each cookie and is a nice yellow color with a crunchy texture. These Almond Cookies were very yummy! 7. Sprite Soda in a can. (5 stars). This Sprite Soda I always order on most of my Door Dash App Orders. Its my favorite soft drink. I love the lemon and lime flavors. My conclusion on this PanPan Wok Restaurant. (4.5). This is my opinion. Door Dash did a great job as always in providing me with excellent customer service with Angela my Dasher Driver.

Food is generally pretty good, but the prices are great and service is fast which makes up for anything lacking in the food.

This is my second time to 24 Suns with both San Diego Foodies & Carlsbad Foodies. And I feel…read moreexactly the same as I did the first time: THIS is an experience. Maybe I come from a different viewpoint as a retired chef. And ..... that being said ~ everyone at the table said they thought it was an experience. It's because the people in charge and the people cooking have Michelin training. It's because they are more than open in every area, to growing. I'm building a Restaurant Community, and so are they as they educate you about the many intricacies of the beautifully plated food. I must say all of us we're totally impressed at their new $100 dinner. We came in to just get a meal and within minutes we all agreed to go for the $100 choice. Debbie says: "I know they said 4 or was it five courses, but this is certainly way beyond that. I've stopped counting the number of courses". I will give you a little 'sneaky peaky' in the pictures. And I do agree it's an abundance of food and an abundance of flavors. One word of caution: do not go here for regular American Chinese style food. That's not what this is. It's way better, certainly than anything we get in San Diego called Chinese. I normally share comments in this space from the people I eat with. But this time around (since they're always changing up the menu) I don't think would be fair to you. If I talk about a dish that is unbelievable, an incredible combination of flavors (which most dishes are) you'll go in and want to order and it will no longer be on the menu because it's "chefs choice" for $100, with the waiter asking what your preferences from the menu are. So I will hold back a little in details. What I will say is this: you should absolutely try this restaurant once. And if you can afford it, invest in the $100 experience. Otherwise ask them for the top 3 dishes people have ordered and enjoyed the most. Last recommendation (because they've had it on the menu for a while, always equally good) "Don't miss the duck". The next day I was reheating leftovers (4 containers of leftovers) and still thoroughly enjoying their food and 'wow'd' by how they carefully cut the meat (not just the duck). Wines are pricey right now. But they're working on it. With garlic, gusto & gratitude, Chef Marian San Diego & Carlsbad Foodies

We started with the spicy pot, which came out bubbling hot and packed with ingredients. It had a nice kick without being overwhelming, and the flavors were rich and savory. The broth was light but flavorful, and the fried pork added a really nice crispy texture that balanced well with the noodles. My nephew likes noodles but without alot of flavor so this dish was perfect for him. The fried dumplings were crispy on the bottom with juicy filling inside--exactly what you want. We also got the steamed chicken with chili oil, which was tender and coated in that classic fragrant, slightly spicy chili oil that adds so much flavor without being too heavy. The green onion pancake was another favorite--crispy, flaky, and airy. It tasted freshly made.
