I went here years ago when they first open and came again recently this past weekend, on a hot summer like evening. My friend and I had just done a small hike not too far at Griffith Park and needed something cooling and refreshing. Thankfully, Yoga-urt came to mind and definitely did not disappoint! Despite there being a line when we arrived, it moved quickly. While we waited, we were given some samples to try, which helped us decide what to order. They have a few rotating flavors each day and they all sounded so enticing! You definitely can't go wrong with whatever you order! I love how they make everything in house, it's all vegan and made mostly from cashews! I ended up getting a mini size as it seemed like the portion was just the right amount as I wasn't super hungry. I got the peanut butter prana and brownies as a topping. They were very generous with the amount of brownie pieces they put in. The frozen yogurt was very smooth and creamy, yet still felt very light. I liked how it wasn't overly sweet and I could really taste the peanut butter flavor. The brownies had a lovely soft gooey texture and the chocolate really enhanced the peanut butter taste. We dined in outside and they have two lovely picturesque patios both in front and in the back. The ambiance is very relaxing and quaint. The store itself had a fun vibe and was bright and fresh. It was also very clean inside. They have refrigerators if you want to take any ice cream pie slices or pints to go. Parking was super easy as we scored a spot right in front. I will definitely return again soon, especially with the weather being as hot as it's been!
This was my first time trying Yoga-urt. It was an amazing experience. We went there late at night right before closing and it was packed. Service was outstanding. The young lady who helped us was very nice and friendly. She offered us samples and informed us about the new items on the menu and seasonal items. I picked Pumpkin since it is pumpkin season. It was so good and I could taste the pumpkin. If you like extra topping, there is extra charge. Also, they offer to go options. They are in containers by the door. For the ambiance, this location is clean and well maintained. For seating, it is mostly outdoor seating. I saw couple of tables outside or maybe they are a shared with other businesses not sure about. For parking, it is mostly street parking. It might hard to find a parking spot during peak hours. Overall, it was a great experience. I will be back to try other flavors.
Great little hidden gem in Glendale. They have daily flavors to choose from, so not everything you see on the menu are available, but rest assured, you'll find something you like. They also have different flavors available in pints, inside the freezer. You get to choose your toppings like most yogurt places. They serve organic yogurt. They have seats and tables located in the back and some seating out front side. Staff was friendly and helpful. Come by to cool off and enjoy! Happy Nom Nom!
Genuinely reached flow state. The girl who was working tonight was literally the sweetest most helpful girl ever like an absolute angel I sadly don't remember her name. When we got there she was playing Clairo so like.. immediately knew I was gonna love it here. Straight up the best soft serve I've ever had I think I had a spiritual awakening. I'm forcing my boyfriend to join me here in a couple days (we literally live over an hour away) and I'm going to make him spend every last dollar to his name on soft serve idc it's worth it
This place is located in Glendale but there are 3 other locations across LA. Here's my quick summary: Pricey Plant-based, all organic Cute little yogurt shop that offers yogurt, smoothies, ice cream sandwiches, cookies, etc They offer a variety of toppings for an extra $0.50-1.00 each. Fruit toppings are $2, which I find to be a bit much Plenty of seating in the front and back Very friendly staff Frozen yogurt was tasty
The site states they had rotating "naturally sweetened" flavors, ended up going and they didn't. Lady there said they do sometimes just not all the time. It's just very mis-leading when we are opting for refined sugar free options.
For vegan gluten free lovers this is a great place. It tasted creamy and was very ice cream like. It's tickets away on a cozy little street next to a cafe. You can sit outside. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and made good suggestions.
The soft serve has cashew, almond and milk. Everything here is "green" and is vegan friendly. They provide samples of their soft serve which is nice. They offer smoothies, soft serve and other cold goodies like banana split and more. I had the Birthday Cake & Strawberry Serenity for my soft service on a waffle cone and topped it off with vanilla cake. Again, the soft serve here is unique because it is nut based opposed to it being dairy based. The soft serve is obviously very nutty and gives of a different flavor profile from what type of birthday cake flavor I am used to. Service is great and I am happy I went here. I'd love to come back and try whatever flavors they have at the moment.
This stuff is so good! I loved the combo of the Mexican hot chocolate, strawberries and cacao. The woman working there was so sweet and welcoming.

The shaved ice and the vegan yoghurt place are in direct competition on the cute town street of Kenneth road in Glendale. I was thrilled to find a place that catered to my allergies so close to home. They feature 5 flavors a day (out of like 25) and have a variety of whimsical toppings, pies, and cookie sandwiches to choose from. They also have a cute back patio to sit at and bathrooms. TIP: best bang for buck: buy a mini in a cone- comes with TONS of ice cream- way more than the mini cup, and you save $. Favorite yogurt place by far!!! I love all the flavors, but top three are pistachio, chocolate, strawberry! YUMMERZ!!! I love that it is all vegan and never makes me feel bloated!!! If you have not tried this Yoga-urt you are missing out in life. The toppings are all so fresh as well. There is also zen seating in the back to add to the healthy relaxing lifestyle. Was pleasantly surprised considering all the soft serve froyo are vegan! I loved the flavor and texture of the froyo, I got the Peanut Butter Prana and Tart. I enjoyed the brownie bits as well and wish they added more of it. Overall, it was on the pricy side but worth the visit to try. Customer service was also great as they let us try samples of the flavors since it was our first time. The inside of the store is pretty dark and more a grab and go or you can enjoy the froyo outside. read more
Cute little place on Kenneth street here in Glendale area. They have a flavor of the day that they rotate around throughout the week from the large menu. I got the tart and chocolate on a small cone with some strawberries. It was really delicious and light tasting to me which I prefer. Service was also great and the girl who helped was very friendly. Parking is along the street mostly which can get tricky because the area is busy. Overall a really good place for your sweet yogurt ice cream cravings. read more
Great customer service. Even with social distancing and taking the necessary steps to protect their customers, they showed the level of enthusiasm and care we needed going to get ice cream OUTSIDE of a supermarket after these months of being locked in. I got the strawberry and the pistachio flavors in a small cup and no topping. I checked in to get the 10% discount. I liked both flavors. Very tasty and not too sweet. read more

This place is perfect if you are looking for organic, vegan, gluten free, soy free, kosher ice cream! They have lots of toppings to pick from and the service was fantastic letting us sample everything! Such a cute little shop! read more
Quite pricey, but worth it. After our first time, we were addicted. I eat and tolerate dairy just fine, but LOVE this froyo and was pleasantly surprised to find its completely vegan - made with nuts! $15 for two minis, including toppings and tip. Yes, it's pretty expensive, but I don't mind since you can taste the quality, compostable utensils, supporting a small business and the in-house recipe. Not a huge fan of some of their topping options aside from the fruit/nuts as part of me wanted a cookie or something, but after tasting the yogurt I realized I actually prefer it plain! Have now tried both pistachio and peanut butter and looking forward to trying new flavors. P.s. might need to be patient as machines need to churn enough between servings so I wouldn't stop by if you're in a hurry! Totally worth it. read more

As a vegan, I was excited to try this place out which was recommended to us. It was our first time so we were reading the huge board with all the flavors on it. And the employee was watching us read. It was only after I asked if we can order those flavors that she said no, and showed us the smaller list of today's flavors. The thing is, not all the flavors are descriptive enough for me to tell what they are? And the employee wasn't very helpful in offering to help clarify what some of the flavors might be. Some more descriptive flavor names would help rectify this issue. The pricing was a little bit more expensive than other popular / comparable plant based soft serve places. Also, if you have nut allergies, this place is NOT for you! Their ice cream is an almond and cashew base. I get it, but it would be nice to be inclusive by having one option for allergic people. I paid around $7 for a mini size of 1 flavor and no toppings. Again, a bit overpriced compared to a lot of other popular plant based soft serve places! I'll come back again just to give it another shot to see if my opinions change. read more

The soft serve here is soo good!! I ordered a mini cone with one half Strawberry Serenity and one half Chocolate Bliss. Both flavors were really yummy, and I would say the chocolate even tastes like brownie. I also really liked that the strawberry has actual blended strawberries in it and was not artificial-tasting at all. The portion size was also pretty big for a mini cone; I personally wouldn't be able to finish a regular cone on my own haha. The staff is always super friendly and I love that the shop closes fairly late so that I can always stop by for some dessert after dinner! read more

I was beyond thrilled to finally be able to have ice cream again. I have a lactose intolerant issue so I don't get to indulge in all the 31 flavors I used be able to in my younger years. This quaint little place is located literally behind the memorial park my father is buried at on Kenneth. I had completely forgotten about this one block hidden up in the hills of Glendale almost very similar to Larchmont area. The only downside was they only have a certain amount of flavors available, I'm assuming it changes daily which for myself I would gladly return to indulge in more of their delicious urt & nice selection of toppings, I'm already chosen a banana split for my next treat. There is ample parking in the rear, look for the green stairs & umbrellas that leads to the back entry way in their quaint patio area. read more
We were waiting for our tacos from across the street which was a good 25 min wait (but worth it) so we decided to grab a small cup of ice cream to share while waiting. So we decided to check out this organic vegan yogurt hide away, and boy were we pleasantly surprised! We arrived a minute before opening, (they open at 1:00pm) and we were not disappointed! The frozen yogurt if you can call it frozen yogurt feels and taste like REAL ice-cream but way better! The flavors change daily which would make it so fun to try new flavors. I wish I had taken a picture of the flavors of the day, there was five or six. We choose a Salted Carmel flavor and added brownie bites. Oh so good!!! If you're vegan and miss ice-cream this will be a delight for you. Made from cashews and almonds. On the flip side, it is quite expensive. One small cup with brownies we counted five brownie bites was $7.00! That's a lot! So if you were a family of four that's a lot of mullah. Kenneth Road is exclusive, so it is understandable that it would be more expensive up there. But let's face it folks, everything is expensive these days. I believe this place is worth it. The quality is obvious from the first spoonful. Yum, yum! Enjoy this splurge and the surrounding local shops. It's adorable there. read more

This place serves a much healthier alternative to traditional ice cream and other sugary delights, and its in the beautiful Kenneth Village area. What's not to love about this? This establishment serves up some mighty fine frozen yogurt. They use all natural ingredients with all of their flavors, and it is obvious from the first bite you take. Their peanut butter flavor is ridiculously good. My wife goes "nuts" over it. See what I did there? All jokes aside, all of their flavors are amazing in their own right. You can even try a swirl of flavors at once! They even have pre packaged desserts in their freezer section, which I have tried and it is just as good. Their customer service is top notch. Fist time trying this place and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. My daughter wanted to try chocolate bliss and it was very creamy and flavorful. The chocolate taste wasn't too much or too sweet. She added two topping which where gummy bears and sprinkles off course. She enjoyed the gummy bears finished those right away. I will definitely be going back to try different flavors. Place was very clean, following safety guidelines and great customer service. read more

I ordered their Purple power, it was thick and not that sweet at all. We also ordered the Salted Caramel sandwich, the yogurt was so thick and frozen. We didn't like the cookies that much, the consistency wasn't great. We checked the ingredients in their website, they are all natural. If you are looking for a healthier dessert option, this is it! read more

We absolutely LOVE Yoga-Urt. Been going here for 2+ years and are never disappointed. We go at least twice per month. Their vegan fro-yo is the absolute best. Out non-vegan friends cannot believe it when we tell them their is no dairy at Yoga-urt. It is so creamy and smooth with wonderful flavors made from natural ingredients. They have 3 or 4 standard flavors with 3 or 4 others than change by the day. The portion sizes are quite large. We always order small or medium. They have nice outside seating out front. They also have a charming back patio if u prefer a quieter more private space. All their containers, spoons, etc are all bio and compostable. Love the nod to the enviroment. They have a SilverLake/Echo Park space that is nice and fits that teendy neighborhood nicely. If you like soft serve ice cream then I promise you will love Yoga-urt read more
Came here spontaneously with my BFF. We saw that this spot had vegan soft serve. The cashier was very nice and she made everyone's soft serve look so yum. She told me that the soft serve are vegan and they're almond and cashew based. They have 6 rotating flavors and they change every week. This week they had the Chocolate Bliss, Peanut Butter Prana, Strawberry Serenity, Mint Magic, Radiant Golden Rose, and Salt Caramel Zen. I got the Chocolate Bliss and Peanut Butter Prana swirl. My BFF got two flavors: the Radiant Golden Rose, and Strawberry Serenity. We were surprised how much of the intense flavor each of soft serve had. They tasted so good. Each of the portions she gave were very generous. Right now they are taking only Apple Pay and Credit Card only due to safety protocols. You have to wear a mask for service. Went here and got a small green goodness wo toppings today. My friend got the same but a medium w the salted caramel and pistachios. Inside of the shop has two hand sanitizers, no seating indoors bc it's small but also covid compliant, cashier/server didn't wear gloves when handling the food. Not sure if Glendale isn't considered LA county, bc they didn't have outdoor dining, but their benches were open. The green goodness soft serve was soft. I wouldn't say creamy but it wasn't like a sherbet or sorbet. My friend didn't like the salted caramel. The ratio was off for her. I paid about $9 for a small and she might've paid like $15 bc she got the medium w pistachios. The neighborhood is cute but 6/20 people we saw walking down the block weren't wearing masks. We used the free street parking. Be careful and don't get boxed in. It's tough to get out of your spot! read more
Being my first time here, I didn't know that this place rotates their soft serve flavors on from day to day. It makes sense since they only have a few soft serve machines out. But I like that they change it up everyday. From the six options they had, I selected the chocolate bliss and pumpkin spice. The pumpkin spice reminded me so much of pumpkin pie but the flavor was so overwhelming after several bites (licks?). The chocolate was my favorite, simple but classic. For having no dairy in it, the soft serve was pretty solid and creamy. Although I'm not a huge fan of the pumpkin space, Yoga-urt's flavors are very rich and of high quality. Along with a nice, crunchy cone, this soft serve was about $10. Pretty steep but worth to try at least once in your life. They don't dissapoint! read more
