I liked Yogurt Mill, thought the flavors were good. I actually thought the mini was a bit too much yogurt. Then tonight I got the childsize to go. When I called up, they said the mini was 1 cup of yogurt, however, it swirls way above, the lid is about the same size as the container and it always fills the lid, making it about 2 cups of frozen yogurt. (though they call it "1 cup") Child size is half a cup with a flat lid. I felt ripped off, so I called them up and they explained this to me and they didn't care, said it was popular with kids. The logic there is that they're over charging parents with kids. Great way to make money I guess, but not a good way to keep people coming back. read more

I am so appreciative that Yogurt mill has the option to drive through or utilize door dash/grub hub. (Especially during this shelter in place order!) YM is a staple in my household when it comes to satisfying our sweet tooth. I appreciate how consistent the quality is! I enjoy the variety of toppings and variety of options-cones, shakes etc! I really recommend the cereal milk flavors. And always love getting the nutter butter topping on my yogurts!!! Ps. Shout out to the crew (especially the manager Mikayla) for always being so helpful with recommending flavors and serving us with a smile! We will remain YM loyal forever in my household. UPDATE: I just went in the other night, and it was quite busy. But, there was a young man named Jacob who went over the top to make sure we had a great experience which made it wait worth it. He greeted us with a smile and was pleased to help us. He made suggestions and told us some "fan favorites." He even went as far as writing my name on my milkshake! It made me feel special. And at the end (since we were enjoying our treats there) offered us a water! He was great and is a huge asset to that team. Thanks YM Oakdale Rd!! read more

I don't think their yogurt is worth the attitude that I get every single time I come here (oakdale rd location). Today I ordered half cookie butter and half double cheesecake I was asked if I wanted a topping. I said yes I wanted cherry pie filling. The young girl acted like I was speaking a foreign language. She finally said I don't know what that is. She gave me an attitude the whole time. Like i was asking for some exotic fruit unknown to man. She told me they had strawberry or raspberry syrup I said ok I'll have strawberry syrup. When we get to the window she was not very nice and when I got my yogurt it was a dripping mess. No apologies on the misunderstanding. As I drove away I tasted it and it was the most tart raspberry purée I have ever had and it was on the cookie butter side very disappointing since I asked for the topping to be only on the double cheesecake side. Needless to say I threw it away. While I was cleaning the massive mess this shit made in my car, I decided I'm finally tired of the attitudes from the teenagers that run this place, so I decided to share my experience on yelp!j read more

I like frozen yogurt but this isn't my first choice sometimes I stop here for the kiddos the inside dining is closed and I don't think they have enough workers the selection changes all the time. probably won't be back since summer is over. read more

So good! This store is clean and the yogurt is so good!! I really like ordering it for delivery also.

The yogurt mill by my house was closed. This location has a drive-thru so I headed across town to get my daughter a yogurt. The line was extremely long but that's to be expected because it was hot out and they have the best frozen yogurt. When I went to pay the girl told me my card was declined. Which was weird because I just used that card . So I gave her my other card . On the way home I checked my accounts and noticed there was 2 charges for different amounts . 1 on each card . So I tried to call Yogurt Mill and it would just ring and then hang up on me . So I had to send a message on Facebook and they responded right away. They asked me to take a picture of receipt and when I grabbed them i noticed that there was someone else's order on the first card I used that supposedly got denied. That's why there was 2 charges for different amounts. Yogurt Mill on Facebook took care of the problem right away and refunded me both the amounts for my trouble. I appreciate that they acted immediately. I do want to come back and hopefully it will go smoother next time . read more

This is the yogurt mill that comes to mind every time my kids want "ice cream" because they have a double sided drive thru, that is very convenient if we don't want to get out. When you go inside it's usually very busy and crowded due to not having much seating space. The quality of the yogurt itself is AMAZING! My favorite is chocolate and vanilla swirl with extra extra chocolate chips and whip cream. read more

Peppermint stick & peppermint Oreo were both very good and re-refreshing. Very pepperminty, and was very happy with the flavor.

They have a good product and staff are friendly. I purchased a gift card with my order. They handed out my order on a tray and during the process of getting items off of the tray I forgot to ask for gift card. They also should have remembered. When I called to ask about the card they asked if I had receipt, as they didn't give me one I did not have it. This post is to caution you to get a receipt from this location, I figure an employee was able to gift a card to someone. Sigh. read more

I have been trying to get a hold of someone to help me. I noticed 2 charges the same day and I did not go there around that day. I use my rewards app checked it out and was not there. I have tried to call corporate they say they will call back in 24 hours I have 8 calls into them and no calls back. It worries me that someone there took my card number. I can't get anyone to call back i go there quite a bit but now not sure i will go back. There customer service is no good and to never call back that is not good. All I have to say is watch out. Watch your charges there. read more

I am new to Modesto and I am a very big fan of Yogurtland, Menchies, etc. So when I drove by this place I just had to try it! I got the red velvet with recess and my bf got the cookies and cream with recess and brownie topping. I would have to say the taste was delicious and the amount of topping was perfect! Although I think I am more of a person who would prefer to put my own toppings (because I am greedy) I would go to Yogurtland. But I will still be stopping by here! I would recommend EVERYONE to try it out! read more

The treats here are fantastic, I come here pretty often the only thing I can really complain about I the long wait if you go through the drive through, but I don't think it's the staff that are slow it's most often the people that go there and sit for awhile. The double drive thru really helps since the inside is closed due to COVID. I received amazing service once again today from both a young lady named Becca (I believe that's what she said) and a young man named Irving who made my shake for me! Becca was incredibly polite while taking my order and actually engaged in a conversation with me at the window. Most drive thrus just sound like robots or like they just don't want to be there. The workers here always go above and beyond and today was no exception. Thank you to the management who trained these young people. Amazing job! read more

1st review: I ordered the flavor cherry sorbet and it was terrible! All sugar! So it was myself and two others spent about 11.00 and we all threw it in the trash. We all had the same flavor. I'm not sure how anyone can enjoy this flavor it was like eating spoonfuls of cheap sugary hard candy. Will not be returning. 2nd review: Gave this place a second chance and once again terrible. Got a strawberry shortcake cone and it was terrible, lacking flavor, stale shortcake crumbles and just horrible. I removed my post the first review because management reached out to me but I won't remove it this time. Will not be returning again. read more

This is a company I have been visiting for over 20 years. However, while asking for extra magic shell I was told that I was to pay an extra 90 cent because 2 scoops were already added. Super clean and friendly staff. Yogurt is amazing! One of my favorite places to go for a nice treat!!

I love their yogurt. HOWEVER The service is not the best. They have high turnover with their employees and a few times they have gotten our order completely wrong. When we get home and notice it, we either just eat what we got because we don't want to go back out, or we take back with receipt proving the flavors are wrong and they correct the order, but don't seem apologetic and sometimes have even skimped on the serving they fix!. A sincere apology and an attempt to make up for our inconvenience would be nice. They don't take into account that now our already expensive treat is more expensive by our time and gas wasted. It kind of takes our special night-out and makes it an annoying experience. If the customer service and customer retention were focused on, we would go way more. I tend to choose something else because I'm never sure if I'll one, get what I ordered, or two, get the amount I order and pay for! Sometimes the cup is filled and other times it has major gaps. Annoyed tonight especially read more

Ordered our favs last night and asked for no lid came up to the window and he had to ask my order again not an issue they're usually overwhelmed then he says and those were with lids right told him no again and was given our yogurts the first one you could tell they were gonna put a lid on because it stopped right at the rim & that's one reason I don't like adding a lid because they give you less. Used to be without lid they swirl it up a good amount not just to the rim but this wasn't the case. It's disappointing the last few times we went it's been issues with getting our order wrong. My daughters order was wrong so I went back into the driveway and let him know. Once we got to the window he greeted us then another girl came to the window asked which one we got wrong so I gave it to her she threw it in the trash and walked away we didn't get no so sorry we got your order wrong nothing. We used to get the best customer service but now it seems they're so busy to even care this is for roseburg location too and we've been going to both for years. I hope things change soon. 2 stars at least for their yummy yogurt! read more

I really like going there they're very friendly. I just wish they'd ask if you have the point app because I always forget to use it.

Good yogurt. Wide selection of flavors. They only thing I don't like is that they don't allow samples when you go through the drive through. My absolute favorite is the white chocolate mousse, whenever they have that one, I will go and buy a couple pints! Unfortunately, they don't seem to have white chocolate mousse very often. I was told by a staff member that you can request flavors on Facebook and Twitter, which I have tried many times but it doesn't seem to get me anywhere. read more

Never in my life have I seen a fro-yo place with NOT ONE, BUT TWO drive thrus! This concept just boggled my mind! My friend drove thru, so I actually had to order at the window through MY passenger window! Craziness... I was a little frazzled not only by the crazy drive thru, but they didn't have a menu at the window. So I'm guessing you should have some kind of idea what you want before you drive up. I tried their raspberry smoothie...delish to sip on during my drive back to Antioch. A fro-yo place with two drive thrus...my goodness...they need one of those in every city! read more

The YM never gets old- I love this location, as I have said before, for their newly initiated "original tart" flavor. I came here-like I do often- last night and got some with delish granola and strawberries- healthy AND scrumptious! I also snagged up a small gift card for a friend who is also obsessed with YM-gotta love the holidays! Also- you can "go green" and get "earth friendly" paper cups at no additional charge- not sure why they just wouldn't switch over to begin with, but hey- it all tastes the same. NOM NOM NOM. read more

Yogurt Mill...how do I love thee? Let me count the ways. 1. You have a flavor line (209-551-6455) I can call to find out the day's frozen yogurt flavors. 2. You have a double drive through I can use when I'm feel especially lazy and don't want to get out of my car. 3. You have a big inside seating area with comfy couch-like chairs to lounge on. 4. You have a ton of flavors (oreo, irish mint, cheese cake, dark chocolate, marshmallow, heath bar, etc etc). 5. You always have at least one sugar-free flavor. 6. YOU NOW HAVE ORIGINAL TART YOGURT!! Totally love this. And you have green tea tart yogurt, which I'm not a huge fan of but I know a lot of people like. 7. You have a bunch of toppings, from cookie dough, to reese's pieces, to fresh fruit (like blueberries, pineapple, and strawberries). 8. Your sizes are huge and I can barely finish a child's. 9. Your peanut butter is SOOO effing delicious, especially when paired with banana fro yo AND fresh bananas. 10. Your sugar-free root beer float fro yo actually tastes like a root beer float! read more
