Over the past 2 weeks yogurt mill at Oakdale road closed one of the drive through lanes. This has caused such a huge long line that back ups onto the side of the road next to taco bell. I waited for a bit and turned back and went to taco bell instead. I looked over at the window and it seems only 2 workers was there. They normally have 6+ workers at yogurtmill. I also tried parking my car as r and going inside, but recently they closed their doors off, probably because there are only 2 workers there. People in Modesto really like their drive-thru yogurt. I feel like there's always a line at this place. There are a few tables inside to sit at, but most people prefer their yogurt on the go. The peppermint oreo cookie flavor I tried for the holidays was okay. I liked that it wasn't overly sweet. But neither the peppermint flavor or oreo cookie shined through. It's not a self serve place. They make the cups of yogurt for you behind the counter. For the price, I think it's just okay. I'm not sure how this place beats a $4 1.75 quart of ice cream. Always good but really taking advantage of customers w/ price increases! I can't afford to go by as often.

1) They shouldn't sell bad products just for the purpose to fulfill an order while knowing people are going to eat their products, and 2) have better practices when handling food products at their site. My kids love the chocolate chip cookie dough. I placed an online pick-up order, and the batch I received are stale and hard--like they left the cover off of the container in the freezer or let the product sit out in room temperature and tried to re-freeze it. They could've easily told us the topping is unavailable, especially after seeing the dough is hardly edible, but they willingly and knowingly sold us something that's old, expired, and stale and hoped their customers will just toss it out and not mention it. No bueno. For their credit, the product is typically good... it could be a fluke or pure laziness or an accident when handling the product or letting it sit out, but I still don't appreciate the dishonesty. read more

I went thru the dive thru today and they got my order wrong which honestly was just a simple misunderstanding and not their fault at all, they were having trouble hearing me and in the chaos of that they heard my order wrong. We had a really bad experience at this location. We had an online order at it took my daughter at least 20 mins to get her to acknowledge her to open the freezer. Then when they opened it nothing was there so it took another 20 mins for her to get them to acknowledge her again. Finally a young male working told her. We can't find your order so someone must have taken it I will get to it when I can :so she waited another 15 mins. Finally they give her the order and when she went home she realized it was missing an item. I tried to call but no one anwered the phone. They did put an apology yogurt in there but it was in a flavor none of us wanted and the one that was missing was our dog's pup-yo so he was crying and wimpering when we got home and his was missing. I absolutely love this place is by far my favorite the staff is always so friendly the drive-thru never takes very long and if you choose to go in they have board games for the kids to play with the inside is always clean the bathroom is always clean and the flavors are just delicious I'm a type 1 diabetic so I have to get sugar-free which everybody knows usually when it's sugar free and means tasteless but you can't even tell that their yogurt is sugar free and they give you a lot of healthy protein options to put on it so you don't have to feel like you're not getting a topping like everybody else it's just a really good fit for my family and I and I would encourage anybody to try it read more

Definitely one of the better yogurt shops/franchise for sure. A lot of yogurt shops fill their yogurts with air so it's not as thick and creamy as Yogurt Mills is, so definitely big plus for that. I think in the future if we are in the area and crave Froyo I'd rather us go to the one on Pelandale since it's pay by weight since this and Roseburgs ends up being pricey. $11.53 for two minis with toppings...kind of exuberant to me. Also, I really wish Yogurt Mill would really switch out of styrofoam cups...super bad for the environment. I decided to go back after a not so great a experience a few months ago. I'm so glad I did! I could not resist the pineapple sorbet and the young lady taking my order also told me about about the watermelon sorbet and how I could swirl them together. How fun! I decided to splurge on some fresh strawberries and when asked I could not resist layering them. It was the perfect summer treat. I don't think their yogurt is worth the attitude that I get every single time I come here (oakdale rd location). Today I ordered half cookie butter and half double cheesecake I was asked if I wanted a topping. I said yes I wanted cherry pie filling. The young girl acted like I was speaking a foreign language. She finally said I don't know what that is. She gave me an attitude the whole time. Like i was asking for some exotic fruit unknown to man. She told me they had strawberry or raspberry syrup I said ok I'll have strawberry syrup. When we get to the window she was not very nice and when I got my yogurt it was a dripping mess. No apologies on the misunderstanding.
