I get that this is a time-intensive process but I feel like I paid for just a cute piece of social media-worthy art and fluffy air-filled ice cream. We ordered a recommended menu concoction. Stumbled upon this place during my lunch at work. It was wonderful the staff who was working was extremely nice which made it a pleasant experience. I have had rolled ice cream before and this place is a great price point compared to other rolled ice cream shops. Typically I would spend $15+ else where. Here my ice cream came out to $13 (including tip). You can build your own or you can purchase a preset mixed ice cream. In total it took maybe about 5-7 minutes for the ice cream to be made. There was no one there when I came, but can see how it might become intense if it was a weekend or even at night. I ordered French vanilla with strawberry and banana mix-in, topping were chocolate chips, whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. The guy added two cute little teddy grahams in the whipped cream which I thought was sweet. 10/10 would recommend. The only critique I would have is maybe to ask for extra strawberries if you are getting it mixed in. Dang this ice cream is good. It's $12 so yes it's pricey for ice cream but you do get a mini show of them rolling it out. The service here was nice, they had a smile and gave great customer service. I decided on the Remix Ur Birthday Signature. It ended up tasting like a chocolate mixed vanilla cake. I like that this place actually lets you watch them roll it because I've been to places where they just do it in the back. Ice cream turned out visually great as well as being delicious. The store associate didn't seem annoyed with my request to substitute. She was friendly, patient, and didn't seem stressed despite the large number of orders ahead. Ice cream was pretty good, and it was fun watching the ice cream roll into place. But did it live up to the hype? Meh... After starting to eat it, the rolls started melting and looked like regular ice cream. My friend and I already had dinner nearby, but we wanted to continued chatting and needed some sweets for our other stomach lol The menu had bubble waffle but we were disappointed they were not serving it the night that we went. So we decided to share the Oreo All Around. The presentation is very pretty, the French vanilla ice cream itself is actually not that sweet at all. What was sweet were all the decoration, which has crushed oreo, pocky sticks, torch marshmallow, a big waffle piece plus some whip cream and fudge. The ice cream does take a little longer to "roll" vs a regular scoop shop. I think our order was ready maybe 10 minutes later. The ice cream here is pretty good. However we have a few qualms with this place. The biggest one being, THEY ARE NOT ORGANIC. People are getting more and more health conscious these days- you see more organic options at grocery stores, restaurants, even cosmetics. People are willing to pay more for a healthier product (I'm one of those people). However...to use the word "organic" in their logo just to take advantage of this "trend" to lure the public is false advertising. Obviously their mix-ins aren't organic (Nutella, snickers, etc) but (other than the logo) there wasn't any indication anywhere that their ice cream is organic either... Problem #2: service. The first girl at the counter didn't know the answer to a question we had about the menu. Another lady who stepped in was even more clueless. I told her I want a sweet cream base and she gave me a confused look. She had to turn around and look at the menu screen behind her to understand what I was saying. Then I asked if the "crust cracker" mix-in was actually graham pie crust. She didn't know and called another employee to ask, who said "it's essentially the same thing." I finished the rest of my order and it took her forever to input everything. Maybe she was in training? Then, hubby tries to order a signature from their menu, and asks if he can swap out the fruity pebbles for rainbow sprinkles. He is told that the signatures are fixed and can't be altered in any way. Service in general was not the friendliest and really slow. I'd never had rolled ice cream before, and by watching them make the ice cream it was clear that each order takes a lot of work. I used to work at Coldstone so I totally appreciate the labor. However it seemed like they didn't CARE to make things quicker or be a bit friendlier in the process. Problem #3: price is a bit high (and, they only have one size). $7.50 for making your own (1 base, 1 mix-in, 1 topping, and 1 drizzle). And $8.50 for a signature. It WAS a good amount of ice cream (I would say a standard large) but what if I don't want that much ice cream? For someone who usually gets a kid size or a small cup, it was too much. I wish they had different size options. Also, there were only two tables inside for seating. Otherwise you have to sit outside. +1 for yummy tasting ice cream. But given all the problems above, it's hard to justify returning. read more

I finally got to try some rolled ice cream that I've been seeing all over social media, and let me tell ya it lived up to the hype. Pick a base for the cream, something to mix in it, something to put on top, and then something to drizzle on. Oodles of combinations are possible. They pour the cream to chill on what looks like an inverse skillet. It's a cold plate which freezes the cream as the workers mold it into a flat sheet before rolling it into the cup. Its quite a bit of ice cream you get, two people could easily share it. The process itself is unfortunately a little slow, but that may be because they're brand new. This is a hidden gem in the area. If you have let had Thai Rolled Ice Cream, this is a great intro place. I got taro with cookie dough mixed in topped with pistachios and condensed milk. Super weird combo but it's all my favorite flavors in one and it was really good!!! My girlfriend had sweet cream with Oreo and topped with a roasted marshmallow.
